Have been trying since last night to merge few pdf files into single one using Adobe Express but all my sincere efforts are going to vain, files are uploaded successfully but the moment i click on the download button nothing happens, screen freezes and no file is saved in my laptop’s Download Folder and all this is happening despite the fact that i shelled few bucks to avail Adobe Express’s Premium Feature.  Was choosing Adobe Express Premium service over other efficient tools the biggest blunder i did in my life?

So, you’d just open Adobe Express, import three jpg images and a wav file to make a video for Images and Audio, how hard could it be? Thanks!

I’m a big fan of Adobe Express Webpage. But currently I’m not able anymore to REMIX a webpage I’ve made. It’s a template for the people I work with. Once they use my templates remix link the page stays blank, nothing happens. For example: https://new.express.adobe.com/webpage/lEZhqPt4D7HAX/remix Any one aware of this? And is there a solution? Animate from Audio is showing me this error: HELP!!! We use this feature EVERY DAY for my school announcements!!! 

If I upload a SVG photo thru upload logos (yellow mark) while a file/page (pink mark) opened, the logo is added but if I will add it in the page area (pink mark), the color cannot be changed and it is not being treated as SVG but when I upload it thru the upload (red mark) button, it is treated as SVG but the file is not saved in the library or in any location where I can reuse it in another file/page. Is this a bug or it simply does not exist yet in Adobe Express. It seems like Adobe Express has a long way to go compared to Canva. Im hoping rapid improvement to this service coz it has a lot of potential to retain customers who are already used with adobe products. BUT if you continue letting them down then they might go away completely. 

I left this review on the App Store and adobe spammed me with a link in the reply to this forum. So here you go adobe. My subscription is already slated to end with Canva starting the first. Update just updated some users to a new beta version of the app. The app is riddled with AI and it is harder than ever to edit images. As a long time customers and nearly a daily user of Express this has cut into my workflow in a big way. Running a small business, graphic design is a necessity and a budgeted item. I reached out to Adobe Support and they advised you can migrate back to the original app. However, this will be a required up date in May. Coincidentally he advised my subscription is up in May. If you don’t already use Canva, look into it. It has the same powerful editing engine but with tasteful AI integration (even though I don’t plan to use any of it). I would like to know if there is any project management  tools that adobe provides? The idea is to help me with multiple clients when it comes to delivering projects. I have heard of adobe having marketing tools, but not sure if there are tools that help provide project tracking and collaborating?

When I download my file to PDF for printing, everything looks great in Acrobat and other viewers but when I upload the file to my printing website (Got Print) several large white boxes appear. It appears to have something to do with the shadows being applied to layers but I cannot figure out how to fix it! Is there a way to flatten layers in Adobe Express? I've attached the file as it looks in Acrobat and then how it appears in Got Print.

I teach a content creation course at a high school.  My students use Adobe Express to create things like social media posts, logos, etc.  They always look great in Adobe Express, but once downloaded (as .pdf or .png) they are super pixelated and unusable.  We have tried changing every setting I can think of.  How do I help my students download their creations in a format that matches the effort and creativity they have put into their designs?

Hi, i hope someone can assist.I am busy making shorts in Adobe Express, like i have been doing for the past year. All of a sudden adobe have issues with me adding 2 audio tracks (one voice and one music) - i have only one audio on the track, as soon as i want to add the 2nd it says “You have multiple audio assets in the same location”.ALSO, i am unable to download the short. I never had any of these issues before?  

My Adobe Express App on my iPhone will not let me open saved projects or create new ones. Each time I try the screen just loads and loads and nothing happens. The desktop app seems to be fine but I noticed I can't copy and paste there anymore and buttons like "duplicate" are missing.Whats going on with Adobe Express?

I cannot seem to download PDF versions of my project. PNG and JPG are working just fine, but PDF will get to 90% and stop. It never finishes downloading.

Ich habe im Abo 100 GB abonniert. In der Adobe Cloud App wir mir eine Belegung von 148 GB von 100 GB angezeigt. Dadurch kann ich auf Express keine Daten mehr speichern.
Ich habe den Speicherplatz aber nicht belegt. Ich habe alle Quellen geprüft die mir von Adobe Service gesagt wurden, also: https://assets.adobe.com/ https://lightroom.adobe.com/ https://documentcloud.adobe.com/ https://www.adobe.com/express/

 ich habe alle Papierkörbe gelöscht, wie von Adobe angewiesen! ich und kann ca. 6 GB finden. Wenn ich Lightroom CC benutze wird mir eine Cloud Belegung von 6 GB von 100 GB angezeigt.

 Ein Adobe Mitarbeiter hat sich remote auf meinem Macbook eingeloggt und alles überprüft und auch keine Daten gefunden die 148 GB belegen…. 
 Jetzt werde ich seit 2 Wochen vom Adobe Service immer wieder hingehalten und man sagt mir, dass ich 1-2 Tage warten soll.

Hello!I have created three vacation webpages containing many photos and texts with Adobe Express and I have a question that I have not been able to find in any search.  Can I save my webpages to my computer as I would a picture?  I have the links but I would like to save the full webpages directly to my computer just in case I lose it on Adobe Express.  Thanks!Paula Brown

A month or so ago, I could drag and drop an image into Express and basically start working on the intended project. Now, I have to upload it from my computer or where ever. Please bring back the drag and drop function.CheersNate

Many of the faculty at our university are interested in creating a narrated video lecture in Express based on the PowerPoint slides that are uploaded to Express. Currently, this process is not an easy one since the PowerPoint slides are recognized in Express as a Presentation as opposed to a Video. Are there any plans at Adobe to make this process less cumbersome?

Is there a way to know if a template is mobile optimized, or is there a mobile emulator to see how a design will look on that device?

So I spent all day working on a class project, went to download it, now all of my work is gone. PLEASE tell me how to recover it! I thought Adobe auto saved? 

Hello!  I am trying to use the bulk create & generate add on, but we want to be able to remove background on some of the images that will be uploaded from the CSV file.  Is there a way to do that within the template at a bulk level?  Or any images that need background removed, do i have to individually press the remove background button.  Thanks!
