I'm experiencing a severe loss in image quality when uploading to Adobe Stock. The photos look high-quality in my mobile gallery, but the quality degrades drastically upon upload. What could be the issue? Please note that I am already upscaling my images beyond the minimum size. what can I do in this situation?
Hola, me rechazaron 5 fotos por propiedad intelectual, y realmente no entiendo por que. Adjunto una, la tematica es la misma en todas con distintos planos y desde distintos ángulos de la escena. Alguien sabe donde puede estar el problema? Gracias.

My Adobe Stock contributor account was deactivated on February 10, 2026, due to “suspicious activity.” However, I did not receive any clear or specific explanation of what exactly was wrong. What is this “suspicious activity.” meanI have been a contributor for several years and have always tried to follow all guidelines carefully. I worked honestly, respected Adobe’s rules, and never intentionally engaged in anything that could be considered suspicious or abusive.I contacted support, but unfortunately, I only received generic replies directing me to read the guidelines again. I still don’t understand what caused the issue.I have a few important questions and would really appreciate any insights:Is it possible to restore a deactivated account in cases like this? What steps should I take to improve my chances of recovery? If restoration is not possible, am I allowed to create a new account? Would creating a new account violate the “multiple accounts” rule or another rules and lead to ano
Hi, I have some concerns about my AI submissions. Over 50% were rejected for quality issues and oversupply in the collection. Could you clarify what specific technical standards I’m missing or how I can make my content more unique?I am concerned that this high rejection rate might negatively affect my portfolio or lead to an account suspension. Since I generated and upscaled these images using Adobe Firefly, I would like to ensure that I am following the guidelines correctly. Could you please clarify if my account is at risk and provide advice on how to avoid these issues in the future?
Hi, I have a quick question about this mission submission requirement. The mission page says “Required assets: 10 - 10,” but the interface also shows “Upload more assets to this dataset.” I currently uploaded 22 files with all Scene IDs, Shot IDs, and titles filled correctly, but the submit button remains disabled. Can someone confirm whether this mission requires exactly 10 images total (5 pairs), or are more uploads allowed? Thanks.
My Adobe contributor account was deactivated in September 2025. This was due to uploading a photo that resembled a photo I had previously uploaded (in my opinion). Is there any chance my account will be reactivated? I filed an appeal one day after the account was deactivated, and there has been no response yet. I've checked the forums, and it might take at least six months. For your information, the stock photos I uploaded are my own photography, not AI-generated.Regard
Hi all,I'm a vector contributor seeking clarification on the"Created using generative AI tools" declaration policy. My understanding: declaration is required only when content is generatedwith generative AI tools (Firefly, Midjourney, etc.).Could moderators or experienced contributors confirm the following 4 cases?1. Generate a raster with Midjourney/Firefly → Image Trace in Illustrator→ submit as vector. Declaration required?2. Use AI-generated raster as visual reference only → manually redrawthe vector by hand in Illustrator. Declaration required?3. Use a self-written JSX script to procedurally generate patterns/shapes(no generative AI model involved). I assume declaration is NOT required —is that correct?4. Use Illustrator's built-in AI features (Text to Vector, GenerativeRecolor, Remix, etc.). Declaration required?I want to comply strictly with the guidelines, so any clarification —especially from @MatHayward or other moderators — would be greatlyappreciated. Thanks![This post was mo

Sou eu e o meu telemovel Redmi . Hello everyone. I would like to share my experience.I have been an Adobe Stock contributor for several years, working hard and consistently uploading content until April 17th. On April 17th, my account was suddenly deactivated without any warnings or explanations. It simply said to contact support.Of course, I immediately reached out to support, but I only received an automated email with a ticket number. At the bottom of that email, there was a link to submit an appeal. I submitted the appeal, but here is the issue: while a regular support request at least gives you a ticket number (so you know it’s in the system), the appeal process provides absolutely nothing. No confirmation, no tracking number. I don't even know if I submitted it correctly, if I need to do something else, or if I just need to wait. I don't have my account deactivated every day, so I simply don't know these nuances. If someone had reached out to ask for clarification or requested that I change something in my workfl
I am trying to learn how to contribute to Adobe Stock. I took these 2 photos of a characteristic Australian scene that presented itself, and they look sharp and well composed to me. I would be happy to use them myself. I searched for Kookaburra on clothes line and got 52 results. Mine were not too similar to the others. Can anyone suggest what is wrong with these photos? (It only seems to allow me to attach one photo, but I submitted one in portrait mode as well)
Me gustaria saber tipo de cuenta tengo que abrir en paypal para recibir un cobro

Buongiorno, è possibile modificare i meta dati di foto accettate ? Grazie
Hello.Rejection of AI-generated images has become so commonplace that I’ve just come to accept it.However, what I would like to inquire about this time is "Stock Video."Lately, for ‘Quality Issue’ reasons, almost 100% of AI-generated stock videos are being rejected. I think I’ve submitted nearly 100, but only about one is accepted. At first, I thought the policy might have changed so that AI-generated videos wouldn't be accepted at all, but seeing that one was accepted, I’m starting to wonder if there is something more to it…The problem is that whenever I submit a video, it is rejected almost immediately—without a moment's hesitation—within a few minutes. I suspect that the video might be technically lacking, so I would like to ask for your opinions.I have attached some of the rejected videos. Please take a look and offer your help.Thank you.

I created an image using AI to help me solve my problem. I created the prompt that needed to create that image, but all my images were rejected as similar content.
Unfortunately, this image doesn't meet our quality standards so we can’t accept it into our collection. Why won’t they just put what the actual reason is? Will you please review and let me know what is not meeting their quality standards?
After engaging on this forum and trying to be more selective in my uploads to avoid the dreaded “quality issues” quick rejection. The result was one of my worst upload percentages yet in terms of what made it through. For the first pic, I assume the power lines are a no-go. Will any pic with power lines get rejected? For the second, is it a lighting issue? white balance? Both were re-sized for upload
I uploaded my first batch of photos and they were denied for quality issues. I thought each was not over edited, focused, a quality image. I did use the denoise tool in Lightroom also. Any insight is appreciated. I would love for the denial to have more specific information…but I guess that would be too easy lol. Is it possible it is metadata included in my Lightroom export? Thank you in advance.I have attached one of the photos. Exported smaller to fit the upload size for this post.
This photo was rejected for “quality issues,” and I’d really appreciate honest feedback.I’m trying to understand what the main problem is: focus, lighting, exposure, print quality of the answer sheet, composition, or overall commercial value. The concept is an exam answer sheet with a pencil marking a multiple choice answer. I thought the idea was clear, but maybe the printed sheet looks too low quality or the image is not sharp enough. Is this something fixable in post, or not worth saving? This is a real photo, not AI-generated.Thanks in advance for any advice.
I uploaded 22 photos and was given rejection for all for quality issues. ”Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your image. Unfortunately, this image doesn't meet our quality standards so we can’t accept it into our collection.“Any insight/critique on what quality issues? Uploaded one for example.
I would appreciate feedback on the attached photos as they were not accepted, so that I can enhance my future uploads
