We made the purchase of our adobe acrobat pro for companies for 3 users, at the beginning it let us enter but we did not know why it did not let us request electronic signatures from other people, it kept loading or blank and did not let us move forward, after contacting Adobe and from them tell us that they would look at the issue, everything got worse, now we cannot do any action since it tells us that there is a problem with the internal server and it does not let us access, we have already contacted Adobe on 4 occasions and they still have not solved the problem We don't know what else to do or if we should cancel the subscription and go to another application [Moderator moved the thread from Enterprise & Teams to the correct forum]
I got the Adobe acrobat sign-in email, but I cannot sign-in the link because after putting my ID and password I just got the following message: "Please accept the Adobe Acrobat Sign invitation previously emailed to you. If you have questions, contact your account administrator."Please let me know for the administrator how to send the Adobe Acrobat Sign invitation again.
Just curious, what happens to documents sent for signature and that user account is deleted before receiving the signed documents? We had a user leave the company and wondered what happens if they had documents out for signature. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, Recently I have been having an issue when trying to send an adobe pdf file to an email. I will push submit and it will bring a pop up and have the recipients address and my email address with the subject and file attached. But when I push submit the recipient will not get the email at all. It doesn't pop up in any of my folders in my gmail account. Has anyone else had this issue and know how to fix? Thanks
Hi, I am testing a fillable template on adobe sign. Suddenly, when completing the sender prefill portion, the program keeps redirecting me back to a previously completed sender prefill field. Then, it will not allow me to continue with the remainder of the sender prefill fields. So far, I have done the following, to no avail:edited the problem fielddeleted and re-created the problem fieldre-created the problem field without any conditions, and made sure no other fields are dependent on it for conditionssigned out and signed back in Can anyone please offer some suggestions? In Adobe Sign templates is there a way to link 2 drop down list so if a signer selects from one drop down list another list will select information based on the first drop down list. I want to be able to align 2 drop down list that have different wording in each basicsally drop down 1 has 3 options that allign with 3 options in drop down 2 and based on what someone selects in drop down 1 the options will change in drop down 2. I recently shared a PDF to be signed (e-sig feature in Acrobat). Upon recieving the signed document back, I downloaded it. I tried to finish the rest of the fourm, but it stated that I had limited permissions. How can I fix this so I can continue to edit the document?
Documents have been sent by me for signature, but the signers are not receiving the automated email requesting signature. The emails do not appear to be landing in spam. I have received the email confirming that the document has been sent for signature, and all looks proper within EchoSign. I've been using Acrobat Sign app on my iphone for a few years to send a contract to sign. I sign it first then send for the other person to fill out and sign. Suddenly, within the last few weeks when I go through the process and finally hit send it comes back with an error stating that the first fillable field (meant for the other person) doesn't have a value as if I'm supposed to fill it out. It works fine when I send the exact same document via documents.adobe.com. It just won't send anymore via the app.
