In my department at work I have been tasked with creating digital signatures for multiple users.  Is there a way for them to change the password on the signature after I've installed it on their systems?  I set it to be a generic password and then they are required to change it to a personal unique one.  I just wonder if it's possible to change the password once they have set it up on their computer. 

Hi all, using Adobe Sign I would like to create a form that is signed by three people. I can't define the people in advance (so I can't associate the role 'signer 1/2/3' with concrete user). Is there a possibility to implement the following idea using 'Signer 1' as an example?At the beginning of the form is inserted field, in which 'signer 1' enters his mail address manually. From this field the form takes the email address for signer 1, and assigns the role of 'signer 1' accordingly. Now this person can automatically edit only the fields assigned to 'Signer 1'. I am looking forward to your answers 🙂 

I am needing to know if there is a way to send a large document to one individual signer first, lets say yearly contracts for example, to be signed and then split into individual documents to be sent to the individual signers, or employees in this example, to finish their portion of the signing.  So what I am needing is:- One large document sent to head of business for him to sign all the contracts at once (rather than him having to click through 50+ documents to sign individually on his account)- Documents then split according to the employee they go to and sending to those individual employees. I am hoping there is a way to do this to take a little of the workload off the initial signer.

The page below seems to describe how to combine multiple documents into a single doc for signing, but still return separated files rather than a single combined file in the end. https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/kb/split-up-a-signed-document.html However, the instructions appear to apply to admins only, and seem to apply globally to all accounts. How can I, as a user, achieve the same thing for my account only without having to convince an admin to make this change to the system for everyone? Thanks DWT

When sending document for signature it tells me request must be made from correct api access point?? Help how do I change this

we have a training log that needs to be initialed each time training is accomplished.  Is there a way to have a runnin g document that we can send out each time the person completes training and they can initial the new line but the old signatures are still there?  Check out the docuement.

Long story short, I have a few different groups of MegaSign agreements that need to go out at the same time.Is there a way to use my templates and get a MegaSign set up and ready to send but NOT send it right away? Can I delay to a specific time or wait until later to click Send?  

Recipient has a valid email address but esign cannot deliver. Have verified with the recipient and tried a test email which works. 

I previously had an Adobe Sign Trial, which expired. My organisation now has Adobe for Enterprise which I believe includes esignatures. However, when I go to Adobe Sign it still tells me I have a free account, limited to 2 per month. Does the enterprise plan include Adobe Sign, and if so, how can I correct this issue?

Hello, I have bought lisence to Adobe Sign and try to use it in my organization. But all my board-members get the same message, when they try to sign:"Your BankID service is not enable... To enable the BankID service or ask for more information, please contact Intesi Group S.p.A" ?!!! Do we have to buy a supplementary service beside Adobe Sign to get this to work?

Good morning,I am hoping this post will help those of us with the problems associated with field masking. We masked fields so that the data wouldn't show up when you looked at a document in notification emails.  I developed a web form and can see the data when I download the csv (although really ugly and cumbersome). My collegue who has to process these forms can't download the csv or see the data. This collegue is set up in the pathing Is there something I am missing or have set up incorrectly? As someone asked 6 years ago, is there a better way to do this?Melani

Hi,I'm sending a document to 100+ recipients via mega sign. Once the recipients have signed and returned the docs is it possible for me to countersign all the documents at once (rather than going into Manage and signing each on individually? Thanks.   

My goal is to put the data of 100 customers in a CSV file. But I currently have a problem with my CSV file.First of all, when I download my CSV sample file, here is the presentation I have :While in the tutorial video here's how the data is directly noted (in columns):  When I do the manipulation to put my CSV sample file in columns, the file is not recognized anymore: So I can't find a solution to copy the data of my customers in the sample CSV file with commas. Hi I have sent a document to two different people to be signed. One has completed it but I have noticed that the email address of the 2nd signatory is incorrect. How can I re-send the partially signed document to the second person using their correct email address? Thanks

I have setup my document for signatures, ensured that each field is required, each field NOT READ ONLY and each field identified for sender or recipient. I fill out the areas with fill and sign and send for signature after pressing save. When the document arrives, it has the initial and sign areas for the signer, but my filled sections for prices and such are blank. What am I doing wrong. As it is now, the people look like they are signing a blank contract Help!

How do i know if my form i filled in and signed went threw? Do they send threw my email Or some other platform? 

Recently.....I found that there is an additional sign and shows up signer`s email in the bottom of  my dociment  while I sending the email to the signer.....more than that , if I send a document to three people it shows email in the document to each receiver.....that`s crazy Is there any optional buttom to hide that  ? Someone help me...please.....thx

I purchased Acrobat Standard yesterday at the recommendation of the people in Staples.  I want to insert STL and OBJ files of solids to view in 3D PDFs and was told that all Acrobat options had this ability.  When I downloaded and installed Acrobat Standard, I could not see the "Rich Media" tool on the list.  Was I mis-informed by the sales clerk?  Do I, or even CAN I get an upgrade to what is essentially useless to me without the Tool that I wanted? 

I am on my 14-day trial for adobe sign and it is not allowing me to add users.  Any ideas?

I am trying to get a client to e-sign a doc, but the problem seems to be that the client is using the same generic email address as the person who was at the company before them. The system is associating that email address with the old user name instead of the new one. Is there a way that my client can change it to her name in order to sign?  Also, the signer does not have an account. I send the signer the document and the signer simply clicks on the link in the email they receive, signs the document and sends it back. 

Can someone that you sent a request of signature to forward the document to someone else to sign? Or is it strictly limited to the person's email address that you sent it to?
