How come when I updated my email address for logging in, my allotment of free signatures disappered? 

We are having issues with receiving cancellation emails to delegated users through api. When a user reroutes/delegates the signature process using adobe and if requester then cancels the signature process, no cancellation email is received by either of users(initial one who received the signature/the user to whom its delegated). As per my understanding the cancellation email will be recieved by any user who is involved in the signature process.  Please let me know otherwise Support request (703295)

I am getting the following error when I try and add two users to my Adobe Sign account: "You cannot add that email address to your account. Please see this Knowledge Base Article for more information." Having read the article, I have verified that there are no other users in the system, other than the admin.  I am trying to add my manager's email to the trial as we test.The other option says:Some accounts are set up with domain level security. Hi, I am wondering if the only way to send an Adobe fillable form is through the adobe sign portal or if there is a way of sending them through email too?

Hey, I hope somebody can help seeing how this is the only support for Adobe Sign which is mental.   I have been forced to change my password but unfortunately, I am being blocked from creating a new password by the page believing that everything I suggest is my name or email.  Hi there so I have signed up for adobe sign and I finished signing up and what not. So, i go in to log in so I can use the adobe sign feature; to sign some electronic documents online for my amazon job, and I keep having errors. It continues to not let me login in at all. Please help!

I have Adobe DC Pro and in the past I created templates to send out for signatures via Adobe Sign. My company recently purchased additional seats of Adobe DC Pro and I've assigned those to coworkers. Is it possible for me to give them access to my Adobe Sign Templates from the Document Cloud?

Hi, I currently have admin rights to add users. What rights will they have? I cannot assign them to a product bc there are no more licenses but it still lets me add them as users, so I need to know what they can do as a user? None of them received an email or anything that I added them either. Help appreciated! Thanks! 

Hello need our input on this. i have policies and agreements i want new hires to read via Adobe Sign. How do i produce the e transaction summary report after using adobe edit sign 

The signature of the recipient does not appear to be visible when I upload that signed PDF to Teams or SharePoint. However the uploaded PDF does say it has been signed. Is there some setting I can change that allows all signatures to be displayed?

Hi All. I am a SharePoint pro but a newbie to Adobe Sign. Can someone explain to me or point me to resources about the difference between the cloud version and the O365 version? Long story wer must use O365, not cloud. I am trying to get educated on creating forms with fill in fields and then routing for approval. I am very geeky but as I said Adobe is new to me.

I want to send a completed form PDF to a customer for a signature, but when I email the form or send it through Adobe sign the form is missing some of the completed sections (i.e. boxes missing). What might be causing this?

I just started to upload photos for approval to sell as stock.  I was directed to sign the w-9 tax form.  I singed up for the free trial of Adobe Sign to do it.  I also have the most updated Adobe Acrobat Reader.  I'm using a Mac OS10.14.6.  When I put in my username and password for Adobe Sign and submit to loging, it just stops working, nothing else shows up, not even and error.  I got the same result from my ipad 7.  I can log directly into Adobe Sign, so i know the username and password are correct. Pls Help.. 

After you have requested signatures on a document and received the document back as signed and filed, can you then send the document out to someone else for signature?  Are you also able to change or edit how you would like it to be signed rather than starting all over?

Hi,We have an issue with workflows in Adobe Sign. After editing an existing workflow a second identically named one is listed - see attached image. This is causing us an issue as we do not know which one is 'live' both say they have been published and are active, but when a user selects to use a workflow from the library in a Send operation they only see single entries listed - see the second image.Anyone else seen this? Any ideas on how to resolve? ThanksMark

In a Salesforce sandbox, I have had the Adobe Sign integration working for quite a while. Yesterday, it appeared to stop working without warning and when I signed into Salesforce, it appeared that my password had expired. I updated it, but automatic status updates continued to fail. I went into the Adobe Sign Admin page and clicked on Enable Automatic Status Updates but I keep getting this error when I do. Can anyone help me resolve this? Error message: Sorry, we were not able to process your request.Please try again later.If this error persists, please contact support.

Hallo, kurz bevor wir PDF Dateien verschicken und die Signaturfelder auf das PDF ziehen möchten, bekommen wir oben links eine Fehlermeldung, dass Formularfelder gefunden wurden. Unsere Kunden beschweren sich, dass diese bei der Unterzeichnung sichtbar sind und beim Unterschreiben stören. Wie bekommen wir die Felder weg?

Ich habe mir ein Anbieterkonto bei Adobe Stock eingerichtet und die entsprechende Steuerinformation ausgefüllt. Ich muss lediglich noch unterschreiben und werde zu Adobe Sign geleitet. Aber es erscheint kein Feld zum unterschreiben. Muss ich Adobe Sign abbonieren um zu unterschreiben? Folgender Fehlercode taucht bei mir auf: Error Code: 200430021017773.app-a13
