Dear Community, we've got an issue with playback permission on our iPad Gen 6. with Safari-Browser. We want to play our videos which have an background music and a self-dubbed audio track. By clicking "play" we get the attached error message.Maybe you have some idea or a hint to fix that issue. Thanks in advance and all the best  

My students are using Creative Cloud to create projects on Chromebooks, but when they try to download their projects, it just says "download failed" and they aren't able to download the projects. I'm not sure what the problem is.

Dear all, I try to remix the template "build a bot", as it the only template with a really multicolored text.  However when I click on remix, the template appaers with the font just in 1 color. Is this an issue with the template?Kind regards

Hello everyone,   I have a subscription that started just a year ago. My renewal reminder tells me that my present subscription is to Creative Cloud Express premium (I always thought I had a simple creative cloud photography plan 20GB). But it goes on to say that it will be revised (downgraded?) to Creative Cloud Express starter plan.   I cannot find any information on this starter plan anywhere online. I am wondering how this revised plan will differ from what I have at present - what am I able to do now that I won't be able to do after renewal? Do I still get access to Lightroom, Lightroom Classic, Bridge and all the tutorials (I really neeed those!!)   Could someone kindly help with some information so I can decide whether or not to renew.   Many thanks Patrick

I have added several files to my "synced files" in Creative Cloud. I would like to use them to create designs in Creative Cloud Express. Are the synced files in Creative Cloud accessible for use in Creative Cloud Express?

Hi, If i create myself logo for my company's website by using Adobe Creative Cloud Express logo maker, is there any copyright issue? Do I have to give credit or pay adobe to use it on my business website or as soon as I create a logo ( as long as it doesn't resemle anyone else's logo) it is safe to use on website. Thank you

I used to be able to use photos from Google Drive as well as from Google Photos. This functionality has disappeared since Spark was retired.  Also, why are the albums in Google Photos listed in random order when they appear in alphabetical order in the app itself?  This makes everything more time consuming and tedious.

It would be extremely helpful if there was a more direct integration between CC Express and Portfolio, specifically around pages. The pages in CC Express are fantastic for use as blog entries and articles, but there isn't a really easy way to connect those pages to a Portfolio site. Specifically, I would like a way to add a CC Express page to a list of entries in Portfolio. Having it be one click, simply selecting the entry you want to add.

Moin Moin,wie schon im Betreff zusammengefasst, ist es mir nicht möglich einen "öffentlichen Link" zu erstellen.Die Fehlermeldung ist im Anhang zu sehen. Ich habe 100%ig eine Internetverbindung. Sowie ist dies bisher nicht Temprär, da ich seit gestern über mehre Stunden hinweg es immer wieder probiert habe.Ich habe ebenfalls eine neue Test Bibliothek erstellt und versucht einen öffentlichen Link zu erstellen. Wie zu erwarten kommt der gleiche Fehler. Hat hier jemand erfahrung damit gemacht und kann mir evtl. sagen woran es liegt?Der Support unterstützt leider keine "kostenfreien Programme"(welche ich eh nur mit einem kostenpflichtigen Abo wirklich nutzen kann).Viele liebe GrüßeLukas 

Hi, so I've been using Adobe Creative Cloud Express (previously Spark) for a long time and all of a sudden it no longer accepts my video files when creating videos? I always work with .mp4 files and have never had any issues before. In most cases, these are files generated by Adobe Premier Pro. I have even tried using Adobe Media Encoder to convert them to alternatives, but still get the same error message. Can someone advise if this is a known bug?ThanksPaul 

I am working on a logo for a website. The most recent draft I made was approved to be sent to some group for further edits. I attempted to duplicate the file, saving both in the process, but then I was automatically logged out of Adobe. Upon logging back in, the project had reverted back to a previous draft from two weeks ago. This does not take much time to fix, but then when I do fix it, the changes are erased once more. The autosave function never completes, and when I finish working on something, I can download it but if I leave the app/webpage, all updates will disappear.

I have started a project in cc express on my phone but I'm finding there are a couple of design features that aren't on the app. I want to switch it over to photoshop to finish the design but I don't know how. Is that possible? I really don't want to have to start over in Photoshop

Hello everyone, I have no clue what has happened I use CCE all of the time. But it seems after installing the new update I cannot add video to any of my projects. When I try it says "an error occurred while adding one or more assets. Please try again using different asset(s)". I cannot find anything online to help me out, anyone have any idea?

Hi,  I am the admin of a CC premium business account.There are two users setup in this account, myself and my colleague in Marketing. I have two CC accounts - one is an old personal account which I had before our marketing team member joined our business, and one is my new business account.Both use the same email address info. When my colleague uses "Share > Invite" from a project to try and share with me, and then types in my email address it offers her the option to share with either my old personal account or business account. If she chooses my old personal account - she can share with me no problem. If she chooses my business account my name goes red in the 'Add People' field and the 'invite to edit' button remains greyed out and cannot be clicked.If she chooses the "copy link" to share feature, and sends me the link, when i click on it to open it when logged in to my CC business account my browser doesn't open the link properly. Spark (CC Express) Pages like for example https://express.adobe.com/page/dkex85Bz6iZCj/ are not scrollable and will only show the titel if visited via firefox browser. Firefox users won't see the content above, if they visit the origin link. Only if they enter some embedded version - but then the inner table of content won't function because the links will lead to the origin link + "#line" like https://express.adobe.com/page/dkex85Bz6iZCj/#this-is-a-title.Need to fix this issue to get the protocols of our non-profit project published, so that is accessible public but optically atractive to get the interest of the people (but most of our target group might use firefox).Please help!

Hello, We are looking to automate our flyers at the company, and would like to personalize them per salesman  Is there a way for users to enter our portal and view templated flyers but with their information already filled in through CCE?  Thank you for any reply's!   

Trying to insert a simple shape that isn't an icon. Such as a square or rectangle that I can manipulate its size and outline entirely. When I insert a rectangle outline currently, if I stretch it further than the original size it doesn't maintain the same thickness around the perimeter of the outline. This has to be simple? But somehow I'm not seeing it. Thank you!
