i’m writing because your advertisement features unlimited usage until march 16th, yet their are limits on the credit usage. I even purchased a subscription and it doesn’t allow for much usage. I may not continue with the subsription

 I've gotten an image that I like, but I can't get the app to reproportion the elements. There is a live of figures iin th elowr part of the scene and I want them to be made shorter, and the lettering in the upper part made bigger. I have tried explaining this in percentages, in visual description and even reran the original prompt (which gave a completely new and unacceptable image) but it keeps returning the original image, unaltered.

I signed up for your monthly premium after I ran out of credits. So you mean to tell me I get the same amount of credits. If I do your premium or not, because the only way that I would not be able to generate after purchasing premium, is if premium and free have the same amount of credits. I would like to be able to generate after you took my money, please. And now saying I can't buy additional??

i am trying to animate an image in firefly video on my chrome browser (which i had no previous problems with and have generated many videos successfully) now for the last three days i get a ‘Something went wrong. Please try again later.’ message. i am unsure if i am using many credits trying over and over without success to generate animations.

Used 1250 Credits generating using Ray 3.0 and didn't generate a video it has been continuously ‘Generating Video’ for the last 30 minutes. How do I get my credits back?   

Every time i am trying to create a video it shows the Language in some other form instead of English . Even though i attempted phrasing the right words and suggesting but still messes up completely with grammar and language 

While try to generate video with image and proper prompt i am getting error like can not load , always getting the same . Even i paid for the scuscription

I can't cancel a paid subscription without paying for it. Please cancel it.

Firefly, via Express, throws everything out of context without considering the context provide. AI prompts tailored to FF’s behavior still failed to render desired output. Outright commands were disregarded. 250 character limit for 'detail'? Really?

i just need to know how i can make longer videos based on teh subscription i purchased where it stated i could make 40 second videos, thanks 

It’s basically Firefly as it is now. But this one would actually work and not take my credits for not working. Crazy concept? Sure. But if anyone can ignore this, Adobe can.  

when i set the genral settins for a 9:16 image use a reference image and starts the generate button it doessnt work and a red message pops up telling me the video must setting in 8 seconds at 9:16 format and thats what i used. 

Why is my credits not restarting? I says I have 1000 credits. But it keeps saying I have no credits. What is happening? title edited by mod

I am trying to get used to firefly after not having used it for about a year and a half and it is honestly astounding how bad it is considering how far generative AI has come elsewhere. Firefly has infact gone backwards it seems, as now, constantly and arbitrarily it refuses to generate something for breaking its completely nonsensical guidelines, for example, trying to generate something of a fantasy image - it will constantly block generation of anything deemed 'menacing' or 'threatening', then randomly allow it, if someone is paying this much a for image creation software, you would assume it would be less restrictive than the countless free alternatives out there that can even run without connection to the internet. Secondly I could've sworn it was far more intelligent when it comes to using generative fill to normalise an element of larger compositon, i.e created a background and foreground then selecting forground elements and either typing nothing into the generative fill prompt

i have 250 credit remaining in my account, but when i am trying to generate image it says insufficient credit.

firefly.adobe.com: The video creation section, Veo 3.1 fast, the first and last frame feature is not working. It keeps giving errors. Even though we upload the first and last frames, when creating the video, it gives the error, "A problem occurredPlease try again later." Please fix this urgently.

horrible UI for navigating around - firefly boards

I submitted a picture of myself and my mom, and Firefly refuses the picture saying that it doesn’t comply with the rules. We are both dressed, sitting on a bench, I am looking at her, there is nothing wrong with the picture. I just wanted it to be animated because my mom passed away, and Firefly won’t accept it.

hello I bought a plan but I can't see any confirmation that I bought it and I can't find anywhere to see my credits. Can someone help? Did I waste my money? It's still telling me to upgrade when I create videos, but I've only created 3 videos

Is there a way to select an aspect ratio when using a custom model?I don’t see a way to select what aspect ratio to create an image with when using a custom model I trained. I trained the model using 16:9 images but it will only create square images. There is no selection to make any adjustments when selecting a custom model, other than a “upscale and enhance” toggle. I’ve found I have to create the image with the custom model, and then use a separate prompt to edit the image and then select the 4:3 aspect ratio I need - this uses more credits though, just to get the aspect ratio I need, so not ideal - it woudl be great if we can genertate then in the correct ratio we choose from the start.

My credits reset to 4100/6000. Stopped using apps at midnight before reset. 

Recently i purchased my adobe firefly trial but it hasn't been activated in my account please look into this matter resolve the issue as soon as possible.I request you to fix this issue as soon as possible.
