Avant la mise à jour vous aviez une fonction où on pouvait ouvrir une photo de notre galerie existante et remplacer certains éléments de cette photo. Je ne retrouve plus cette fonction avez-vous enlever ou est-elle à une autre place.

I no longer see a button that allows me to upscale a single image. It’s "upscale all” or "download all" or “open in photoshop web" no other choice. It doesn't matter if it is slow mode or fast mode. I don't want to upscale or download all the images just a single image. It's eating my credits.

firefly web versionwindowstoday after purchasing a monthly plan I spent most of the day trying to make one image do one thing. I never got the results I wanted. there should be a chat feature where you can ask for help. I wasted all my credits. Some of the renders were the same exact thing.

I have just used in several images some generative replacement in the first day maybe 50 time about and it seems not longer work my bar of generative cretit look like 200/2010 (check the screenshoot) what is this mean ..I have already finish my credits ?! I am Very afraid !

I simply want a generated animation of an actual photo in which the individual in the photo is animated - an artistic representation of the photo. After two dozen attempts this is not happening. 

Can beta version videos on Firefly be used commercially or resold, because previously I saw that for all beta versions on Firefly, images cannot be commercialized or resold, Thank you

Hi Adobe Support, We’re experimenting heavily with Firefly Video, and we’re absolutely loving it! However, we keep running into the monkey error quite frequently, and we’re struggling to pinpoint why. I think firefly 2 for trees and nature is at little bit better than firefly 3 - no 3 has a tendency to over do nature - but 3 is much better for persons and animals

I've tried hard re-set, changing browser, updating browser, clearing cookies, going incognito, signing out and in, updating and restarting the laptop. Can you please help? Cambiar una imagen que hay en una camiseta de un modelo en un vídeo. Tengo una modelo que lleva una camiseta que pone HuMG, y deberia poner HUG, tengo el diseño correcto en .png y el clip de vídeo por separado con la modelo, se que en Runaway se puede hacer. Alguna forma de hacerlo en Firefly? Se me ocurre coger un frame del video, cambiar el diseño de la camiseta en ese frame y pedirle a Firefly que me anime suavemente ese frame. Pero me gustaria conservar el movimiento original de cámara. Gracias.  

can you add your own image somehwere to firefly to auto-animate it or elements  on the image?

Is there a way to see what firefly images that i submitted actually got put onto the galley?Also is there a way to see how many people liked the images i submitted on gallery?How long does it take for a firefly image to be actually put on the gallery after it was submitted?

I'm getting the message that my photo doesn't meet the guidelines but it doesn't say why and I can't tell how it doesn't meet the guidelines.

I uploaded an image and wrote a prompt. The first 3 seconds were as I wanted—there was a man sitting by the sea, and I wanted his hair to be blown by the wind. But in the last 2 seconds, it changed the man with medium-length hair into someone with long hair. I tried again, and this time, it changed the black figure to white. These two videos are useless to me. It also doesn’t allow me more than two tests.Let's say I become a paid member—will failed video generations still be deducted from my credits? After all, the package includes 20 or 70 videos, and both of my attempts failed. Maybe only one usable video will come out after 10 tries.

It's frustrating to have only one free generation each month. The output is limited, and if we don't save it or attempt to replace it, a pop-up prompts us to make a purchase. How can I buy it when it's not available in Bangladesh? Can I use it to complete an image? The results are often irrelevant or incorrect on the first and we cant use a second attempt. This situation is not feasible. I would like to request the return of 30 credits or, at the very least, 15 free image edits each month.

Can anyone tell me how generative credits work? I've been a subscriber to Adobe for many years and now Adobe has come up with new tools that I'd like to use. It's about Firefly Video. It says it costs generative credits to use it, and you're constantly told how to buy them. I already have generative credits, but apparently I'm not allowed to use them to make videos. So I can understand there are two types of generative credits that can be used for different things, even though you call them the same. It's pretty confusing and right now I don't understand. It looks like Adobe wants me to create a whole new subscription, next to the subscription I already have, to even be allowed to use firefly video. Why does Adobe choose to introduce two different generative credits that can be used for different things, but at the same time choose to call them the same?- Unfortunately, there is no option to choose a topic that really fits this post - unfortunately, that's how it is every time.
