Hello, we are having an issue with emails bouncing but it only seems to be to the address of the account that created the document to be signed. adobesign@adobesign.com has been added to the safe senders list and as you can see from the attached other email addresses in our domain are receiving emails ok. Can anyone assist?
We have a lot of documents and merge mappings developed in a sandbox and need to move them to production. Is there a way to migrate them automatically? Recreating them in production is time consuming and a bad development practice.
According to this article, I should be able to create a new webhook from the Webhook interface in the Account menu of the Acrobat Sign site. I can't seem to find an option for Webhooks anywhere on https://acrobat.adobe.com/ or https://adminconsole.adobe.com . How can I get to the Webhook interface? I have an Acrobat Pro account with Acrobat Sign included.
I'm reviewing the documentation, but does anyone know if it's possible to build a merge mapping in APEX instead of the user interface?This would help with migration and source control.
Estou trabalhando em uma integração da ferramenta de assinatura da Adobe com o software da empresa que trabalho. Já consegui fazer algumas requisições como para pegar o Code Authorization, Refresh Token, Transient Documents e Create Agreement. No momento estou trabalhando em cima do endpoint para realizar o download do document que é api/rest/v6/agreements/documentId/combinedDocument e estou recebendo o status 403 e o seguinte JSON:{ "code": "PERMISSION_DENIED", "message": "The API caller does not have the permission to execute this operation"}Relacionado aos escopos, ativei todos a nivel account para fim de testes mesmo, porem, ainda sim, a resposta persiste.
Is there a way to resize the checkboxes other than pulling the corners? When creating the webform and publishing it the boxes are huge! The only time they look normal are strictly as a pdf but they're still all clumpy. Any ideas or ways to get past this? Thanks.
Hello, I have read all of the previous posts and followed the guides I could locate but seem to still be having the same issue it appears others are having. When I click on 'Request E-Signatures' .. Select any document (one or more) .. then enter ONE or MORE email addresses (have tried at least 5 different ones at differing domains) then click 'Specify where to sign' .. the upload progress circle appears and the program stays on that screen indenfinately.I have tried:Turning off 'use modern user interface' as suggested in multiple guides. (No effect)Uninstalling and reinstalling (No effect)Using the web based interface (No effect)Uninstalling and using the adobe cleaner tool (No effect)Editing PDF as aform specifying ehere signature should go, or not doing so (no effect) I am using:Windows 10 (Business V.22H2)Wired/Wireless connectivity (no effect either way) Any suggestions?
Hi, I'm not sure why, but the 'request signatures' button is not working from my desktop application, despite working fine when i use the online version. When I click the button, nothing happens. If anyone has found a workaround for the same issue, please let me know. Thank you.

Hi All, I'm getting mad and also desperate at once and I kindly hope of your help to get me out of the spinning frustration. Perhaps, it's only a small thing I might miss but I don't know exactly how to get to the settings according to the guideline. We 100% need to change the default message and logo which is sent out to recepients for signing any documents and I wan't to change it to our personal branding. I POST to api/rest/v6/agreements to create my agreement (with state: AUTHORING)A GET from api/rest/v6/agreements shows all is well.Then i get the participant set IDs and use this information to PUT my formFields api/rest/v6/agreements/{agreementId}/formFields.However this last step changes the agreement status to OUT_FOR_SIGNATURE( I was hoping i could set the status to IN_PROCESS using api/rest/v6/agreements/{agreementId}/state ... but this API call fails with a 403 status OPERATION_NOT_ALLOWED )Is there an account setting that causes this unexpected behaviour? i don't use workflows.Many thanks!
Hi, I have sent two documents for signature in one request. Now I only receive a combined pdf back. How can I seperate the documents again?
Just purchased an Adobe Sign Solutions for small business sub to specifically use the workflows feature. I went into Global Settings to turn the feature on, but there is no checkbox to tick. Tried to have online conversation with Adobe yesterday but the chat disconnected for some reason. Thought I'd try here next, as you guys are awesome 🙂I left my account overnight to see if it "updated" in some way, but still no checkbox to tick. This tool is useless to me without the workflows option.
Hi there, I am using Adobe Sign and I frequiently send out packages containing several documents for signature. Once signed, I want to receive these documents as seperate files and not a combined file. It is possible to go into the Adobe dashboard and download the documents but this seems like an unnecesary, if I could just receive the documents as seperate files. I tried looking in the settings for an option, but could not find one.
I've read most of the other posts I could find about notifications and played around in my settings, but couldn't seem to find an answer to this... I send a lot of contracts to individual signers, but with 3 other people from my org cc'd who need to receive the final signed document. Is there a way that I can avoid notifying these cc'd folks when the document is first sent for signature, only when the final signed copy is sent back? Don't need to hit their inboxes with yet another unnecessary email to delete if I can prevent it. Thanks!
I recently have encountered an issue where Adobe Sign takes significantly longer than normal to trigger the associated power automate flow(10+ minutes as opposed to less than 2 or 3). The power automate flow isn't any slower, and funcitons normally.
I am having an issue with my Adobe Sign. Whenever I CC people to be copied and receive the notification emails when recipients sign the document the individuals who are being CC'd are not receiving the notification emails.

Hello,I am experiencing an issue with accessing my Adobe account. I created the account using a student email address provided by my school, which is no longer active. Hola, esta mi segunda cuenta de Adobe, mi cuenta principal no tengo acceso ya que me pide restablecer la contraseña, lo cual me ofrece dos metodos por numero de celular o por correo electronico. Lamentablemente ya no cuento con el numero de celular e intentado restablecer la contraseña de Adobe con el correo electronico, he seguido los pasos pero una vez ingresado el codigo que me brindan al correo, me piden ahora el numero de celular. Todas las formas que he intentado, me sigue pidiendo el numero de celular, quisiera que me ayuden porfavor a ingresar a mi cuenta principal de Adobe Creative Cloud. Gracias
I sent outt a PDF for signature and when I received notifications in my email informing me they were signed, it states that the form is between another business and the individual that signed. It should state that it is from myself and tthe individual that signed. In the past, I had used the other business account when I worked with them. How do I change that? I am currently logged into adobe with my account.
