¿Como puede hacer para restablecer el perfil de Acrobat Sign quede asociado al perfil vigente?La cuenta con sus suscripciones expiraron, pasando incluso los 30 dias de gracia. Como resellers y administrador de cuentas a nuestros clientes creamos otro perfil, pero asociado al mismo correo de administracion. Eso genero un perfil activo con todas las suscripcciones, pero para el caso de Acrobat Sign no es posible acceder, porque quedo asociado al perfil caducado y no es posible corregirlo. Si me cambio al perfil Personal, no funciona, porque no tiene licencias asignadas. Quedo atento a su ayuda
Hi i have creative cloud plan, i created account developper and i would like to create an app with adobe sign API, but the button is not available (GREY) and mouse hover button is write "Contact your system admin to request access". The system admin is me, why? Thankyou Ben!
Can you use a template to send a document to many email addresses, such that each email recipient gets their own document to complete individually? When I try to use the "bulk send" feature, I am only able to see my documents, not my templates. And when I start with "using" a template, I don't see how to send the associated document to multiple email recipients individually. Thank you!
Hello, Is there an option to create a flow to create a lead in Dynamics 365 when an adobe sign document is completed by a participant? We tried creating a flow with the Adobe triggers available, but it gives me a list of documents only that are in my completed list, not in the templates.
I'm a real estate broker using Adobe Sign for transaction documents.I like Adobe Sign but have one major beef. When we receive an offer to purchase, we have the option to accept, reject or counter. When we counter an offer, our clients only initial the offer. They do not sign with a signature anywhere.Adobe Sign does not allow a document to only be initialed, requiring a full signature somewhere in the document., This is critical for me and other real estate brokers. We need to send out docs that require initials only.Can't you fix this?Thanks,Rick Padden
When I sign into Adobe Sign (https://secure.echosign.com/public/login), I am not routed to the Adobe Sign page, where I Send and Manage documents. Now, when I sign in, the page is routed to https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/, my Adobe Acrobat Home page. I prefer to use the Adobe Sign site and have found there are same features and functions lacking when sending documents through the Adobe Acrobat Home page. Is there any way to get my account to stop routing to the home page, or does Adobe Sign no longer exist on its own?
Hi, I'm getting an invalid agreement ID error when I press "Send for Signature." What could be the cause of this and how can I fix it?

I read https://opensource.adobe.com/acrobat-sign/developer_guide/oauth.html#refresh-token-request which would allow me to continually request valid tokens, but I'm concerned about what happens when a user changes their password in between token usages / requests
Hello,We have been using Microsoft Teams Approvals with Adobe Sign, but recently it has stopped working. I can see all my Adobe Sign activity in Teams, but if I click "Needs action" and then "Review," I get a message that says "This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue." The Adobe Acrobat Sign Teams app works fine, so I don't think it's a licensing issue. Thank you.
I thought I had posted this already, but it disappeared as soon as I selected the "Post" button at the bottom of my screen. Anyhow, no matter what I attempt to do, I cannot get my form tab order to work. It always only tabs through my form by row and not the defined order I have set up. I even turned off "Automatically adjust tab order when modifying fields" option under the Forms section of the Preferences dialogue box. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, SS
When bulk-sending to multiple people, each form needs a countersigner.Copy of form goes out to multiple recipients via bulk-send (Signer1) and once signed, is sent to a counter-signer (Signer2)Is it possible to have a counter-signer when using the bulk-send tool?
I recently had to switch my adobe form to landscape view from portrait. Took quite a while, but I got it to work. Now as soon as I go to E-Sign -> Request E-Signatures and enter the e-mail address of the individuals I wan to sign the form every field on my 2 page form will shift about 0.2" to the left. I have no idea what could be causing this. I'm new to creating forms in Adobe. This is the first one I've attempted. Hopefully I can salvage this form without having to put it back in Portrait mode because it is much easier to understand in landscape. I've attached a screenshot of part of the form to show the shifting. Thanks, SS
On one post it said to change the address in the Preferences > Email Accounts. Here is a screen shot. I changed the names.Thom Parker told me that isn't where it changed and I can't find where to change it. Please advise.Here is a screen shot of what the person receiving it should see. How can I sign the document in Adobe Sign before I send it to client to sign?
I'm displaying an agreement in an iframe for signing in our web app. When the UI for signing is displayed, in the top left there's an Options menu which has an item titled "Read Agreement". If the user clicks it, the iframe reloads with a read-only view of the document. I cannot see a way for them to get back to the signable version, and can't find a way to disable this menu item (though I did find a way to disable the delegate and decline options). Once the iframe reloads in read-only mode, the Options menu disappears, and all icons are missing tooltips to make it easy to find out what they do, but I really think I tried everything that looked like it might get them back to signing. Our use case requires the participant to sign the agreement, and allowing them to go down other paths where they get stuck will result in frustration for them, lost revenue/participation for us, and a high volume of support calls. How can I disable the read-only menu item?&
Hello, everyone! I've been using the Web Forms, and all the features are great. HOWEVER, I'd like for the Web form filler to be able to select who gets a CC of the form (agreement), once the signer/approver has finished the process. It has to be controlled, as I work in a school setting. Perhaps, creating a drop down with the email options, or adding a field where to enter it (granted that said email has our domain)? Or some other way. Is this possible?

Hello,is it possible to add an email in Adobe Sign, which also receives the notification mails besides the sender himself, when a document is signed?For now, I can only add an email as CC recipient and this email only recieves a notification, when the whole signing process is completed.
In bulk send, it is possible to upload a customised .csv file to pre-fill in information fields, such as name, title etc as well as any custom-defined field, such as a $amount. Can a similar merge function be used when sending to just one recipient, rather than manually enetering text fields before sending?
Hii Team, Currently we are trying to use webhook for getting back the signed document. But in the creation of webhook itself, we are getting an error that "webhook URL is invalid". We have tried becceptor for testing purpose. So it worked there . But when we tried with our production environment's webapi URL, we weren't able to create webhook. We were thinking that due to change in the webhook url which contains special characters like "@" , ":" and few like that in text, for autheticating our webapi URL. Does adobe is making validation over the webapi URL? If someone is facing similar kind of issues, assistance over this will be really helpful. Thanks in advance.

I need a list of all documents that were completed during a date range. I see the report is for overall numbers, but I just need a list of the titles and dates. When I go to the manage tab > completed tab - thats basically what I need to print but if I just highlight and select it wont print or c/p to another doc. 1. Is there a way to print a list of documents completed?2. If so, can it include both documents I sent, as well as documents I was cc'd on? If not, please consider adding this. Thanks in advance.
