Questions

There are a lot of assets in approval for over 10 months, I think this is far exceeding any approval period mentioned. I've been send away several times when contacting helpdesk and getting no responses on mail for the past (almost) year. With new restrictions I would like these assets either approved or denied so I can continue.

Background photos were rejected due to quality reasons. What can I do now?

Hello,  I'm new to the contributors community and I wanted to know what were the specifis criteria for a photo to be accepted or not? e.g. why this photo has been rejected? no blur, no noise, high quality... Thank you

Hello,Recently, several of my images were rejected due to "quality issues." I have carefully reviewed them but couldn't clearly identify what specific problems caused the rejections. I would really appreciate it if someone from the community or Adobe team could take a look and let me know what might be wrong (e.g., noise, focus, lighting, artifacts, etc.). This feedback will help me improve the quality of my future submissions.Thank you in advance for your support! Best regards, [Moderator cured the subject for clarity.]

Hello, because Adobe Stock tells me that it is created by AI, if it is not, it was created from 0 from an image that is happening. Maybe they no longer believe in one's potential. It is a shame that this platform thinks that it is generated by AI, something that It is not like this

I have submitted some vector and photo assets are in review for more than 2 months but some of my assets with same media type submitted are now approved with in a week. Assetes uploaded 2 months before are still in review, but assetes uploaded week ago approved. I cannot understand what is going on?

I am uploading designs but this problem has not happened for a long time. For the last two days my designs are being rejected due to this issue. What should I do now? I do not have any raster or bitmap in my vector.

Why can't I send photos? Next to the send button, it says "Submission limit reached."When will I be able to send again? The last time I sent a photo was on Friday. Despite the list of sent photos hanging zero

Hello!I am a contributor to Adobe Stock and want to state that I cannot and will not use payment platforms like PayPal, Payoneer, and Skrill. These companies provide services in Israel but do not provide them in Palestine. Although there have been no official statements, this effectively amounts to silent support of genocide and human rights violations in Palestine.I have contacted Adobe Stock support several times requesting the addition of direct bank transfers (SWIFT) as a payout option, but my requests have been ignored.I believe Adobe Stock should respect the ethical and religious beliefs of its contributors and offer alternative ways to receive income.I propose to create a petition demanding the addition of direct bank transfers (SWIFT) for all contributors, so we can receive our rightfully earned money without relying on platforms that support violence and injustice.I ask everyone who shares my position to support this appeal.Thank you for your attention.

This is an image I generated using AI. I really don’t understand why it was rejected—the reason given was image quality issues, but I honestly can’t see any quality problems!

Hi everyone, I don't quite seem to understand why this picture got rejected. Is there a problem with noise? Can someone help? Best regards

I uploaded a cartoon Giraffe PNG but it was rejected as similar content. I searched for it in Adobe Stock collection and saw that there is only one but it is not like mine. It is JPG and mine is PNG and looks completely different. In my opinion, my file is completely different but my file is similar. Why do Adobe Stock do this? You and I are 100% sure that it is completely different and people want something different. Mine is much better than what is there. Moreover, we work very hard to bring diversity and these contents must fit Adobe Stock platform. And these things are very painful. I hope Adobe Stock will see my problem. Then I can work with Adobe Stock.

I'm asking if any one too wants an option to withdraw a specific money amount.Instead of withdrawing all amount of money why there isn't any option for entering the amount you need to withdraw? *I know that you can specify the amount of withdrawal through out the platform money transfered to "like PayPal", but an option like this in adobe stock won't be a bad idea. For you, What do you think?

Hello I wonder why these photos were rejected due to quality issues. I try to pay attention to detail, but this time I must have missed something.

Which AI image upscaler is the best and cheapest? I would like to know if there is a free and cheap one that receives few rejections from Adobe Stock. I was currently using Adobe Firefly 3 to generate the images, now I am using Firefly 4, I used Picsart for 2x Upscaler, I changed to the Tiktok 4k Upscaler, but my rejections are on average 35% of the images I send, I would like to know tips to reduce this rejection further, I have a portfolio with approximately 400 images and I am already having frequent downloads. Can someone give me a tip, the dimensions of the images that Firefly delivers are 2688x1536px.

These Photos got declined because of quality issues. Can someone point out why?

Hi everyone.. been contributing for years and recently started getting rejections for over 50% of the submissions with Quality category...   Attaching few examples, hope you can help point out what's wrong here? Much appreciated!     [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Dear Adobe Stock Team,I have been receiving “similar content” rejection messages for some of my submissions. However, I have thoroughly researched and could not find any similar images either in my own portfolio or on the Adobe Stock site, using related keywords and titles. My main question is:How can contributors proactively check if their submissions might be flagged as similar content before uploading?Even after extensive research, I often find no existing similar content — yet the images are still rejected for this reason. Could you please clarify what specific criteria or mechanisms the review process uses to detect similarity?I would greatly appreciate any insights or best practices on how to avoid these rejections and ensure my work aligns with your content guidelines.Thank you very much in advance for your support.Dear Adobe Stock Team, I have been receiving “similar content” rejection messages for some of my submissions. In icon designing, some common icons—like mail, web, search, etc.—often end up looking 90% or even 99% similar to existing designs. Even designers whose icons are already approved find that their designs closely resemble those of others because these types of icons naturally have a standard look. So, what should i do if i want to design such icons? I'm confident that i can create a somewhat unique version, but similarities will still exist due to the nature of these icons. Should i avoid designing these icons altogether? Or should i upload them as part of a bundle? Many designer says that if an icon set is uploaded as a bundle, even if 1-2 icons are similar to existing ones, the entire bundle is considered unique. Is that really true? If 1-2 icons in my bundle resemble someone else's design, would it still be safe from copyright issues?

Review Adobe stock contributor

Hello, when sending a background designed with artificial intelligence for review, the response was as follows:During our review, we found that your submission closely resembles content already available on Adobe Stock. While some similarities are expected in a large collection, we refuse content that is too repetitive so customers can easily find distinct and relevant content. To be accepted, submissions must be clearly differentiated. When reviewing content from the same series, our moderators look for notable differences including variations in composition, color, expression, or scenario. We encourage Contributors to be selective and share their best, most varied work. The question here is if I change the description, will it be accepted or rejected again?

Hello Adobe Community, I’m facing an urgent issue where two Adobe Stock Contributor accounts have been created under the **same email address [EMAIL REMOVED BY MODERATOR]**. As a result, I am now unable to access my original contributor account. Here are the details:   [PERSONAL DETAILS REMOVED BY MODERATOR]   This issue occurred after I linked my Behance account to my Adobe ID and clicked the “Display your Adobe Stock assets” option. That action automatically created a new contributor account, even though I already had an active one using the same email. Unaware of this at first, I uploaded 11 files to the new account, and only then realized I was no longer in my original contributor account. Since then, I haven’t been able to log into my main account at all — every login redirects me to the new one. I’ve already sent a detailed email to contributor-support@adobe.com but I’m posting here in hopes that someone from the community or an Adobe moderator can assist or escalate th

It is all vector file but it is being rejected due to quality issue. Please help me with details.
