Hey there, my Express has serious lag issues on every browser/device I use. Lag is persistent and happens with every function. Pulling up my stock photos takes 10-15 minutes too.Halp!

I have been having so many issues with this program since updating my devices and its starting to get irritating. I see that there are others having issues with this program as well, is there a particular reason? I start a project then immediately says to refresh or contact for help, so then I cant finish the project and I need this for school so is this going to fix soon? 

I can not drag and drop projects into folders when the folder is in the first or fifth position on my dashboard. I created the 1 folder just to move my folders out to the 2nd position that then allows me to drag projects into it but then it does not allow me to drag projects into the last (5th) folder until I delete 1 then the last folder works, when its in the 4th position.  The cursor on the video doesn't show but when I drag a file over the 1st and 5th folder I get the DO NOT circle and when I drag a file to the middle 3 folders I have no error Chrome browser and it is up-to-date, this has been happening for months and I manage by adding and deleting folders but this is clearly a glitch that should be fixed.

Hello, when I create a project using my brand fonts, and pass it off to a coworker, they get prompted to upload their own version of the fonts. This is an issue for using Adobe Express across a large team. Is there any way to fix this?

Is there a way to have multiple users coordinate social media accounts for businesses on the same schedule? My issue is that I can schedule posts for my customers but no one else on my team can see the schedule or collaborate on the schedule I see. Is there a way to share the scheduler for teams?

I am trying to creat a banner with a collage full of photos. When I get to about the sixth photo the program bassically crashes.

The file name shown under the projects tab is cut short.Either lengthen the amount of the file name you show, or add a list view that will show the entire file name, or both.Right now, the only way to see the entire project file name is to click on rename!

what is the point of the new qr code generator? how do you track the scans? and why do I have to retype this question again?

I am trying to upload multiple pictures from Lightroom to a grid on a web page. When I click on the first one it uploads before I can select a second image. I then have to go back and select the Lighroom album again to select a secon picture and so on - a very cumbersome workflow. Is there a way to select multiple images at once to upload?

how do I get more of the file name to show under projects! It is cut short.

The thing is, there was a photo on my website that I took from Adobe Express, it was in the free photos section. Seven years later, the owner of the photo informed me that I had infringed on his copyright. How could this have happened?

I have two pictures in my presentation that are getting partially cut off from view. I've tried adding them to the presentation again but am getting the same result. So now I have two issues:1. How do I keep my pictures from getting cut off once in my presentation?2. How do I delete parts of the presentation that I no longer want? I can't find a delete option. Thanks for your help! 

Is it possible to have multiple user/log-in accounts connect to the same schedule? As in, having more than one person manage the same schedule without having to share the same login?

Sadly, I don't have the options to download a simple image project in Adobe Express.Those options don't show for me.  Is this a bug in Adobe Express? All I ever see when I click download is an option to 'start download',  and when I click that, nothing happens! Screenshot attached.

Can anyone advise?I cannot download anything from Adobe Express.I already cleared the cache on my computer and still I can't download. Clicking the 'start download' button doesn't do anything.

 Is it possible to turn off the background music on an Adobe spark (or adobe express - video making) only for the slide where a video clip has been added?  The music function is applied to all the slides automatically. I'd like to know other ways to control the music for each slide.   Thank you in advance

Hi, I am on the Photography subscribtion.  Yestearday I used all EXPRESS futeres for free.  Today I get the message that if I want to use the PREMIUM FUTURES i must now subscribe.   Did it changes as from yesterday?

I want to add a Remix the design feature to a shared image so that others can create their own. I cannot find out how to implement and offer this feature. I am a premium subscriber.

When I download and save a project in Adobe Express, the filename is appended with -1. When I first started using Adobe Express this never happend.But after one of the latest updates this started. I've gone through all the settings, but I can't find anything that turns this off.  Am I missing it? Is there no way to stop this from happening? I hate having to constantly edit every filename after I download.

Hello all.I just used the free version of Adobe Express to create a 30 slide slide slow(which appears to be the maximum). While I see hints about people attaching music to videos I am still not certain if the same can be done with slide shows. If the answer is yes, can you point me to some directions.Thanks.

I'm new using Adobe Expess. I created a project and it worked well but now I am now having issues with importing images. When I try to import a photo from Lightroom the save wheel runs forever. Also, next to the Express logo is says it's "saving". It never stops. The only way to wake up the program is to close the window and then open it up again. Need some direction. Thanks.
