Trying to edit image. Have enough credits. Progress bar continues to pulse but no results. Fifteen minutes now

Basically, when I started a new tab, it started fresh instead of previous images being left on there, and I’m not sure if this was part of an update.

There should be a feature of extracting detailed prompt from an uploaded image. It’s already in freepik. Adobe should introduce this feature, specially in boards.

Hi,I’ve been asked by my client to create a brand icon for them to use on a product.Can I use Firefly to generate a photographic reference - that I create a derivative artwork from (ie taking it from a photo to an illustration I will draw) - that can then be used as a brand trademark icon?EG, client wants an icon of an elephant. I use Firefly to generate references of elephants (photographic) that I then draw by hand, before scanning the sketch and further refining it as a vector - with the end product being used as a trademark.Hope that’s clear.Many thanks!

Are there any book publishers that will accept illustrations created in Adobe Firefly? Or will Adobe sponsor a self published book?

im just making individual button designs , your generator is great for this however id love a api key so I can get claw to do it and save them. however it keeps freezing up when I use the same image to generate from , maybe you need to be able to clear the history of images or store them away from the generators memory ? anyway cool tool for what im doing it just needs more ram  

I asked for a video and wrote down what the girl should say in the video! I also wrote down what she should say! Yet she speaks in another language before the given text!

whenever I am uploading an image in adobe firefly I am getting below error irrespective of the imege typeThis image has Content Credentials that indicate it can't be used with generative AI features.

Please let us know hot get credit back that we have used but get no output for. I just tried upscaling a video, was charged and never got an output. 

I have tried using Adobe Firefly’s “Upscale Video using Topaz Astra”… Yet it physically does not work!(Yet still requires you to add credits, as apparently this feature isn’t included within the unlimited generations category | But then simply does nothing!)I have uploaded my video | Selected the enhance options I want (precise) | Put that grey box over my video…But then despite waiting hours & hours = Nothing has happened!

I am writing to report two billing errors related to my Adobe Firefly subscription that require immediate attention.First, I cancelled my subscription and received a confirmation email verifying that the cancellation was successful. Despite this, my account was still charged on April 5th. This charge was made in error after the subscription had already been cancelled.Second, I was double charged on February 5th, 2026. My invoice records clearly show that two payments were taken for the same billing period.I have attached images of the cancellation confirmation and the invoices showing the duplicate charge as evidence.I expect a full review of my account and refunds for the following:The incorrect charge on April 5th after cancellation The duplicate charge on February 5th, 2026

I'm disappointed by Adobe yet again. Recently, they've faced backlash for their questionable subscription tactics, charging for cancellations, removing perpetual licenses for software, frequently changing pricing structures, and making certain essential features only accessible through higher-tier plans. If you have a plan that includes all apps and Firefly is an Adobe application, wouldn’t it make sense that you have access to it? Unfortunately, no. Adobe demands extra money to use this particular app, allowing only two video generations in their “beta.” So, you pay Adobe a subscription fee to access all their apps, but then to use one of those apps, Adobe asks for even more money. And if you decide to cancel your plan, guess what? Adobe requests even more money. I understand that video generations are costlier than image generations. Smaller companies like Pika, Luma, and Halulio, which aren't massive billion-dollar corporations, can offer a genuine beta experience wit

Hi, 400 credits were taken due to 4 errors and it won't generate. I've checked the history. How do I get my credits back? Thanks.

I used up all my credits that I am allotted with the Pro Plan, yet the offer I was promised was unlimited generations thru Apr 22 using certain models. I attempted to use the Firefly basic video gen model and was taken to the “pay more’ page, told I have no more credits and can’t generate any more unless I upgrade to the pricier subscription. So what models are free to use to generate unlimited images or videos?

no audio is coming when i create a video

Firefly was struggling to generate an accurate image based on prompt. when I finally got something close I used the edit function. however when I tried to edit with a reprompt I got an alert that the image that firefly created was in violation of the user guidelines. 

У мене питання чому я сплачував але не отримував можливості генерувати як ви знімали з мене гроші якщо в моєму регіоні немає доступу до генерацій?Мені надоїло чекати коли налагодиться ця проблема і вписався від додаткового придбання генерацій але мій тариф дозволяє без коштовну генерацію = питання чим наш регіон вам недовподоби?
