I am wondering if I am missing it, but is there an option to bulk download signed PDFs from Adobe Sign?Thanks for your help!

I have asked several Adobe employees and I have not gotten a clear answer. The sales team said it was just documents I send for signature. Others said it included documents that have been cancelled or declined. I just need a straight answer so that I can monitor it.

We send a document to the same recipient group every month. There should really be a way to save the recipient group so that we don't have to type in all of their email addresses every month.

Our documents are going out from CRM and Adobe Sign to customers without issue. When the documents are signed they are being returned by email, but are not being updated in the CRM as signed. Instead we get the following error every time: Error while retrieving agreement status : Error converting value "DOCUMENTS_VIEWED" to type 'AdobeSignPlugins.EchoSignModel.Enums+AgreementEventTypeV6'. Path 'events[3].type', line 1, position 1540. Has anyone seen this error before and is there an easy solution?

Error message: Unhandled Error: 210713073417737.app-b23 I get this error message everytime I try to sign and submit a document. This only happens to one document.I've tried clearing browser data and cache but that doesn't solve anything. I've tried creating a new signature but the same problem persists. Help!  

Hi!I'm a member in a NGO that has an Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription, including Adobe Sign.There's 3 people that have acces to this account, including me, on the same adress.The problem is that on my PC, I can't access the Agreements Section, there's a blank page opening, and an error that says "Request e-signature services are temporarily unavailable. Some documents and information may be missing. Please try again later.".Has anyone else been through this situation?  

As of yesterday, neither my Admin or I, on two separate devices and two separate networks, cannot add the email to collect the signature and send the doc.  After entering the email, it just keeps asking us to enter the email again and again.  We then have to hit "cancel" and we're right back where we started.  This has been going on since yesterday. 

Hello, I'm trying to establish whether Adobe Sign will notify me if a contract/document that I've sent was undeliverable (just like one gets a notification through Outlook) and , if it does, how long will it take for the 'undeliverable email' to generate? I've looked on the FAQs but I'm none the wiser and none of my colleagues who use / have used Adobe Sign know either. Help?!

hi, using Architecture: arm64Processor: Apple M2Build: 24.2.20736.0AGM: 7.1.4CoolType: 9.1.0JP2K: 4.0.2.54248 and I always was able to request e-signatures with my agreement but now I'm getting this odd error: invalid multipart was specified. Can anyone help? 

my friend went online to sign his notarized POA and now upon retrieval of history for verification purposes why does it say now that he no longer can log into adobesign?Look at the last page of attachment it has adobes security features on it I believe but how do I verify those number with adobe period ? Does anyone know please help?

I receive an email with a PDF attachment and can open/view it on my cell and pc but later (not sure of time frame) I receive the following error, Bearer:Access denied, using Chrome as my browser. Im not the only one this is happening to, several people receive the same email and its also happening to them. Multiple browsers have been tried. Im also unable to download it to attempt to open it. But its odd that I can open it when its first sent.  

Hi there, I'm trying to find out if there's a way of replacing the original document inside sharepoit when you send it to be signed rather creating a duplicate (signed) version of it? We want to place a file on a folder, send it to be signed and when people sign it, it updates the file we send. Thank you

We will use Sign to send a packet of forms to be signed by a judge. However, in recent months we've been getting issues with the placement of the signature lines shifting big time once submitted to the cloud. Often the 1st page placed line is gone and is dumped somewhere much further down on the packet.  Of course my first consideration is it operator error by the person preparing the packet. So of course I look over their shoulder, watch them go through each of the 20 pages and place the line correctly. I cannot find a rhyme or reason why this is happening. The clerks all use Edge or Chrome and it seems to happen on both.  I attached a few examples of what the SENT document is looking like on the reciever's side. Maybe my search syntax wasn't good when trying to figure out if others have a similar issue. This one example was only 11 pages this time around so I don't think it would be overloading the system. 

I have created a template and added it to my 'Library Documents'The template has two fields in it which are due to be 'prefilled' by the person who sends it - i.e. me. It also has a name, date and signature on it for the person I am sending it to - but don't worry about these. Imagine this is a very simple contract, with me pre-filling in to the template the name of the thing I am selling. I often want collect signatures from the same person for two seperate items in one send-out.In this case I add the same template twice from my document library to the 'envelope' and the system it is happy to add them. The problem: When I go to pre-fill the fields, both documents are in the system - all good so far. The problem is that the system links the fields in the two templates together.So when I fill in "Field 1" on "Template 1" it automatically fills in "Field 1" on "Template 2" as well.I do not want this. How do I remove the link between these fields, or set the

When daily reminders are set them seem to switch off before the document is signed. Why is this? Should it behave this way? Do recipients have the ability to turn them off?

Hello, I'm trying to create a Web Form where the first participant designates the email of a second participant. In other words, I have a form I need two signatures on, but I don't know either party's email in advance. The first party will always know the second party.  As far as I can tell, the most recent help topic on Web Forms, here, indicates this should be possible. I have an Adobe Acrobat Pro plan subscription. However, when I "add participant" on my web form, it requires an email for the second participant. I assume this is related to the recent end of Adobe Sign as a separate product... but can I still get this functionality somehow?

Hola, Quiero saber si es posible, que las personas que van en copia en las firmas de documentos, les llegue un correo de notificación cuando alguien firme?Entiendo que ahora está por defecto que sólo llegue el mail cuando el documento esta completado y firmado por todos, pero no por cada firma. Gracias de antemano.

It's currently not possible to edit, replace, or add counter-signers to a web form once it has initially been created.  Therefore, anytime that one of the counter-signers is unavailable or leaves the company I will need to crate a new web form. Ideally it would be nice to be able to edit the template email counter-signer, though if I have to manually put the replacement as it is possible in the normal Adobe-Sign process it will have to suffice (though that function is not avaialbe on web form).

Is there a way to customize the email content sent to the signer when an agreement expires? Is yes, how can this be done?

Is it possible to sign with a certified signature (e.g. eID or Certified Token) in the eSign-services webapp and in the Mobile app(s)?

My Question:Would my clients have to download an app. in order to provide their signature (which I'd request via Adobe Sign)?Additional Context:I'm considering using Adobe Sign to request that my photography clients sign their contract. Many of my clients will resist providing their signature in this manner if they are required to download an app. to do so.
