Hello,I'm brand new to contributing to Adobe Stock, and one of my favorite images was just rejected. Can anyone offer suggestions as to why it didn't pass?Thanks!BradP.S. This is just a screenshot of the pic which is 40MB.
Only 30% of my uploaded images get approved. Will that lower my account ranking and hurt image exposure?
I,m creating icons in Adobe Illustrator using 20+ artboards in the same document. When I save each artboard as an EPS using Use Artboards, the file previews normally inside Illustrator. However, after uploading to Adobe Stock, the preview shows my icon very small in the top-left corner with a lot of empty space.I suspect it’s related to the way multiple artboards are positioned on the canvas (pasteboard) in the document, but I’m not sure how to fix it so Adobe Stock previews them correctly centered and full-size.What I’ve tried:Aligning artwork to the artboard centerFitting artboard to artwork boundsRemoving stray points and hidden objectsRearranging artboards with smaller spacingQuestion:How can I prepare my Illustrator file (with multiple artboards) so that each exported EPS uploads to Adobe Stock with the icon centered and filling the preview, instead of appearing tiny in a corner?
I have been using my Stock Contributor Account for 7 or 8 years. It was set up with an email attached to a url that I no longer own. When I reached out to request that my Stock account be attached to my new Adobe subscriber account, all I recieved in response was a link to the Adobe Stock Contributor FAQ. Numerous requests went unanswered. Today when I attempted to login to my account... I got an error message, "we do not have an account with that email address". Great, I thought, maybe they attached it to my Adobe subscriber account, no such luck. I tried my other email address and it was, for some unknown reason, attached to the account of a client I haven't worked with in years. It seems like my account and all the work I have put into it, is gone. Does anyone have a contact at Adobe Stock, a phone number, someone to reach out to to help me recover my account? Grateful for any help with this.

Hi all, How're you doing? I'm facing low resolution issue on all my photos submissions. It was fine till yesterday. Is it a glitch? Anybody else facing this issue? My landscape images are 8736 x 4896 px while portraits are 5376 x 8064 px. I've also read the submissions guuidelines to see if there are any other problems with my files but nothing crossed my eye that would cause this error. And the error is specifically about the low resolution. Any information or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
It says the resolution is too small, even though it's an 8832x4992 pixel, 300dpi, 16.2MB picture. When I'm uploading the picture, it's saying this msg [Moderator cured the topics. Please do select only relevant topics.]
Hey! I understand that some of my photos are going to be rejected as part of the learning process, is there anything specific that pops up to any of you as to why mine specifically were? I have more photos but these are my personal favorite that were not accepted.
HiMy account was deactivated in early Feb 2025.As soon as I received the email I sent a request via the 'contact us' link on the page - NOTHING Two months later I resent it - NOTHING A month later I sent again - NOTHINGI contact Adobe via the Facebook page, who told me they can't access the info, but the man I was talking to was kind enough to contact the correct department, and replied saying that they had not received ANY of my requests for further information. Even though I sent via their online form with my account email. After that I resent the message via their online form and I can only assume the fourth didn't end up in Adobe's inbox. I was requesting information to why my account was deactivated. The email is SO vague it's would be hard to pinpoint to allow for an appeal. (I have attached a screenshot of the conversation where he states support didn't receive my messages). Regardless, I decided to send an appeal based on what I belived to be the reason with supporting evidence
I’ve run into a confusing and frustrating issue while uploading some AI-generated images to Adobe Stock, and I’m wondering if anyone else has faced this.I uploaded a few images and definitely checked the "created using generative AI tools" box before submitting. Despite that, all images were rejected for “Missing Generative AI Flag” I thought it might have been a one-time glitch, so I uploaded the exact same images again, triple-checked the checkbox, even refreshed the page multiple times… and got rejected again for the same reason.I'm using Edge Browser as I always have since a few years.Any ideas? Is there a known bug, or something I’m missing in the submission process?Would appreciate any guidance... don’t want to get flagged unfairly for repeat violations. Thanks in advance
Hello Adobe Team,I’m a contributor from Mexico and I’ve already had more than 100 images accepted. However, the editorial submission option still does not appear in my dashboard.Could you please let me know if there’s a delay, or if any additional steps are needed to enable editorial uploads?Thank you very much.—Héctor
Hi Adobe Community,I hope you're all doing well! I'm currently preparing an image for submission to Adobe Stock and would appreciate your feedback before I upload it. I'm seeking any insights regarding composition, technical quality (including focus, exposure, and noise), and whether it meets Adobe Stock's standards. Here is the image: [Insert link or upload image if the forum allows]I'd love to know:Are there any technical flaws I might have missed?Does the subject/composition work for stock?Any suggestions for improvement? Thanks in advance for your time and help! I value the input from this community.
I heard that Blackbox.global for videos (like Wirestock for photos) distributes to many agencies including Adobe Stock, Pond5, Shutterstock, Storyblocks, etc. Is using an intermediary like Blackbox.global or Wirestock a more reliable way to distribute content to platforms like Adobe Stock specifically to mitigate the risk of direct account bans, particularly those reported by contributors after requesting payouts? My understanding is that by acting as an intermediary, they might absorb or pool potential issues, thus protecting individual contributor accounts from being directly deactivated on the larger platforms.
Why cannot Adobe add an editorial button to the video uploads.?? To spend hours uploading video files and then have them rejected no matter how saleable the file might be because they have some detail in them that gets a "intellectual property " refusal is very time wasting. Getty ,Shuttersock Pond5 all have the ability to submit a file as editorial ? why cannot Adobe. I shoot Video of cityscapes and there are always going to be incidental people in them. There are lots of TV priogrammes on Travel (editorial) Not Advertising.
What does it say when a big 148 billion dollar company, Adobe, rug pulled me because I requested the $25 payout and deleted all my stock footage and deactivated the account in response?
My account's regular earned credit is up to $10 per day but the regular earned credit for 5 days in the current week is $25 to $60 per day. Is this a bug like highly irregular sales activity. So, what can I do now? Can I discuss this issue with support? If I report this issue to support, will my account be disabled for investigation?Note: Last year my account was blocked when I withdraw my earning for the same issue "highly irregular sales activity" (2 days $1000 credid) and got the account back after 5 months. Please advise me experts and experienced contributors.
hello friends, I was blocked on adobe Stock for allegedly using AI without a mark that it is AI. But it was my wife. My account was created 16 years ago, I worked honestly and hard. And now my account is completely blocked, I can't even withdraw money. Tech support is not responding to me. I want to write a letter and send it by mail to Adobe's main office in the USA. Join my campaign for those who have the same problem.
Guys need yor opinion, What could be the possible quailty issues in this "Noise Background" image.
Hi there, I would be very happy about your pro-opinions to some of my rejected uploads - i'm new in that game and of course I would like to improve my uploads. I really tried hard to prepare the pictures just selectively and also had an eye for nois, to high exposure and blur. Thanks in advance!Danny
Hi, I recently posted some photos on adobestock, but they were rejected for quality issues. What are exactly the problems with these photos in your opinion? And what can I do to make them better?
