Hi, I have an application that uses an integration key to send(via email) documents as a user. That user is unable to send any documents through the application to their own email. Is there a setting in AdobeSign that will allow this? Last I checked, EchoSign downloads a temp Excel doc in order to reveal the masked data, which is not PCI Compliant. Have there been any improvements or changes with how masked data is viewed with Adobe DC? Or is it EchoSign rebanded and performs the same way?Example: I want to collect credit card numbers on authorization forms. I want the CC number masked for the signer and when viewing the doc online, but be able to reveal the masked number field when clicking a button or something. The masked data should be revealed in the browser and not in Excel or any temp file saved to the local machine. Is this possible? Is anybody using Echosign/Adobe DC for Credit Card Authorization forms or a similar use case?
We want to integrate Adobe Sign into our Wordpress website but have not found a way to make Adobe Sign work for us. Our workflow: Customer requests to lease equipment and pre-fills data to be included in the agreement (either directly in the PDF or within a that fills the PDF)Internal staff verifies info submitted and adds the equipment and price to the documentThe pdf is sent out for signatures from all parties. We can do this with DocuSign but not Adobe....? Has Adobe completely missed the multi-step process of filling a form just to prepare it for signatures? Did I miss something? How do we integrate this into our WordPress website? Thanks in advance for you help.
We have been using Adobe Sign for many of our business workflows. We are hung up our teaming agreements and NDA contracts that we send to other businesses. Right now when changes are needed, a workflow has to be cancelled or declined and the process starts over once we've made the document edits. We're looking for more capabilities within Adobe Sign to avoid this disruption in the process - highlight tool, comment boxes, etc. for the contract receipient to adjust the document before approval and signing.
Is there a way (without creating text boxes) of enabling the person(s) who receive a contract to edit the contract text, which can be tracked and accepted by the person signing off the contract? The nature of the business I work in means that the contract recipient often sends a separate email with changes they want making to contracts. If these changes are accepted I then have to amend the word document before pdfing it and sending again via ESign. This is a lengthy process as I have to edit the contract, and then renter a lot of fields comprising text boxes, drop down boxes and radio buttons when sending the contract. It would be easier if the contract recipient could make tracked changes directly onto the contract which could then be accepted or rejected ( with the ability to make notes) by the person who signs this contract off. Is this possible, and if not is it a feature Adobe could incorporate?
One of my employees recently quit. I had a customer call in and say that this employee sent out an agreement to sign last Wednesday, but it's not showing up under my account. How do I access agreements that other users send out. I would think since I'm the admin I should be able to see everything my team does.

Hi,I have created a date field in Adobe acroform. Now for this field there is a validation where signer can not enter any future date ie. date value will not exceed current date. I have to handle this with Adobe Sign Text tag only. Is there any condition/calculation method which I can use here in text tag for this validation? I use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC tool to develop my PDF forms. Any kind suggestion will be very much appreciated.
We are looking to integrate Adobe Sign with our FileMaker solution. While I have a decent gasp on FileMaker and that fun stuff, Not all that great with the scripting and api integration. We are looking to be able to send out a service agreement that we generate in FileMaker for signatures. I know we can send it as a PDF. Do you know if it’s possible to also then grab the signed PDF and put it back into FileMaker? I know that this can be done with DocUsign.Any suggestions or links would be awesome.
My agreement changes from Authoring state to OutForSignature state when I call the PUT /agreements/ID/formFields endpoint.I don't want this to happen, and nowhere I can find in the documentation says that this should happen. Any ideas on how to prevent this?(This is the v6 REST API)
This is v6 of the REST API.This is the same auth token that created the agreement in the first place, not even a minute after creating the agreement. Said auth token has a scope of "agreement_read agreement_write webhook_read webhook_retention webhook_write".I'm on a developer account, if that matters.
Hello, I have a question regarding this endpoint and just not sure where to look. Once you uploaded a file using the /transientDocuments endpoint and then created an agreement in AUTHORING state using the /agreements endpoint, how does one add specific form fields to that document? I see it says something about using a Template ID, but not understanding what that is for or how to get the Template ID.Thanks all, and appreciate the patience with me.
I am working on a website that my client would like to incorporate pdf's that they would build in Sign. They need to have forms added to the site with the signature option and that is fillable. Similar to what you would see with online tax forms. I had suggested using another plug-in but the company is going to already be using Sign in their facilities and wanted to keep it all the same as well as having a specific form from the State that they need to use. Is it possible to have the document embedded in the site, include the Sign feature and it work the same way or would it be best to have a "link" to a Sign document for them to use. I am not familiar with Sign but keeping it secure due to the form information is priority. I might not be thinking about this the right way, suggestions are appreciated!Thanks,
I have created a number field, however once the document is completed the numbers appear condensed and do not space evenly across the field. What additional steps need to be taken to enable the numbers to space evenly across the field?

Hi.I try to upload a 60KB PDF file to Adobe sign (free version with 1 transction left)After selecting the recipients of the document the upload starts but it always hangs at about 70%I don't get any error messages. Hi, I'm creating a form that has two signature fields (one for the form filler, and one for a person legally authorized to sign for the form filler) but I only need one of these two fields to be filled out when the form is submitted. Is it possible to program the form so that it is mandatory for either of the two signature fields to be completed? In other words, I 'd like to make it mandatory for either of two signature field boxes to be filled out. Is this possible? Also, I'm not able to combine the two signature fields into a single mandatory field because each one has its own distinct disclaimer.
When the recipient receives the document to sign, it never loads. The webpage just says "Preparing Document". The recipient, a tech-savy person, has tried with different browsers with clearing cache with no avail. To test this, I sent myself the same document and have experienced the same issue. The document to sign never loads.There are 2 different documents behaving the same way. This doesn't seem like a document/browser problem. I have an open case with Adobe, but I'm simply only told to clear cache or use a differnent browser.I use Adobe Sign for proposal and contract approvals, and it's included in my plan. I don't want the only answer to be to deal with it or use another platform.Any suggestions?

Hello! I need help...I have an Adobe form that I converted to Adobe Sign. Everything works good except I cannot figure out this piece...I have a checkbox that if it is checked I want a signature field to become visible and the rest of the form (8 pages of fields) to become invisible. Back story on my form is that I either need someone to fill out the 8 page form, sign & return it to me or check the box to decline, sign & return to me, it does need to remain secure/private. Is there a way to do this? I have searched & searched and feel that I may be missing something. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you!
