Hello, I see many people talking about the Free Collection What is meant by that and what is the benefit? And how do I do that?
Hi,why my downloads decreasing day by day. Thanks
My account was restricted due to "a high volume of similar submissions." As a newcomer to Adobe Stock, I was unaware that this could be considered a violation. The latest batch of images may have looked similar in style or theme, but each was generated using unique prompts. I genuinely did not intend to create spam or overwhelm the review system. I assumed that if a file didn’t meet the platform’s standards, it would simply be rejected. It has been a considerable amount of time since my account was suspended, yet I have not received any feedback or update from your team. I fully understand that moderation and support processes can take time, but the absence of any communication has left me uncertain and anxious about the status of my case. I kindly ask for clarification on why the review is taking so long and when I can expect a response. I truly value the opportunity to be part of the Adobe Stock contributor community, and I am eager to resolve this issue constructively.
Hello all, I recently submitted images for the Free Collection upon receiving the email on May 19th, yet I haven't received confirmation of my submitted images being selected, as I can now see the "in review" tag is no longer showing up on my images in my dashboard. Is there a way of finding this out?
Hello Adobe Stock Team,my videos and pictures are frequent and in an acceptable time window approved 4-8 weeks. Some new videos and pictures were loaded and approved, .. BUT: some videos which I loaded since now 4 months are still not approved. Please contact me in order to resolve the topic.Best greetings, Wolfgang
[Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hi,I would like to request clarification regarding several of my submissions that have been under review for more than three months. Typically, my images are reviewed promptly; however, those containing keywords such as "Israel" or "Palestine," or related content, seem to remain in review indefinitely.Currently, there are over 40 images in my review section that have exceeded the standard review period. I have also attached the screenshot which visualize some of these pending images. I would appreciate a detailed explanation regarding this issue.Thank you for your time and assistance
Hi everyone,I recently submitted an image to Adobe Stock that was generated using Adobe Firefly (Image 4) and then upscaled using an AI upscaling tool. Unfortunately, it was rejected with the message:"Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your image. Unfortunately, this image doesn't meet our quality standards so we can’t accept it into our collection."I’m trying to understand exactly what quality issue might have caused the rejection — whether it’s something related to sharpness, detail, artifacts, or something else.I'd really appreciate if some experienced contributors could take a look and give me constructive feedback. Here's the image:📷 (Insert image preview or upload link if allowed)Also, if anyone has tips on:How to prepare AI-generated images for Adobe StockRecommended tools or settings for proper upscalingWhat specific quality standards to look out for...please share your insights! I'm hoping to improve my submissions and learn from this. Thanks in advance,Pixela
why did these photos get rejected? can someone plz help, thanks!
Hello, may i know why is the upload speed so slow or even failed these past two days? Is it just my personal network problem or is it a server problem? Thanks for your help
Hi, I am trying to upload some photos I took and editted through Lightroom Classic's Publishing Service tab. However, Lightoom keeps on poping up the following error message whenever I press "Published", "Upload failed. For Adobe Stock plug-in to be active, you must be signed in to Creative Cloud." I have logged out and logged back in on Creative Cloud (both the desktop app and the website) serveral times already as well as restarting my computer and reinstalling LrC. How can I solve this problem?
Hi, Will increasing video duration from, for example from 10 seonds to 20 seconds earn me more money?
When you need a pleasing color pallet and don't know where to begin, this old painter's trick can come to your rescue. It's a simple method for creating color harmony that works equally well in digital or tangible artwork. Here's how it works: Pick any random paint colors and combine in swatch layers to form a 'mother' base color. I layered 3 color swatches each at 33% opacity. For 5 colors swatches, use 20% opacity, and so on... The value in the middle where all swatches overlap is the 'mother' of all your colors. When 'mother' is added to primary colors, voila! Instant color harmony. It's a foolproof way to create harmonizing colors without a lot of tedious guesswork. I hope you'll give it a try.
I really don't understand are rejection reasons real or just "fake" cause they need some reasons to reject photos.I'm a stock photographer for 18 yeas and I'm doing my work on Sony A1 with best prime lenses. So quality can't be a problem. If Adobe reject images with reasons "not for stock" or "too similar" or "wrong keywords" no problem I could understand this and think where is a problem on my side. But quality can't be a problem for this example image and many others. All other stocks are 99% accept these images. So very strange rejections, very strange new Adobe review process. As an example one image and 100% crop. No noise, no aberrations, no under or over expose, no problem. Wheel is in focus and in descriptions I wrote that this is car drive concept, not just regular landscape, so focus should be on car, on wheel.
Does anyone know if the assets have already been selected ? thanks...
While giving keywords I am giving all single word keywords and keeping all important words in the title in the first 10 keywords, am I on the right track? Or give me some tips for my improvementThanks In advance
