Hello! We recently implemented Adobe Sign for Salesforce (SF.com). Everything seems to be working for sending Sign agreements to SF.com based contacts. However, we are not able to identify means by which to send Sign agreements via SMS within the SF.com environment. As an aside, sending via SMS seems to work just fine in the native Adobe Sign portal. Can anyone provide guidance as to whether this feature is supported, and if so, what settings within Adobe Sign for Salesforce need be enabled? Thank you!
Hi all, I have a problem with adobe sign component on power automate:This is my flow:1.Create an agreement from an uploaded document and send for signatureParticipant Email: abc@gmail.comSignature Type: ESIGNParticipant Role: SIGNERParticipant Order: 12. Pause 10 seconds3.Retrieve the Signing URL4. Send email v2Reciepent: def@gmail.comBody: url link from step 3. The flow works and the email def@gmail receive email with url link to the signing document. What is strange here is that with the email def@gmail.com, i can still sign the document. I think its a bug because i have set up the email with the signning rights at step 1: abc@gmail.comIs that a bug?
I have been sent an acrobat sign from a big company. I'm sure they have an account. When I go to the link I get this message I have to sign in for my identity. Then once I do, it tells me my trial has ended and the only thing I can do is subscribe. Therefore I cannot sign the form they have sent over. What can I do? See screenshots.

The Oauth2.0 for adobe sign returns a response like the title. Even the sample URL given in the documentation returns the same response. Hi, I have a Federated Login with my company Kyndryl Solutions Pvt Ltd. I was able to use the Adobe standard DC prior to formatting my PC. Post Re install its not allowing me to Sign IN. I recently upgraded from an Individual account to a Business account with two licenses because I hired an employee who will need to utilize our Adobe Sign. When I was upgrading, the agent I worked with via chat assured me that my existing templates would carry over and I would be able to share them for use with the other license user. However, I am not able to change the permissions on existing templates. It doesn't even give me an option for that under the dropdown for Template Properties. When I create a new template, I don't get the option to make it a reusable form, used by anyone in my organization. I also don't have the "tool" box for Creating a Reusable Template. So even recreating all of my templates to make them accessible to the other user isn't an option. Obviously, I want to avoid that anyway because there are dozens of templates that have been created over a year's time as needed. I have spent hours with support the last two days. I'm trying to create a single document that can be signed multiple times on different dates by the same people. It's meant to be an approval form for money transfers that auditors can refer to as a single document instead of lots of individually signed ones. Right now, all I have is the first line and I know that if I send it to sign, then it will no longer be usable for future entries. Any ideas? Thanks!
Is there a way to send a user a single email with all the documents they have been requested to sign that are still pending? I unfortunately alway have 15-20 documents to sign. Each document sends a separate reminder email on some frequency. Therefore I receive so many reminder emails that's I now just have an email filter that sends all the reminders to folder that I don't look at. It would be much more beneficial if I received a single reminder email on user set frequency, which included all pending documents to sign. I would actually scan this more frequently. regard and thanks in advance.

Quand j'envoie un Pdf à faire signer à plusieurs destiataires, et que je demande au premier signataire de joindre un fichier ( photo d'un document ), le second signataire reçoit une enorme photo et un tout petit PDF à signer, mais celui-ci est tellement petit qu'il est illisible et donc impossible à signer. A savoir que mes signataires signent uniquement avec leurs smartphones.
Is there a way to save signers and people to be CC'd in an e-sign template? For example, when I used DocuSign, I set up a template that had my team-mates automatically CC'd on it, so when I used that template, all I had to do was add in the client email address, and it would go to the client to be signed, and my team-mates would get a copy. I didn't have to manually add in the people to be CC'd every time I used the template. I see how to create an e-sign template, but I don't see an option to save people to a template. Is this possible? Thanks for any help.
Every once in a while when sending a document for signature using adobe sign different text fields will cut off the bottom lines of the text field when there is plenty of room in the field still available. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?

I see a disable/enable and hide/unhide but after hours of googling, cannot figure out how to delete the agreements and/or the form itself. I found an article for deleting items in Adobe Sign but I can't seen to get my screen to look the same, despite having Admin access.
Hello, we would use the Adobe Acrobat Sign API (https://secure.na1.echosign.com/public/docs/restapi/v6) for contracts.We currently have the Creative Cloud in our account.In the developer console the Adobe Acrobat Sign API is faded out and the info is, that we have not the right licence.The chat support can't say what licence we need.Can here someone help us? Which licence we need for this API? Greetins from Germany
