Questions

I’m new to Firefly so I expect a learning curve, but what I can’t get my head around or fix is Firefly giving me results nowhere near what I asked for.  For example, I told it to add moving film grain to a still image, which it did, but added a decorative frame and did a zoom in/out.   Next I told it to produce the same effect but no frame and no zoom.  It game me the image with no grain effect and tilted away from the camera at an angle. Is this simply a glitch or am making prompt mistakes?

I generated my video, but then clicked edit and the video won’t reappear. I click back to generate and it won’t appear there either. It seems to have disappeared, but my credits are still gone.

Hello, I'd like to register but I keep getting a card error. I've tried with four different cards and they all give the same error. There's nothing wrong with my cards. I can make purchases from other websites.

All I said was "the character should turn his back to the window."You see the result. I have nothing else to say.

Had a prompt with the settings attached. failed creation two times (didn't generate anything). still took the credits.

So as normal, I put my prompt and images into the generator, pick the settings sizes ect. and press enter. It seems like it’s loading as normal. And it starts to pop up with the image, and without moving my mouse or touching any buttons, it seems to be straight up deleting them, and I’m unsure why. It’s only been happening for me today, but it’s happened a few times, and when I’m making 4k images on Nano banana, it takes 60 credits and doesn’t give them back when it does this. It shows up for a very split second and then it’s gone.

Lipsync advice needed. I have an image with a main character, I have the audio track of his voice. I am a bit confused as which option/process to use to create a video of my character saying the words. Bonus if the flame of the torch in the background is moving as well. Thanks for sharing your experience

I used firefly free servers for ai video generations but I see all my credits are finished. Please help me with this issue. This is just start of month and my all credits are showing almost finished and I have used none of them. This is bug with credits

Has anyone noticed longer generation times or inconsistent image quality in Adobe Firefly when creating more detailed prompts with complex backgrounds and lighting?I’ve been testing different prompt styles in Firefly and noticed that more detailed scenes sometimes take longer to generate or produce slightly inconsistent results. Curious if there are any recommended prompt structures or settings for better quality and consistency.

300 dpi needed

it won't generate and it's using my credits without producing any videos

When I select one of my images, I can't tell if what is displaying on the left-hand side of the screen is really what is associated with the image or just some previous settings that I used before. Also, when I select one of my images, it gets cropped in some weird way that I didn't ask for.

I want to send this to the printer but is png low res. Will this print on a prepress sharp?

I used the Topaz Upscale for video. It ran the process, took the credits but didn't provide me with the end product. There is nothing new to download. The photo shows the original video I uploaded, and I place the box for the upscale to the right of it and there is nothing there. There is no upscaled video showing in the Generation History. I want the credits refunded. Project

I cant do anything. It always says Cannot download. You said me to empty the storage. I did it . I have 22000 credits and cannot do anything. Please help me

HELP NEEDED! I can’t change the image quality from e.g. 1k to 2k. The message simply says “premium feature” and it is not allowing me to change it despite having 1.5k credits left. This is super annoying. We are paying you guys for a reason. Being stuck at work is very frustrating!

Hello Adobe Support,I am facing a serious issue with Adobe video generation. The system continuously fails to generate videos and keeps showing errors like “Could not load video” or “Failed to generate video.” The problem is that even though no video was successfully created, my credits/subscription usage has still been deducted completely. I have not received a single usable generated video, yet all my credits have been consumed.I want to understand:- Why are credits being deducted when the generation fails?- How can my full subscription usage be consumed without delivering a single successful video?- Is there any refund, credit restoration, or solution available for this issue?I understand that some AI tools may not refund credits like Veo or other platforms, but this situation is unfair because the service failed entirely without producing results. Please investigate this issue and provide support as soon as possible.Thank you.

Thanks for describing the problem in detail. I’m dealing with a problem just transferring files from one folder to another on my own computer (personal use, non business). I am using Firefly to edit my own photos for making woodblock and water color prints. Seems that I cannot manage my own photos and art work (please don’t raise the issue of Art vs Reality, etc.) or pictures taken with my own camera. A popup window shows that I cannot move the file because of lack of authority. I have tried to run as an Administrator, but that doesn’t work either. As an aside, does the App “MetaDefender Endpoint” have anything to do with this problem? Thanks,Clarence

Hi,I’m currently unable to use the generative video feature. It says I have no credits left, but I believe this may be an error, as I have only used Adobe Firefly once.Could you please help me review this issue and confirm whether my credits are displaying correctly?Thank you!

I tried to remove and change the background for my photo but after changing background the subject(myself) was not placed accurately as there were edge detection issues in my pic and it was like i have made myself as a cartoon

Can't loadWe can't process this prompt. You can edit and try again.this message is coming again and again

I tried to generate simple image, I went out of credit and bought new ones, but it stuck on the last rendering when it stopped me to buy more credits. it’s loading and loading and I can’t click and when I refresh the page it keeps loading. I can’t generate new images at the moment. it’s stuck

Does anyone have advice on how I can prevent the quality of a generated image from decreasing significantly every time I resubmit the prompt or make partial adjustments? It seems as if the AI uses the previously generated image as a reference instead of re-examining the reference images (which, in my case, are the same every time). One of the first generated images has the quality of a photo, and this is steadily decreasing in detail every new or adjusted prompt. I am using Gemini 3 Nano Banana Pro and Gemini 3.1. with 4K resolution, I have this problem with both. After a certain number of generations, I finally have the image exactly as I want it, but by then the quality is too poor to use the image. Image attached to see te difference in quality. In the first image, you can clearly see the bricks of the building, and in the second, this is no longer the case at all, the quality of the details is gone.

I want add some real images to this AI generated image.Eg:if I have a product, and I want to create a poster of the product
