Hello,I have a issue with adobe sign and power automate, I've created a flow which send a document for signature. The document has a predefined format with signatures fields at the bottom of the page, so I used one of those documents as models in adobe sign library and put signature fields in it. Now my problem is sometimes I can have a document with the same format but with multiple pages and in this case the signature field will be at the bottom of the first page because the flow uses the one-page-predefined template in adobe sign library. So how can I make sure that the signature is always at the bottom of the last page no matter how many pages the document has.Is it possible for the signer to sign wherever he wants no matter the number of pages ?Thank you for your help 

Is Adobe Sign required to manage/recall/delete documents? Can I manage documents through Adobe Acrobat Fill & Sign?

One of my recipiants email is automatically assigned to another recipiant. How can I manually change and manage recipiants information (name, email etc)?

I have a form with many fields that will all be prefilled by Power Automate. However, when I test this, after the automation completes, the agreement is still "Waiting for me" to Prefill & Send even though there are no fields left to prefill. I want the agreement to go straight to the signer after the automation fills in the fields. How can I get the agreement to skip that prefill & send step?

We currently use webforms to gather information from our clients. I'd prefer the notification of the webform come to me without the attachment because it contains personal information. How can I make it so that it doesn't send the attachment?

We have a form that has a drop down menu (not one we created) that depending on the selection populates later drop down menus on the form. When we try and send through acrobat sign, we get an error saying drop down menus cannot be blank (because the selection has not been made). How can we send this for signatures? Thanks

Hello, I uploaded a document and created a template with all the fields, checkboxes, and radio buttons exactly where I want them.I would then like to edit the template and replace the document when an update has been made while keeping all the fields, checkboxes, and radio buttons exactly where they were.How is that accomplished?Thank You!

I would like to add a group of checkboxes or radio buttons for a template and make the signer select at least one and only one maximum.   How do I do that? Thank You!

Hi team, I have noticed that adding in a user in CC results in the same effect as passing in a user as the x-api-user parameter. The document will still be able to be viewed in the user's Adobe Sign portal and interacted with (e.g. initiating a reminder, adding a note) as normal. Is there any real difference between the two? Hallo, ich habe des öfteren Versicherungsverträge bei welcher der Kunde mehrmal unterzeichnen muss. Leider sind manche Versicherungsgesellschaften noch nicht so ganz konform mit digitaler Unterschrift und bemängeln, dass die Unterschrift überall gleich ist. Das liegt daran, dass sich Adobe die Unterschrift vom ersten Feld merkt und als Vorschlag einfügt. Wie kann ich Adobe Sign so einstellen, dass dies nicht passiert, sondern der Kunde muss jedesmal wieder neu unterschreiben? Gruß Daniel

Ich kann die Absenderadresse einfach nicht ändern. Die Falsche Absenderadresse, an die auch die Bestätigungen geschickt werden, kann ich in keiner Einstellung mehr finden. Trotzdem wird sie dem Empfänger angezeigt und das unterzeichnetet Dokument an diese falsche Adresse geschickt.

Hi,I am receiving a message when I try to send out a document to be signed. I'm given a neverending loading wheel, or receiving the message   eu1.documents.adobe.comredirected you too many times.This only happened when I updated my account and added the photography bundle to my account. I have been on live chat twice, who then passed it higher to see if they could fix it, which they couldn't. I haven't been able to use Adobe sign for the last 5 days and I've got vital documents that need signing. As nobody is able to fix this issue I've had to temporarily use another program to get my documents signed.I haven't changed my e-mail address or anything else on the account and this is not working across multiple computers and platforms.Thinking that this will never be resolved I tried to cancel my Adobe account as it's useless to me without Adobe Sign and I've been told I'll be charged £50 to cancel early.Is there a way Adobe could cancel my account and make a new one or will I st

I want to remove User id of user beacuse i am not able to integrate with sharepoint it shows "User already exists in a different adobe sign account.

If a field is required and assigned to Anyone (say a Form-filler, approver, and a signer), can the Form-Filler or Approver skip that field in order to let the Signer complete it? (Or could the Form-Filler skip it to let the Approver complete it?)I need a field that must be completed but could truly be completed by anyone. Is that possible?

I am using SharePoint Server 2016 Enterprise On Premise with the latest CU installed.When trying to install Adobe Sign the installer throws an Unhandled Exception. There is no error message explaining the exception other than Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Hi, I am trying to send a document out from a salesforce community portal but every time I select the 'Send for Signature' button it brings me to the salesforce login screen and does not open up the document I am trying to send. How do I fix this?

I have an enterprise account and need to send an important document to four different people for signatures but Adobe keeps giving me an error message to call support. No number, no name, who do I call? Adobe says to call your enterprise, but the enterprise does not respond. Signed, defeated user.  

Hi We need to find a way to send same agreement to several signers and receive one format signed by each individual using Adobe Sign.the flow shall include 3 participants among the sender. The set of users to sing individualy shall be included as Participant 1 and all individual forms should go to participant 2 and then to participant 3 in this order. I've tried to send in bulk but cannot find the way to add more than one signer in order. can you help me? I have a fillable PDF including some text fields and radio buttons. After filling it and adding my own signature, I uploaded it using the 'Fill & Sign' feature in order to request my supervisor's signature. However, the radio buttons that I had set in the original form, were cleared in the uploaded version. I have tried several times but to no avail. Can someone suggest a fix?
