As of this morning my organization can't see the adobesign library when adding files on an agreement. Is there an issue at adobe? No changes have been made by the salesforce admin (me). Thanks!
I want to make it easier for my end users and create a link with URL parameters to create batch agreements. Hello, I am trying to send an agreement from an Opportunity in Salesforce ( Send for Signature button ) but I hit the error : "Adobe Acrobat Sign API returned error:Invalid user ID or email provided in x-api-user header." Hello!When sending a document for signature, in the recipients list, I enter both the email address and the name of each recipient (all signers). So Acrobat Sign already knows the name of each recipient.In the next step where we can edit fields, I only add signature fields, one assigned to each recipient.When the recipients do sign the document, in the signature popup, they have to enter their mobile phone number to draw their signature on their mobile device. (On purpose, I selected the option Require signers to use a mobile device to create their signature and initials as I find it provides a nice second authentication method, as it makes me able to verify the signature was actually drawn on the intended recipient's mobile phone.)The recipients then proceed with drawing their signature on their mobile phone, and the signature gets uploaded as expected. What doesn't make sense to me is that, before hitting the Apply button, they actyally have to type in their name in the Name fie
I'm new to using Adobe Sign & we are using Adobe Acrobat Sign. When I send the document to someone to sign I put in their email address but it's duplicating the first name of the email so for example if the email is asmith@gmail.com & the A in the email if for Amanda, the typed signature that Adobe is putting in the document is Amanda Amanda. How do I get it stop doing that?
Users get this error when accessing e-signature. They are fully licenced for Acrobat Pro in the admin centre. We have taken the licence away and readded it. We have uninstalled the software from the desktop and tried the web version, but nothing works.

For a German organisation with more strict data protection requirements than those defined in the GDPR, it would be mandatory not to save the actual contracts in the Adobe Sign history as they must not keep permanent data histories in an externally hosted cloud environment, in order to be legally able to use Adobe Sign. Up until a few weeks ago Adobe Sign would let you know your document had been signed. You could open it up and print it out. You could also send reminders for a dox that hadn't been signed. It seems to have disappeared.
What can I do to not receive so many emails from Adobe? It's exasperating.

Hi,I have a Word document template in the font "Source Sans Pro" and I use text tags for pre-fill fields. I also specify the the output{{#a=*Field1_es_:prefill:font(name= Source Sans Pro, size=11)}} but when fields are prompted to be pre-filled, the font is different from the original document. Can anyone recommend a best practice?
Ongoing issue, emails with documents are not being delivered to recipients, even tho we recieve a notification email that emails were sent .

Is there some way to identify a legitamate signing request from "adobesign@adobesign.com", to differentiate it from a phishing attempt? If not, I'm afraid that we (my company) will have to abandon Adobesign. Thanks.
Tried to change my email address to Email B, but it says Email B is already used with another account. So I signed out, and tried to sign in with Email B (I do have saved password on the Adobe site for Email B), but it tells me can't find any account with Email B. What's going on here?

I am unable to apply my signature to a document. The blue box once applied to page does not trigger any options to include signature. I can edit the pdf and apply text and use my name with a brush script for now. Also when I try to add a date the numbers do not come up as numbers but rather as strange symbols. ٢١٣٢١٣٥٤٩٩
When a client esigns a document and complets the signatures, they are sent a confirmation notice. That notice provides a link to the signed document. That link is not password protected. Can it be? Thanks

I notice that emails sent for signature always end up in the recipients spam / trash folder. Even if the first receipt is marked as 'Not Spam' subsequent emails still go to the spam folder.How do I prevent this?
Hi, Is it possible to remove the white space at the top or bottom of a document? When I send an agreement via an API call, I use multiple templates and there is white space at the top and bottom of each template. The white space looks unprofessional and I want to remove it. Thanks, Richard
