Hi everyone, I am curious how Adobe Stock contributors think about using their own website as a second licensing channel next to Adobe Stock. For context, we have been uploading stock photos and videos since 2022 and now have a few thousand files across several agencies. Adobe Stock and Shutterstock are still the main revenue sources for us, so I am not thinking about replacing marketplaces. The question is more about whether it makes sense to also build a direct channel for selected collections, where the archive lives under the creator/studio brand and the buyer relationship, licensing terms, SEO pages, checkout and download delivery are handled directly. For contributors who have tried this: - Did your own website bring any real licensing inquiries from SEO? - Was traffic the biggest problem? - Was upload and metadata work the biggest problem? - Did buyers care that the content came directly from a known creator or studio? - Did it work better for photos, video, niche collections, o
Hello,I designed images of national flags on a background of geometric patterns like fabric texture, but I was surprised to find that the images were rejected on the grounds of “Intellectual Property Refusal” and “Non-compliant Image.”Please explain this to me and give me some advice.
<div class=""><div class=""><p>Today was my first withdrawal first date of 41 USD but suddenyl i got this mail from adobe stock, "We are writing to let you know that your Adobe Stock contributor account has been deactivated for suspicious activity. I'm having some photos rejected based on quality issues. I have followed the guidelines believe the quality of these rejected images is "better" than some that are accepted. The key aspect of the images being rejected is that they contain reflections in water, where a portion of the image (the part of the reflections in the water) is clearly not the same "quality" as the original subject of the image. How is the automation designed to handle reflections?
Hi, I’m trying to create a contributor account but get a “multiple accounts not allowed” message. I believe I haven’t created one before. Please check and help me recover or activate any existing account.
Hello Adobe Support and Community, I’m facing an issue while trying to create a new Adobe Stock Contributor account. I received a message saying that multiple Contributor accounts are not allowed. However, I have no access to any previous account and I’m not aware of ever creating one before. I contacted Adobe Contributor Support over 10 days ago and received a case number (#00400047), but I haven’t received any response or update since then. I would really appreciate some guidance on what to do next, or if someone from the support team could kindly follow up on my case. Here are my current details:- Name: Md Ikbal Hosen- Email:[Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers] Looking forward to your assistance.Thank you in advance. Best regards,Ikbal
ai generated videos from canva are allowed to upload?
I think this bears repeating for anyone who uses Canva, Figma, Procreate or other popular design platforms to create artwork. Commercial use doesn’t mean copyright ownership to materials inside the software like icons, backgrounds, fonts or design motifs. https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/ip-guidelines.html Hope that helps.
Hi everyone, I recently submitted a batch of images to Adobe Stock, but unfortunately, they were rejected for "Quality or technical issues". I have reviewed the files carefully at 100% zoom, but I am having a hard time identifying the exact issues (like artifacts, focus, or lighting problems) that caused the rejection. I always want toensure my work meets Adobe's high standards, so I would really appreciate your expert eyes on this. I have attached a few examples of the rejected files. Could you please take a look and point out what needs to be fixed or what I might be missing? Any constructive feedback or advice on how to avoid this in future submissions would be highly appreciated. Thank you so much for your time and help!
Hello Adobe Stock Community,I have recently noticed that many contributor accounts are being blocked with the message “Account blocked: Suspicious activity.”Could someone please clarify what “suspicious activity” means in the context of Adobe Stock contributor accounts? What types of actions or situations typically trigger this warning or lead to account deactivation?Thank you.
I hope you are doing well.I recently received a notice that my Adobe Stock contributor account has been deactivated due to suspicious activity. I would like to respectfully request a review of my account.Over the past few months, I was inactive due to personal commitments and was unable to upload new content. Recently, I submitted a payment withdrawal request.I want to assure you that I have always followed Adobe Stock’s submission guidelines and have not engaged in any activity that violates your policies.
What if my designs are not accepted by Adobe Stock due to copyright issue while I had made the illustration designs through a paid plan of a well known graphic designing platform? At the time of making the designs, no watermarks were there, but later they ( watermarks) appeared after the subimssion on Adobe Stock on the original designing platform. How to deal with it?
I just had this image rejected for ‘Similar content in our collection’, but I can’t find any images like this, at least not from this place (Pukara de Quitor at San Pedro de Atacama, a well-known tourist destination). I’m struggling to understand the rejection reason, so I am at a loss as to what to do to avoid this going forward. Could it have been the chosen title/keywords? I thought I was being specific enough... Many thanks!
what are the quality issues...
Stock rejected this photo for quality issues. I used Adobe RBG color on camera settings, I used Lightroom to edit with culling score showing as 97, I used Photoshop for minimal lighting touchups. The sample is reduced in resolution by a factor of ten with the original export being 300 dpi at 10,000x7,000 resolution with a file size of 29MB. I’ve had photos much worse looking than this pass inspection on Stock, so what exact quality issues caused this photo to fail? Is it really such low quality?
Hi everyone,My Adobe Stock contributor account has been suspended and I haven’t received any response from Adobe support for the last 6 months. One of my video animations (100 percent human-made in Adobe After Effects) was rejected and incorrectly flagged as AI-generated content by the Adobe review team. After that, I got email from Adobe that my account was suspended due to mislabelling of AI-generated content.I have never uploaded AI-generated work on my account. Everything I create is original.I’ve contacted support multiple times, but got no reply or clear explanation.Has anyone faced something like this? Any advice would really help.
Salve, qualcuno mi può gentilmente indicare le caratteristiche tecniche che devono avere le foto per essere accettate? risoluzione? dimensioni? solo colore o anche BN? Grazie
I downloaded the vector version of image #1961622616 - Isometric Military Base Illustration with Vehicles and Training Grounds. The AI file just contains a low res jpg. Any chance of a credit, plus probably worth deleting the file from Adobe Stock. Also worth using Adobe AI to detect this kind of thing - this isn’t the first time I’ve come across this problem. I’m sure it shouldn’t be that difficult! Thanks rog
Hello Adobe Community,I am reaching out to seek guidance or a status update regarding my contributor account, which has been under investigation for "Suspicious Activity" for approximately 85 days now.Account Overview: Portfolio Size: 3,000+ assets Account Age: 2+ years (Established account) Current Status: Under Review / Appeal Submitted I fully respect Adobe’s commitment to platform security and have already submitted my appeal providing all the necessary details. I understand that manual audits take time, but the review has now exceeded 12 weeks. I have attempted to follow up via email but haven't received a final decision yet.Could a Community Manager please help me understand if this timeline is normal or if there is any further information required from my side to resolve this? I am eager to resume contributing to the platform.Thank you for your time
Hello, there. I have made several PSDs to be used as PSD logo mockups, but when I went to upload them, I couldn't find a template option: while I can see that some PSD templates are already being sold on the market. Any idea on how can I upload my PSDs to Adobe Stock?
Hello! I joined Adobe Stock a month ago, but I’m facing a 75% rejection rate for my 3D automobile renders due to 'Quality Issue.'My question is: what can I do about this? My images are exported from 3D software at a high quality of 4K-8K, using 100 samples and a denoiser. They are in PNG format, properly cropped, with adequate titles and keywords. Despite all this, most of them are being rejected. I would like to know what I can do to increase my success rate. Recently, I even tried using an AI upscaler and an online AI artifacts denoiser, but the problem seems to remain the same.I will attach a link to an image in its original format. Thanks!
I recently submitted three very similar photos for review. I understand the “similar content” rejection, but what confuses me is that all three were rejected. Why weren’t two rejected and one accepted as the best shot? Also, do you usually try resubmitting just one of them after a few days? Thanks in advance for your advice!
It’s really kinda dishearting when you create photo, edit one by one carefully and got them all rejected massively….I edited photos on Photoshop, made multiple revisions and confirmed there are no crushed blacks or blown-out highlights. I also double-checked the colors and curves, and everything seems fine. What other factors could be causing it to fall short of the quality standards?I upload one of the examples, of course all other 99% photos are rejected…Would appreciate if anyone can give me specific advise. Is it base on the reviewer and not any technical point of view ? (for example tone curve, color grading etc )
