Hi everyone,I'm a new Adobe Stock contributor and this image was recently rejected for Image Quality.I'm trying to understand what specific issues reviewers may have seen, as the rejection reason is quite broad.Could you please help identify any potential problems related to:White balance Exposure Contrast Saturation Sharpness Noise Composition Commercial stock appealIf you were reviewing this image, what would be the most likely reason for rejecting it?Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I'm still learning and would love to improve my future submission. Thank you. (^/l\^)
Any thoughts as to why this image was rejected due to quality issues?Sunrise Playalinda Beach
I don’t usually post things like this, but I could really use some guidance from the community. My Adobe Stock contributor account was recently deactivated due to “suspicious activity” (Case ID: 00517654), and I’m honestly confused about what went wrong.I’ve been a contributor for the past 5–6 years, consistently uploading and following all guidelines. To the best of my knowledge, I haven’t engaged in anything that would violate their policies.I’ve already reached out to the support team and followed up, but haven’t received a response yet. This is particularly difficult because Adobe Stock has been one of my primary sources of monthly income. If anyone here has faced something similar, or has any advice on how to resolve this or get in touch with the right team at Adobe, I’d really appreciate your help. Also, if someone from Adobe happens to see this, I’d be grateful if you could help me understand what went wrong and how I can resolve it.Thank you in advance 🙏
Hi everyone,If anyone is using Aiarty Image Enhancer to upscale AI-generated images for stock platforms, could you please share your recommended settings?I'm particularly interested in settings that provide the best balance between image quality and stock approval rates.
This is generated to a scene to illustrate a small-town day to day activity. it is rejected. This image was generated with AI (declared as Generative AI at upload) and submitted under the Illustrations category. The title clearly states it is a pencil sketch/graphite illustration. It was rejected for quality issues.I cannot identify what the specific quality problem is. The image is 3072x2048px, well above the minimum resolution requirement. The pencil sketch style is intentional cross-hatching, monochrome linework, and stone texture are deliberate aesthetic choices, not artifacts or noise. My questions for the community:Does Adobe Stock's automated review system flag intentional pencil sketch texture as "artifacts or noise"? Is this a known issue for this style category? Is there a minimum contrast or clarity standard that monochrome sketch illustrations need to meet that differs from color images? Should pencil sketch AI illustrations be submitted differently different category, differ
I have been contributing to Adobe Stock for over a year and a half, and yesterday my account was deactivated for a Terms Violation. I believe I may have been the victim of a scam.On February 23, I was contacted on Behance by someone claiming to own a small Christian company with a limited budget. The website looked somewhat generic, but still believable for an early-stage project. This person wanted to hire me to create a loop video of Jesus walking on water, based on a video I have on Adobe Stock. I ended up giving them the original video from my Adobe Stock portfolio for free through Behance messages. After that, the person never thanked me and stopped responding. On March 5, my Adobe Stock portfolio was suddenly blocked without any prior warning. A few hours later, the website of that Christian company went offline. I have some screenshots of the website and the full conversation on Behance. The situation becomes even more concerning when I recall that there were other contributors wit

Hi everyone,I’m trying to sign up for an Adobe Stock Contributor account, but I’ve been stuck on the mobile phone verification step for the past 2-3 days.Every time I enter my phone number (Thailand, country code +66), I immediately get this error message: "An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later." I have already tried clearing my browser cache, using incognito mode, and switching browsers, but nothing works. Is anyone else from Thailand or other countries experiencing this issue right now? Any advice on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!
I hope that you have tips for me?

Hello community! I use Adobe products every day, but I am not very active on Stock so I am not sure what was wrong here. This is a hand drawn phone wallpaper - I drew it in Procreate using symmetry. I did have to use Photoshop to upscale it because I make my wallpapers (for other places) at 1440x2560. When I went to upload, it failed to upload due to being too small on the resolution. I didn’t use the AI in photoshop to upscale it, I went the old fashioned way in Photoshop. It’s not an AI image so I didn’t want to use AI to upscale it. I brought it up to 2160x3840 and changed it to 300 DPI from 72 (I usually do phone wallpapers at 72.) Maybe it is just something they don’t like, but it is original and hand drawn. The issue stated was a quality issue. I will be selling it other places so it’s not a big deal for me, just wondering what the problem is here with this one. Do you think it is just the style? Under quality is lists over exposure and other stuff, but this is hand drawn
I’ve been around and around with support on this and am hoping someone here can be of help. Long story short, all of my libraries on Stock have disappeared and I need to get them back. I’m missing years of collecting content for my client projects.I’m a Creative Cloud Pro user with a Stock plan. I had some questions about my Stock plan and an Adobe support agent recommended I change to a Teams plan so I could get unlimited stock. This seemed like the right choice so I made the switch and migrated my libraries to the Teams account. Well, it turned out that this was not the right plan for me because I need extended licensing.I switched back to a personal plan, losing my libraries and my credits.Does anyone have any suggestions on who to contact for this? I’ve tried multiple times and it seem like I’m just getting routed to a salesperson and it feels like they just want me to change my plan for a commission.
Hi, I was on a beautiful places and took many photos, so some are indeed similar and some where not at best quality, fully fine. However, in too many cases I just got “Similar...”.I highly believe Adobe has NO content from that locations, and if so, the situation changes over day, within a year, etc. Often the context matters, like maybe Adbobe has many pictures from lakes, but not from the little lake you have good memories of!For me the new Adobe algorithm for this decision might be broken. If would be great that the software would simple show me 2 or 3 of these similar pictures! Are they really similar, like very similar regarding orientation, framing, light situation, mood, quality, black-white vs color, etc.? For me it looks that the AI behind is overlooking several elements which make a picture worth buying. Also having something similar but a bit different may matter a lot for a buying decision, e.g. 10% closer to my expectitions might be the decision to buy or not. Thanks for f
I’ve been reflecting recently on the use of my assets on Adobe Stock and wanted to start a discussion regarding licensing and merchandise. Like many of you, I sometimes see my photos appearing on products where I suspect the appropriate license may not have been obtained. See below. It can feel disheartening to see work that is licensed for very low prices being used in ways that seem to bypass the intended licensing tiers. Unfortunately, Adobe offers us as contributors no way to see if an asset has been licensed and downloaded for use on merchandise. To clarify the Adobe Stock license terms. It’s important to note that the Standard License on Adobe Stock generally does not allow for the use of assets on merchandise where the asset is the primary value of the item (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, posters, etc.).If a user intends to use an asset on merchandise for resale, they are typically required to purchase an Extended License.Key Clarifications for Your Knowledge Standard vs. Extended/Enhanc
Hello,I already have an open case with Adobe Stock Contributor Support (Case #00517004), but I am unable to submit a follow-up message because the contact form shows:"We are sorry, there was an error submitting your case."My Contributor account is still inactive and displays the message:"Our Account and Submission policy does not allow multiple Contributor accounts."I have already removed my phone number from both Adobe accounts, and the old Adobe account has been deleted. I only want to use the Adobe ID:Could someone please help review my case or advise on the next steps?Thank you.[Personal Information removed by moderator]
My file was approved first, but later I received an email saying it violated intellectual property rules and my account was banned. If the design had an issue, why was it approved before?
Hello,I am following up on my payment request submitted on May 25, 2026. As of june 04, 2026, the payment has not been received, and around 11 business days have passed.
I have very few PNG photo rejects from Adobe, from which I cannot determine why, and then re-submit where it is accepted. This one, however, has me stumped. The focus, detail, and overall quality appear to be OK...what am I missing?I should note, the original file size was over 6 MB, but I downsized this photo due to a 5 MB limit.

Hello, my Adobe Stock Contributor account was suddenly deactivated. I have already filled out the appeal form and my Case ID is 00516033. I have a massive portfolio of thousands of original designs with all layered PSD source files ready. My hard-earned payments are currently stuck, which is causing a huge impact on my business. I have received no update on my email for days. Can any moderator please help push my case to the review team? Thank you!
Hello! I'm a new autor. My photos were declined. I'll be glad if some professionals write me just main concretly problem of every this photo, like: "it's a exposure issues", "soft focus", "excessive filtering", "artifacts/noise". Respect and best regards.
I would like to know why Adobe rejected these two photos. On my first attempt, they were rejected for lack of quality. I would like to know the reason to avoid making the same mistakes in the future and working in vain.Thank you very much to anyone who can help me.
"Hello Adobe Community Managers,I have been an Adobe Stock contributor for 3 years, and my Tax Form and ID are fully approved. However, my account is facing a technical bug where the Video Upload / FTP section is completely blank on my dashboard (it only displays the resolution guidelines but no Host, Username, or Password).I submitted a support ticket through the contributor contact form 3 days ago, but I have not received any response yet, and the feature remains locked.Could a Community Manager please escalate my case to the technical team to refresh my contributor profile and enable the Video FTP section? Thank you."
