Questions

I have an Adobe account via my institution (UC Berkeley) and created a Spark project last year.  I was unaware of the change over to Express, and now when I try to login to express via "school account" I can't get in (I get a 400 error - see attached screen shot).  But when I went to post this question to the community, when prompted to login I could get in (using my same email).  So now I'm in my account, but I can't figure out where, if anywhere, old files might be stored so I can retrieve them.  I don't know why I can't login the standard way (so that's one problem) but the main thing I'd like to fix is to figure out how to access, and ideally convert to some format I can use, an old Spark project that I put a lot of effort into. I would greatly appreciate a simple, step-by-step, instruction for where to find old Spark files.  I'm not a regular Adobe user, so don't worry about getting too basic! Thank you in advance.

Hi, I am trying to use a fairly new company-wide brand which everyone else on our team is currently using with success.  When I try and use it in a project and click "Publish and Share Link" I receive these messages:First: "You have a project that is currently saving. Please wait for it to finish before editing another project." I do not have another project saving - is there something stuck trying to run in the background? If so, how do I go about fixing that issue?Second: "Unable to Publish. Pages containing shared brands can't be published at this time. Please switch to a brand you own or continue without a brand."As I said above, one team member put together the updated brand and everyone else on the team has been successfully using it for a couple of months. I've tried clearing the cache, updating Express, restarting, etc. and I'm not having any luck. Please help!

Can I make a business card design with Adobe Express, print it using an online print service then sell that pack of cards to a local business? Am I allowed to profit from using this Adobe tool? It's a free app with lots of free stock photos and templates.

Please help! How do I wrap text next to an image like this using adobe creative cloud express?

When I try to access CC Express via my laptop I get the following message:The internet is downWe feel you. We're not thrilled about it either.Adobe Creative Cloud Express will automatically start back up when the internet starts working again. I am connected to the internet etc but it doesn't work. However, it does work if I use my mobile network as a hotspot? Any ideas why it won't work with my usual internet connection - I'm having no problems accessing other sites. 

Since yesterday I cannot duplicate any Express projects. It gives me the error "Uh oh! Something went wrong while duplicating. Please try again."I have tested in Chrome, Incognito mode and Firefox but no luck. Any other suggestions?

The Learn Lightball Icon, I don't have that after The Libraries. I use my student account and I checked but it doesn't apprear anyplacce. Thanks

I'd like to ask about the background setting.What is the option 'Move content with background' ?Could you give me an example of making a template with this option turning on?

I have my project named. When I download them on the PC, the download come with the name that I named it with.But when I download on my Android phone, it renames it to a bunch of garbage, like CC_Express_20220228_1128110.43159337471034154. The website it slow. And even slower when it comes to downloading. So it's much faster to download them on my phone, than just transfer them to my computer. Why is the download renaming them to something else?When are you going to give us the option to download all of our projucts, or multiple projects, in whatever format we choose, at the same time?Doing it one by one is kind off annoying, because of your slow site.

I am trying to publish and share a blog I created.  I used photos that I own, and  Express stock images.  I can not publish my assignment becuase the prompt says the project has a licensed photo. I even purchased the photos in the blog that were not mine.  Please advise.  Is this a synching issue?  I have used Chrome and Firefox browsers. The latter crashes and freezes constantly. Hola, cuando hago un proyecto y le pongo un texto animado, cuando lo quiero grabar y le indico vídeo, se sale de la APP y no guarda el proyecto. Si lo guarda como fotografía.Con anterioridad si me funciuonaba perfectamente.Muchas gracias.

I have recently been working on a brochure. While editing my text I will press the + next to Main Style to add a highlight within my text. Whenever I do this, I have consistently received an error that says "Oops, something went wrong! Sorry, we hit an unexpected error. Please refresh the page and try again. If the problem persists, please contact support." I have refreshed the page countless times and tried many different browsers and nothing has been working. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi,The photo gallery does not load in my licenses version of Adobe Creative Express Video. Nor can I upload my own photos. It works fine in the free version. Is this a licensing issue? 

Hello Adobe people,I have a subscription to LRC and PS. While I chose to back up my Android photos to Google Photos, I wonder whether I should also back up to Adobe CC Express so the photos might be more easily synchronizedto LRC. I also do not remember how much photo memory I am eligible for when I have a subscription service.Thank you all for any infor mation.Richard

I initially and accidentally selected the option to only share one photo from my phones gallery. I want to share all. How do I change that?

Hello,My text shows broken after exporting to MP4. I have an "all apps" plan and this font is included in Adobe Fonts. I have had this happen before with other fonts. The font is Tomarik. Thanks!Nicole 

I created a brand with fonts that I uploaded, created projects using that brand's fonts, then made the projects into templates. However, my colleagues, who are members of the brand and template library, are unable to open the templates without being prompted to upload the brand fonts. Aside from having every team member upload the same font to their individual account, how can they access these branded templates? We'd like to eventually share templates and brands with the rest of the university, so having every user across campus have to upload fonts individually isn't ideal.

Hi there,  I've been disconnected five times now from Adobe tech support, so hoping this community can help. I am trying to gain access to shared libraries on Creative Cloud Express, but every time I open the link, I receive an "Oh No!" message, telling me there is an error. This has been happening for two months now.  Any guidance is much appreciated. Thank you. 

I have version 7.7.0 of the Creative Cloud Express: Design app on my Google Pixel 4XL phone (Android)The problem is that when I want to edit a template nothing happens. When I click on "Remox this template" it isn't doing anything further. I am signed in on my Adobe account when I try to ise the app and also uninstalled and reinstalled it, without any luck.

Reviewers are all saying "Creative Cloud Express" is part of the "all apps" monthly creative cloud subscription, but is that really true?  Aside from being able to launch CC Express from your creative cloud app, there really doesn't seem to be any real difference or benefit provided by the all apps monthly subscription to Creative Cloud that isn't already available via the "Free" tier of CC Express. Inquiring minds what to know. Thanks
