Hello, We are under Acrobat Standard for Teams and I am trying to share my template to my team members but when I am editing my template I couldn't find where to edit "who can use my template" as this option is not available.
With the previous (Now legacy) Signatures, I could click on Use Template, which would open the template and allow me to enter the recipients. If I then bookmarked this, I could easily always access this form, add the new email address and send it out. When I try to do this in the new system, bookmarking will always take be back to the home page, and I then have to look for the template, and then click Use this template to finally get to the recipient page. This adds extra steps in between. Is there a way for me to easily access the "Use Template" function for a specific document? Thank you
When sending a document out for signing, I noticed the name of the signer is incorrect. The name is associated with the email and I can not find a way to change it. Documents are originated by me, she does not have an account. Thank you for any assistance.
I don't have the option to add an expiration date to the documents I send out for signatures. How can I have this added to my account? Please advise.
Hello,since yesterday , i cannot sign any pdf in acrobat reader (version windows 2023.006.20320).When i use the "Certificate" tool, then Digitally sign, when i trace the square to put my signature, i get an error message sayning (translated from french) :"Impossible to create this signature. Informations for support PPKHandlerlmpl-83"I tried to fix the Reader installation (from help menu). Also tried to uninstall / reinstall acrobat, tired to follow this tip (Erreur de création de signature quand vous signez un PDF (Acrobat 8, 9 sous Windows) (adobe.com)) with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated !
Before I upload my file to AdobeSign, I add a stamp on the pdf. Then, I upload the file on AdobeSign and place signatures and dates ontop of the stamp before sending. But my signed agreement comes back with no visible signatures on the stamp or anywhere on the agreement. It's like they disappeared. Why is this happening, pkease advise!
Is there any way to translate the merged data in the document before sending for signature, I need to translate the full name of attendee which is coming from merge mappings to Polish language before sending for signature.

When trying to replace a signer I received the following error message: Your account admin does not allow delegation to this individual. Details User cannot perform delegation to the specified email address. SETTINGS_PROHIBIT The email I am replacing with is an internal employee of the company and has signed many documents previously. Any ideas on how to fix this?

After the latest update with Microsoft Edge for Business Version 116.0.1938.54 (Official build) (64-bit) users are unable to move fields around on PDF document in Adobe Sign. They were working yesterday but not today. It works fine in Firefox.Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
Is there a way to export all form field data for a given web form?
I was wondering if there was a way to make an adobe esign form request a signature from one person twice in the workflow.For example:Person A needs to fill out Section 1Person B needs to do Section 2Person C does Section 3and then it comes to Person A for the final Section 4before being signed by Person D. Is this possible? Each section relies on the section prior being filled out so Person A can't do Sections 1 and 4 at the same time.
Both spouse's signature are required on tax form but as soon as hubby signs after me, it changes all signatures on the Adobe sign form to his. I have tried everything to get it to take both signatures but it just replaces all with the next one. I am exasperated. What can I do to fix? Thanks!!
Trying to add my signature where its says "Employee Signature" and it will not allow me. it appears its asking for numbers instead of a signature. Also will not allow me to add numbers. Advice? Can not send complete document without signature.

In Adobe signature, the initiating(approver) signature is done through one account only, But we need to add more initiators for the signature. How can we configure multiple approvers?We do not now if the organisation has Enterprise Service account
I removed the integration using my Microsoft 365 account by going to settings, integrated apps, remove. Seemed to go well.But Sign still appears on the Word ribbon and as a side panel in Word. How do I get rid of Sign from Word and Power Point?It is not listed as a add-in when I go to File/Options/Add-ins/Com Add-ins. The only Adobe add-in is the Acorbat PDF Maker Office Com Addin.Sign in not listed as an installed program when I go to Control Panel/Programs and Features.Please help me get rid of this app or add-in or whatever it is. I have an Adobe DC account.I created WEB signature forms using the Hungarian language.The Hungarian language worked perfectly for creation, filling and signing, but the emails sent by Adobe are in English.This is also strange, because when I receive a contract from someone else using Adobe Sign, the text of the email is also in Hungarian.I found a help that is supposed to tell you how to set this up.
