I am attempting to sign a document via Microsoft Edge on iOS 17.4.1.  When I click the link in my email it takes me to Adobe Sign in Microsoft Edge, I enter my username and password and see the document.  I tap the field for my signature and get an error that indicates 'We experienced problems with Adobe login.  Please try again.'    I then log in to Adobe Sign in Microsoft Edge and go to Manage and open the document for signature.  I tap the field for my signature, then select Tap to Sign, I enter my user credentials and it continually takes me back to the Tap to Sign option...the document never completes.  I previoulsy had no issues with signing documents this way on my iPhone, not sure what has changed to cause this issue, any thoughts?  Also, my organization does not allow me to use the Adobe Sign app, I have to sign using Microsoft Edge.   [Attachments removed by Moderator]

how can I Access to the transaction verification page through signature fieldsdo I need to have an company account?  I have tried thistransaction verification and unauthenticated access to the Audit Report TransactionIDs for all agreements sent through the Adobe Acrobat Sign system can be verified by entering the transactionID on the verification page:To use the verification page, you must be in possession of the transactionID, which can be found on the audit report of the agreement, obtained through reporting/data exports, or through API action.Enter the transactionID into the Transaction Number field and click Verify.If the transaction is valid, a green verification banner is presented, with a link to the Audit Report for the agreement:  

I modified my account and when I go to e-sign a document, an old colleague's name is the only option for signing. How do I change that name to my own? 

Hi Team, How can i resolve the subject line error while trying to verify for  newly created account although i had filled in a wrong date of birth entry in the date section. Kindly advise how i can complete verificatioin of the account without getting this error after entering the verification code. see below  

I am using Power Automate to create a flow for Adobe signature purposes. Basically when a pdf is created in a specific folder it is sent to Adobe for an ID. It is then supposed to create an agreement and upload for signature. Unfortunately i get a generic error that the Document Upload has encountered a probelm. I can see the document in the Adobe center but when i click it nothing populates. Outside of Adobe i can see, edit, and print the pdf document as normal. Attached you will find the power automate flow minus the email I am sending to.  I tried reaching out to Adobe chat support but they transfered me around 4+ times and eventually disconnected the chat.

When i try to add a digital signature field to my web form and save it, i get a message "Sorry, this document contains unsupported field types".. I cannot figure out how to get past this! Is there a different procedure to placing digital signature fields on a form? Do i need to have a certain account type?

Another way to look at this is that if a document has 3 signers (signer1, signer2, signer3), can I use the API to pass 1 signer and have them sign for signer3.-----------------Is there a way to skip a signer?  For example, some of my forms I have 3 signers (signer1, signer2, signer3).  Some of my forms I have 2 signers (signer1, signer2). And some of my forms I have two signers but identified as (signer1, signer3).  When merging all the documents together with 3 signers, everything get's picked up correctly and works.  However, if my business rules point me to only merging the 3rd set of documents (signer1, signer3) and there are only 2 signers, the signer3 fields never get signed. I have a user that is trying to perform batch e-signautre requests. When trying to do it from the desktop app, we get the erorr "Request e-signature services are not available at this time." If we try to do it from the web portal, the document will try to upload and then error out saying "Sorry, something went wrong." Any ideas on what the issue might be. 

We have the Adobe Acrobat for O365 GCC license.  In MS Teams, we are able to go to Apps > add Adobe Acrobat Sign Government > click Open > click Connect button on the "Connect your Adobe Acrobat Sign Government account window" just fine.  However, right after that, the window displays https://corporate.adobesign.us at the top, but the rest of the window is blank.  Then the window changes to display https://secure.adobesign.us with the following error message: "error":"invalid_request","error_description":"Some of the parameters is missing or invalid." withot any other option to try. We have tried the above steps on Windows 10, Windows 11, iOS and Android with the same result.  I was able to download Adobe Sign mobile version on my smartphone and was able to log into it just fine.  But I cannot get into Adobe Sign when trying to do it via MS Teams. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

When sending multiple documents to be signed, Adobe combines all of them into one single document and returns them the same way.  Is there a way, after the documents have been signed, to have each document saved individually with its own audit report so they can be filed in separate locations?  We want to keep the integrity of the audit report, so printing and scanning back in will not work. The responses posted in 2018/2019 about changing the Global Settings, and selecting the 'Keep documents separated' toggle is not available in the latest version of Adobe Esign (at least not that the Admin could find). Any way around this other than sending each document separately to the signer?  Thank you.

Hello, My wife and I completed the on line Social Security Medicare Part B application forms and signed them electronically at the Adobe site on September 22, 2022. We got acknowledgements via email that the forms have been successfully completed. However, even after 15 days, they do not show up at the Social Security website. We have called Social Security multiple times (we have to be on hold for over 1 hour for each call, as you can imagine), but they are not able to see the applications in their system, too. We even went personally to the Social Security office (2 1/2 hour wait), but they have no idea what's going on. We called today (October 6, 2022) but they still can't see them. Because of this, we don't have any health coverage (even though they say they will cover retroactively), and have to pay in full out of pocket for everything. Is there any way that you can help?

However, when the document is generated, the tag itself ({{data.footnote}}) is not being replaced by the corresponding value from the JSON. Hi!Wanted some inputs regarding ff:I have an app that generates a PDF. This goes through an approval process within the app. What I want to happen is that when the final approval comes through, I need the PDF to be automatically signed. I'm thinking if I can pull the signatory's signature from adobe and tie it in my approval process. Note that this should not bring me to the adobe sign window that has the signatory manually click and sign on the documents (the app produces about 600 files for signature each so we want to automate the process).Thank you!Thank you!

Hi! We are on Adobe Sign version 21.5.11, was wondering if it's possible to dynamically display the data from child object records into an Adobe sign document.  For example, I have a Cars child object which has a lookup to the Account object. My Cars object has 3 fields: Model, Manufacturer, Year, and I can have an X amount of child records. If I have 5 child records, I would like to display all 5 child records and their corresponding fields in the Adobe sign document. Hi, We are using Adobesign api to perform the following actions: Step-1 We are generating the Access Token from Refresh token with privilege set agrement_writeStep-2 Once we have the token, we are using base url's api to get the api end pointsStep-3- We are sending the post request to rest api v6 transientDocuments but it returning following error: Body{"code": "CONTENT FILTERED","message": "Must provide file body"} We did tested in Postman and it worked and returned the document ID, but after getting the document id when we post the request to agreements Api its throwing error "Resource Not Found". Please let us know if we need to enable something or we are missing any data points. Thank you!

How can everyone in a group within Adobe Sign have access to the documents and status in the Adobe portal along with email notification when the status changes.:

I have an issue that is two part. First, if a document is signed and saved as a certified copy the application freezes and I cannot click or use any other functions, a ping sound can be heard when I click, as if a dialogue window is open - no window is displayed. I cannot use any functions or open another document until I hard close acrobat from task manager and restart it manually. It appears the document is saved locally when I restart the application but this makes signing documents incredible inefficient since I need to restart every time I sign and save a read only copy. Secondly, if I open the signed document and try to save a certified copy again I get  the "an error occured while uploading" message. I have updated acrobat, reinstalled and also tried disabling protected mode already. Kindly advise how to fix this very annoying issue.
