it took 4 sets of credits and didnt generate any images  

Good morning, I'm writing here because I haven't found anything else about Adobe Firefly support. Yesterday I renewed my Firefly payment, and even today, February 7, 2026, the program still tells me I don't have any generating credits. Thank you.

Hi, I was just looking at my credit usage and noticed that that my credits are set to reset on Feb 12th. I just purchased on Feb 3. I’ve hardly used anything yet. If it resets to the full amount on the 12th until march 3rd that’s OK but I don’t understand. Afraid it will just reset with nothing available for the next month. barb

Hello Adobe Firefly team,I am evaluating Adobe Firefly API for commercial use in a production SaaS workflow (image generation and post-processing).I would like to confirm the following points at a high level:1) For images generated via the Firefly API, does Adobe’s copyright indemnification apply when the output is used commercially, assuming compliance with the Firefly terms?2) Firefly-generated images include C2PA Content Credentials.If the original Firefly output is preserved unchanged, and a derived image is created separately for publishing (e.g., resized or with a visible disclosure watermark), does this affect indemnification for the original asset?3) Is there any official guidance on how C2PA metadata should be preserved or handled in commercial workflows using the Firefly API?This question is intended to understand the expected and supported usage patterns.If detailed legal confirmation requires a support ticket, please let me know the correct channel.Thank you.

Bonjour, j’essai de générer des vidéos à partir d’image. C’est pourquoi j’ai souscrit à l’abondement. Cependant cela fait 3 jours que je n’arrive pas à générer de vidéo. A la fin du chargement, cela me dit “problème survenu, veuillez réessayer ultérieurement”. Merci de me donner la marche à suivre pour débloquer la situation. Cordialement

Clicked to report a bug and got sent to “request a feature” - so an idea - fix that.  Second - tried to create a video. Credits removed. No video generated. Could there be a fix

I started a Firefly Standard account on Dec 4th 2025, then to increase the amount of Gen credits I added a Pro account on Dec 22nd.When I check my remaining credits (which is a pain in itself because it always says “unable to load selection” and I have to go to my avatar etc repeatedly going in circles until I finally get the balance of my credits) anyway I've got two accounts but only see one reset date which is the 10th of each month. I read the date should be on the date you started the account, so anyone tell me why mine isn't and also how do i see info separately for each Firefly account ?

Be honest in the UI about Firefly accepting only a single key frame, not “Frames.”

Hi.I want to make film from many photos to make a time lapse.All photos are freehand taken at the same position and show gardens or buildings over the year with all seasons Like a presentation all photos shall orientate at stable points like buildings.Can AI do all the adjustment in angle, position, exact overlay, perspective correction, etc,that all images orientate at the first picture?thx

I saw Adobe’s recent announcement about unlimited generations using the Firefly video model. I’m subscribed to Creative Cloud and get 4000 AI credits monthly. When I use Firefly to create a video, it still charges me credits (500 for a typically low-quality firefly generation). Does the unlimited generations offer exclude Creative Cloud subscriptions to Firefly? Is it unlimited after my credits are used? I’ve searched but I can’t find a clear answer.

I don’t really want/need it and noone else does either. STOP

Ich habe gestern von Adobe Firefly ein Testabbo bestellt und gezahlt. Die Cloud wurde auf meinem PC heruntergeladen aber ich habe keine Credits, so wie es beschrieben wurde.Das ist sehr unübersichtlich und ärgerlich. Ich kann keine Image to Video Szenen erstellen.  

 I want to delete all the 100% useless renderings that Firefly makes. Is this feature intentionally missing, or am I just not seeing it? Utterly useless garbage outputs, especially if you thought it could do text. Come on, Adobe, seriously? Like, you’re Adobe. Why not render the image elements and vectorize that, and render the text as typed on a layer above it? I don’t get it. So, since dozens of my attempts at getting a useful output from Firefly failed, I just realized I also cannot delete them. Am I missing it? Do I need to report and provide feedback? Upgrade to an even more expensive account? Let me know if there is a way.

Payment for the service package was made on 01/26/2026 in the amount of $11.99. No credits were provided for the month. 

I accidentally submitted a credit request in the Generative Video section. However, my manager is receiving more than five emails a day, so I’d like to cancel this request.

Basically, I don’t think Firefly is creatively enabling so much as it is an affront to craft, a threat to creators, and a creative dead end. And it’s apparently sucking up enough resources to kill other apps that are more important to me, like Animate. What would a world look like with a modernized, beast-mode Adobe Animate bringing imaginative and full-featured character animation capabilities to the masses? Instead, we’re getting funneled into a system of dependency on wishy-washy algorithmic lamp-rubbing.I’m personally switching to Toon Boom Harmony and will end my subscription with Adobe as soon as my assets are moved. I’ll be finding a Photoshop alternative as well, as it hasn’t been keeping up with competitors. Adobe, move your resources toward the software we subscribed for or you may not be around in 5 years’ time.

Not a bug. Firefly produces great results, worth the credits and then randomly chucks an abomination out that I should be able to reject and reclaim credits for… if it’s particularly bad.
