I have an agreement which goes out to 4 Signers, each Signer must Sign at least one required Signture box. This works perfectly.If a Signer does not sign one of the non required Signature boxes, even though they have signed the required Signature box, the agreement passes on to the subsequent signers and gets them to sign their copies as part of the normal process and even shows that all Signers have signed the agreement in the Activity logs, but the Recipients only shows as 3 completed and the Completed trigger does not happen in Power Automate.
It doesn't happen everytime... but very often, I receive this message in Conga Composer:"Error While contacting Adobe Sign Servers" I cleared the cookies, closed the browser, and even restarted my computer... But it keeps showing up. The agreement is generated, but Conga doesn't move to Adobe by itself and the File is not uploaded either...
Under the "Manage" / "All shared agrrements" option a table is displayed with Recipients listed. What is currently displayed for this field is the name the user uses to sign an agreement. Is there a way to modify this view so that the user email address is displayed instead or additionally? A user's email is a very unique identifier... where what folks use as a signature is highly variable.
In our organisation we send a "contract cover sheet" to our signatory which has risk information about what they are signing. Is there a way of sending this to a signatory privately when we are sending out a contract to multiple parties? We have been copying and pasting the information in to the private message function however this can make it difficult to read.
The Canadian branch of my organizition has 10 - 14 customer-facing employees who need to be able to send an e-sign document to English-speaking and French-speaking customers using either the English document template or French document template. The Acrobat Pro for teams - Business subscription shows as having the functionality we need (see below), but the admin interface for my free trial doesn't match what the Adobe site or Microsoft Copilot's instructions say: Form must have a "File Attachment" field no matter who sends it The signing experience must be able to be set as English or French This doesn't appear to be an option when using/sending a template, but I was able to get the result I wanted by changing my Adobe account language The templates must be shareable with team so any member can send and all functionality needs to be preserved Ability to transfer Admin role, if necessary Preferably, ability to transfer the 2 templates created with an Adobe Pro individu
When I request for signatures using adobe acrobat sign. the signer is in AUS. For the home address state options are only for US? Can anyone help me remove that?

I tried to do it on mobile phone, on PC, it does not willing to sign and save the document!I Just can not sign it!what should i do please help! I have a users that is getting request to sign documents on Adobe Sign but the email where he is getting notified is only showing an option "to delegate an authorized signer" before he would get the "normal" email with the option to "Review and sign". We have done several test with several users and he is the only experiencing this issue.
Hey everyone, i have a document that i am hoping to require a specific number of digits in a string. the string requirement is 11 digits in length and i see the option in Adobe Sign to set a string max but not a string minimum. is this an option within the adobe sign platform?

Hello I am a sole proprietor but I want my e-signature requests to come from my company's name, not my personal name. How can I make this happen? When I check my Adobe Account, everything has my business name listed already. My personal name isn't listed anywhere. However, when I go to the Adobe Sign settings specifically, it still shows my personal name. When I click "Edit Name", it redirects me to the main Adobe Account settings, which are already correct. So I can't change my name in Adobe Sign.
I created a flow that sends an adobe sign agreement to multiple people to sign. Once the first person signs, it is triggering the status of signed in the "do until" that I have set up and continuing the flow. I would like it only to proceed once all the parties have signed not after the first person signs. Any ideas on how to make this work?
TL;DR - I need clients to set goals in part of a form, then come back later and score progress on those goals in the same form. Signatures are required both times. Is this possible? I have a form in which multiple clients (intern and employer) fill in and sign only some form fields at the beginning of a process, and then they fill out the rest of the fields and sign the form again at the end of that process, usually around 3 months later. These cannot be separate forms, because clients are identifying goals in a left-hand column on each page (call it "phase 1") and then evaluating those goals in a right-hand column on the same page (call it "phase 2.")I would like to send the form out in "phase 1" and then resend the same form for phase 2, which should include the user-entered content from phase 1, so clients can enter evaluation scores on the goals entered the first time they filled out the form.Lastly, as the program supervisor, I need to sign the form after all of the above is
We are unable to make any edits to the recipient names or email addresses or their roles after a document has been started. Will this be an option in future updates?
Since this morning, We are facing a severe issue that effectively blocks our sales path. I have a reusable form field layer that contains 4 signature blocks. Recipients 3 and 4 are groups. When I apply the template to my document, the signature blocks for recipients 3 and 4 do not appear on the document but everything else does. How do I get the signature blocks to remain?
Hello,one user in our usergroup is not able to add notes in Manage section. The dialog window "Add Notes" opens but she is not able to click into notes field (where is the default text "This will be your own personal note...).The user has the same AdobeSign rights as others have.I suspect that this is some kind of browser setup? We use Chrome.We tried/checked:- pop up window setting is OFF (as all other users have), and we try to add an exception to [*.]adobesign.com- JavaScript setting is ON- open a page in New Incognito Window- use different browser (MS Edge browser) Non of these actions was successful.Any suggestions what to check/set up? I sent a document to multiple people for signature. My intent is that each person signs and returns their individual document. The document asks for sensitive information so I do NOT want it shared with others. The confirmation notice says the following:A copy has also been sent to you at... for your records."WorkLab Coaches Contract" was sent for signature.... They will complete “WorkLab Coaches Contract” in any order.As soon as the agreement is complete, all eligible parties will be e-mailed PDF copies.When it says that "all eligible parties will be e-mailed PDF copies" - does that mean of ALL signed docs or just their own?Thanks
Hello I had this message pop up recently when creating a workflow and now I can not access it."Cannot open this workflow because it is either corrupted or contains features not yet supported.To edit or customize this workflow, please contact your CSR."I have since created another workflow compromised of the same documents, so I went to delete the old workflow and I cannot even access it anymore to delete it. Can someone please let me know if they know what is going on and how to resolve it?
Hi All,How to Protect the Document PDF from Printing after Completed get a Sign from all recipients.We already set the password to Open, but we need to add also after the file is open , the file is restricted to Printing.Since if from the beginning we protect the PDF file and set the security so that it cannot be printed, we cannot add the PDF document to "Request e-signatures". I have created a button called "Send Annual Controlled Self Assessment" on an object called CFO_Survey_Recipients__c in Salesforce. The Agreement Template has been created and is referenced in the button. The button code looks like this; {!URLFOR('/apex/echosign_dev1__AgreementTemplateProcess?masterId={!CFO_Survey_Recipients__c.Id}&templateid=a6w7E0000008bLYQAY')} When I click the button to fire the agreement, I get the following error every time "Invalid id: {!CFO_Survey_Recipients__c.Id}". I have referenced the correct Salesforce ID in the button, and the Agreement Template references the correct object. Has anyone encountered this error message before?
