I have a case where we have used Adobe Sign to send a very simple pdf to a user for signature (older, not-tech savy, Mac user). When clicking the signature box, nothing is happening. No signature window is popping up. Have tested sending to other users (both mac and windows) w/out issue. Any ideas? My guess is possibly a very old/out of date Mac that for some reason is causing issues. Anything to confirm/reject my guess is appreciated.
Hi there, I am getting email confirmations that a document was signed, but in my Adobe account those documents show as "Out for Signature." To clarify, I'm getting emails that say "{FILE NAME} between {MY NAME} and {OTHER PARTY} is Signed and Filed!" But when I go into my Adobe Account, where I typically manage these documents, the signature isn't showing and the document status remains unchanged. I've confirmed with the other parties these documents were signed. Can someone help me understand what's going on here? Thanks!

I have sent several E-sign documents out for signature and the signees have been unable to sign. I sent a test document to myself, opened the email and link to document on my mobile device and went to sign. When I clicked the box to sign it takes me to a page/box labled Mobile Signature (or Initial). the message reads 'Use your mobile device to easily draw or capture your signature. A link will be sent to your mobile device via text:' I have changed the area code to the UK and I have tried several ways of inputting the mobile number for the device I am using. No link comes through. I have waited until the end of the 5 min limit and still nothing. I am confused as to why I need a link to a mobile device when I am already using a mobile device in the first place. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there some advice you can give please?
Hello community! I am adding Adobe Acrobat Sign Text Tags to a Word document. I then convert the Word document to a PDF. I then distribute that document in Workday for adobe e-sign. Two questions as it relates to radio buttons:The radio buttons on the adobe e-sign, there is a large gap beteen the radio button and text for the radio button. Does anyone know how to get rid of the large blank space? Below is a photo of the text tag on the Word document for the radio buttons.There are two radio buttons, the end user is required to choose one. Does anyone know how to make it so that it's required for them to choose at least one? Thank you very much for any assistance!
I've read the previous posts and I tried the signin to https://secure.echosign.com/public/login to try to archive my personal account but there's no option. I'm assuming its because I have an active enterprise account with my company. I still see 2 profiles to login, personal and enterprise. If I try to login to personal it says its deactivated. We only have 2 Adobe admins and they are both out. How can I get this resolved? I have 2 users that need to fill and sign and send out paperwork today!

Hello there, I am experiencing an issue with the Full name of Adobe Acrobat sign. When we select to whom we would like the doc to be send, then the full name on the doc by defold gets filled by the name of the email, which not alwys is incorrect, thereofe we should be able to have settings to change the full name. Could we please look at this as matter of urgency for us. kind regards IK
We have a permit to work form and this is typically something that an external contractor, our Facilities Manager and Maintenance person all need to sign at the same time, whilst standing in the same room. This is currently a paper form in a book that is signed with a pen and has multiple foil tear off carbon copies to hand to each person. I want to use an iPad with a blank PDF permit to work form (either a fillable PDF saved on the iPad or a web form), that the Facilities Manager completes together with the contractor and the maintenance person present, the FM then signs the permit with their finger on the screen, the contractor signs the permit slightly lower down with their finger and adds their email address and then the Maintenance person signs with their finger at the bottom of the form. When this single page is signed by all three right there and then, a copy of the permit is emailed to each person displaying their signatures.I don't want verified digital signatur
I need assistance trying to autofill information in Adobe Acrobat Sign for Salesforce. I have created an Agreement Template and created a message to send with the packet. Is there anyway to autofill the contact email from the Salesforce contact account information? Or will this have to be manually added each time?

I am using power automate to automate some of our processes around sending agreements out. Basically when another process drops the document into a specific SharePoint doc library, it triggers my power automate flow to pick up the doc and send off for signing. That all works well, but the issue is I need to place the signature fields on the document in specific locations. From my research it appears I need to pull the agreementID (Not the DocumentID) while the agreement is in authoring mode so that I can add the form fields. I can't figure out how to get the agreementID back via the API (there doesn't seem to be a pre-built power automate connector for that). And also assuming my logic is correct about the placing of the signature fields on the form. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
We occasionaly get documents needing multiple signatures and in some cases want to extend the expiration date of the document if it's already been partially signed. Is it possible to update the expiration date of an Acrobat Sign document via the Rest API after the document has expired?
I already have created an application and I got the "client_id", "client_secret", I have given a consent for that application from an web application local, now from another application local i want to get tokens to use the APIs to sign a document (PDF), I mean that I want to get the "api_access_point" and "web_access_point" BUT I do not want to log again, is there way to use the client_id, client_secret to get tokens (remember the grant_type can not be "authorization_code"). I know that exists the IntegrationKey concept but it does not cover my requiriments, I need to use "client_id", "client_secret".

What are runtime variables? I'm struggling to understand how you set and use them. For example, if I'm trying to add a Dynamic Recipient, I have the option to choose from "Look up Based on Master Object Field." That seems pretty obvious on what it means. But if I choose "Runtime Variable" I can put in a variable name. Where does that variable name get declared? How does it get populated? Unless I'm missing it, I'm not seeing anything in the documentation on that answers the questions above. Just vague references to dynamic variables.
Getting a weird error on a form that has worked for the last year or so. Error only comes up when a signer is on iPad and selects a box that shows additional required fields. They provide the information in the fields, however it fails to sync from the iPad and complete the workflow. Form has been deployed since 2022 and this is the first time we're getting the error. Any help is apperciated.
Hi All, In the template whichever read only fields added are filled with appropriate values on the generated document, based on the merge mapping created in salesforce. Is there a way to choose the language of the values which gets populated on the generated document?eg: If my template has read only field called firstName and I have created a merge mapping in salesforce to map this template field to a field on Contact Object called FirstName. But here the value in Salesforce is in English and I want the values of firstName to be shown in Polish language in the generated document. Is there a way to configure this or is there any setting which I can use to show the field values which appear on the generated document in a different language?
Sometimes I see document signing products (like Acrobat Pro Sign and it's market competitors like DocuSign, etc) advertise that their service comes with signature verifications warranties and/or indemnifications for large dollar amounts such as $1 million, $5 million, and even $10 million. Does Adobe Acrobat Pro Sign offer similar $ indemnifications/warranties? And if so - what does this mean? Is it possible for me to obtain and inspect the fine print of these coverage (options)?
