Hi, I have 1,800+ AI-generated videos (Runway) accepted in my portfolio a year ago, but ALL my recent batches keep getting rejected for Intellectual Property reasons. The videos show people with no visible brands or logos, no recognizable landmarks, and all metadata is clean. The 'Created using generative AI tools' checkbox was checked.Has anyone experienced this and figured out what specifically triggers IP rejection for AI video content? Metadata examples: Title - A woman works in a garden, trimming roses under sunlight. Garden tools are blurred in the foreground while she focuses on the flowers. The area is filled with colorful roses. The warm light enhances the vibrant colors of the blooms as she tends to her plants, showcasing the beauty of gardening. Can someone tell me why this photo was rejected due to quality issues?

I really tried to think of everything: location, storytelling, lighting, camera setup (shot on an iPhone 14 Pro). But it still got rejected for “quality issues”? I honestly don’t get it, especially when so much AI-generated stuff gets accepted there. And we don’t even get any proper feedback. Or was the location not perfect enough?

I have uploaded a. few images recently on the adobe stock website, and the images got rejected citing technical issues, and I am a bit surprised. With the latest image, being one of my most downloaded image from other sites. I’d like to understand why this is happening. So that I can submit better images that pass the quality check.   

Hi, I am a new Stock contributor from Azerbaijan. I am unable to receive the SMS verification code on my mobile number (+994) to complete my account setup. I have already installed the Adobe Account Access app, but the contributor portal still insists on a phone code. Since I cannot receive SMS, can a moderator please help me with manual ID verification? Thank you.

Over the last few years the likes of Paypal and Payoneer or forever increasing their exchange rate / transfer fees. As Adobe is keen to help its contributors maybe it’s about time for a revision of the options available. Either by way of adding your own bank account details, Like Alamy does. The fees involved would be far more reasonable.Or, the addition of Wise (formerly TransferWise) who also have fees that are less painful.Making stock imagery can be hard enough and the fact that the current companies that Adobe offer as payment methods take nearly 5% of income, it feels like Adobe could really make a name for themselves by offering something like Wise as an option. Anyway, forever hopeful that this could someday be done as it would make a very meaningful difference. Hello, I am writing this here because Adobe Contributor Support has completely ignored my emails for the past 10 days. My contributor account was automatically blocked because the system accused me of creating multiple IDs. However, this was entirely caused by a critical bug on Adobe's own platform.As you can see in my attached screenshots:1. First Bug: During mobile verification, the country dropdown was completely broken. It stuck on "+1", loaded random countries like Barbados, but totally omitted Bangladesh.2. Second Bug: Even when the system later loaded Bangladesh (+880), entering my valid phone number in both local and international formats kept giving a red server error: "An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later."Because of Adobe's broken SMS gateway and verification server, I was trapped in a registration loop, which your automated security system wrongly flagged as a violation. Hi everyone, I’m an Adobe Stock Contributor and I’m considering using a VPN strictly for security purposes, such as protecting my connection when working on public or unsecured networks. Just to be clear — I’m not using the VPN to change or hide my location, and I’m not trying to bypass any regional restrictions. The VPN would only be used to encrypt my internet traffic and keep my data safe. Would this be acceptable under Adobe’s Contributor guidelines?Has anyone here had experience with this or received clarification from Adobe? Thanks in advance!

Is a picture of termite damaged wood too common a category? I submitted one and it got rejected due to "similar content"...Scracthing my head a bit here because I don't understand the threshold for a picture to be too similar to the rest.
