I created a document requiring three signatures, two of the signers executed the document with the draw or type options and their signatures were automatically date stamped. The third signer used the image option to sign but this method did not add the date/time stamp. Is there any way to correct this?

hi guys, im trying to upload a signed by adobe document clicking on a link send by my client but still getting the same problem. Can anyone please help me whats the reason thanks in advance  

I can't figure out when sending documents for esignatures, to have the name auto fill so they don't have to type it in, and the date to automatically fill when they sign

Good morning.I am wanting to generate documents that will be sent off to clients for signing and then returned signed - using Adobe Sign.  Automated creation of the document is easy (a document tool that generates PDF), and then using Adobe's APIs, the documents are sent off.  What I have not been able to quite grasp is the step where Adobe Sign recognises any/these designated fields (white-on-white etc.) on the document without manual intervention or use of Acrobat itself.  Is somebody able to point me in the right direction (webpage, tutorial etc.) please as to how I can tell Adobe Sign to utilise that document as a form - fields and signatures etc?Many thanks in advance.Greg

Why do check boxes go blank when I prepare/send form for e-signatures 

I use AdobeSign constantly for signatures, usually opening the document in the app, adding the email addresses, setting the fields, then sending. Ever since the update, the desktop app just freezes after I enter the email address. It goes back to the document, but there is no way to set the fields and send. I have been working around it by going to the online document center, but that is really a pain.  Why doesn't this work anymore??

Using the API, I use the /agreements endpoint to configure a RedirectUrl and obtain an agreementId.  I then call the /agreements/<agreementid>/signingUrls endpoint to obtain an eSignUrl. When the user open the eSignUrl, they complete the signing of the document and are then directed to the the configured RedirectUrl.  This works as expected, except for a second or two prior to the redirection, a UserMessage page is displayed (see attached screenshot) with the text "You're all set.  You finished signing <documentName>. Ist es möglich in einem Acrobat-Account, bei verschiedenen Webformularen verschiedene Empfänger E-Mail-Adresse zu hinterlegen. Also für ausgefüllte Formulare. Zum Beispiel bei Webformular 1 die Mail-Adresse 1 und bei Webformular 2 die Mail-Adresse 2.  

I am unable to use my templates created in adobe for esignatures. The templates are viewable and can be edited but when selecting the files I recieve a message, "PDFs created with unsupported templates can't be sent for e-signatures" even though the template was created in esign. 

 How do I change the contact information shown on the Adobe Fill & Sign document? I don't want my Name and Email address shown here.   

We're trying to find out our companies usage of Adobe Sign, how many transactions we've used of our allotment, and cannot find it. I have access to the admin console of our company and I've made my own account a Sign admin. 

it take me several days to study and still cannot find solution. When I send required esign, there is no button/check to add password like we did in 2023. If we add password all file protected even in my computer that we needn't. The problem is we cannot send out password protect required esign. I have asked some friends, they all changed to docusign, and no time to waste in adobe sign. hope Adobe can find solution for us  

Hi,I am attempting to modify agreement with additional attached documents, I received the following error message from API:400 MODIFYING_IMMUTABLE_FIELDS: Name cannot be modified, DocumentVisibilityEnabled can not be modified, Locale cannot be modified, ParticipantSetsInfo cannot be modified, SendType cannot be modifiedThe strange thing is that I can modify it, if the agreement is in DRAFT state. but if I try to attach anything (doesn't matter what type of file) in AUTHORING or IN_PROCESS state  I receive this error message.Has anyone experienced this?Can anyone help me with getting this message? Thank you,Sanjay Parmar

In the past few weeks, I have been unable to upload a document that was signed outside of the AdobeSign environment.  The customer printed the document physically signed it and emailed it back.  We used to be able to upload that PDF to complete the signing process.  I can't do that anymore.  I would appreciate any help. 

All the agreements I've sent for signing today have shown a subject line of "Please review and complete {name}". How do i get the subject to automatically fill in the brackets { }?

After the recent update, I can no longer delete the text in the message field to signatory. The delete button and backspace is not working, unless I right click tand cut the text.

Hi, I was filling in a form, and thought I'd create a digital signature instead.  I assigned it to an e-mail account.  Now I am unable to send e-mails from that account (a g-mail account) as the Apple mail progrmme keeps on asking me "Mail wants to sign using key 'privateKey' in your keychain".  Is there a way to get rid of this digital signature so I don't have problems with sending e-mails?  I tried removing the signature in the Adobe app but wouldn't allow me to. Any and all help appreciated so I can get my e-mail account back!   

As the title says, I am cancelling my adobe sign sub as its not needed anymore, but still have a couple of docs still out in the wild waiting to be signed, can these still be signed and returned and accessed by me, or will they be cancelled?

Is there a way to request the certified timestamped digital signature via Adobe sign? I need to request signatures from multiple people but the signatures must all be certified. Thanks in advance! 

We want to send a letter to check off a box indicating whether an individual plans to return for the next school year or not. We don't want them to sign the letter, as that could present as a contract. Is there a way to use Adobe Sign without creating an electronic signature?

I've created a WebForm for customers to complete which would start the process of an agreement.  How do I add pages to the PDF of this completed WebForm afterward?  There are NO signature fields on this form, yet Adobe will not let me add pages to it, saying it's protected due to being signed.  How else can I get around this?  I don't want to create a template instead, as that will require me to send it to each person who needs it beforehand.  I want this WebForm to be publicly accessible.

Hi-I spoke to the Embed team a bit but they pointed me here because our application doesn't meet volume requirements.We have a web based product and want to add a feature of having our customers share a specific disclosure document with their customers for signature where they can then track when the document is signed and store the signed document.I guess the main thing I'm not understanding is the pricing works.  I couldn't find any clear documentation on this.  Is there a fee per share or per sign?  And who's account does this go against?  Do we create an account or are we supposed to have our customers get their own Adobe account and we just integrate with it via the developer APIs?Please help me find answers to these questions.Thank you,Collin
