Hello everybody, i have a long lasting problem with rendering second image of the same room. I render the first one, then i add a new sketchup export and want to use first render from nano banana pro in firefly for reference and render that new picture. hi guys i used my poem and wanted to generate a video with sound effects or in my case my verses were used as lyrics to generate a song. i used the free version so obviously got 8 seconds worth which just used one verse of the poem so how do i extend the video upto 60 seconds and it's a continuation of my original video ? This was used to generate . thankee 

For Adobe Stock, do Adobe Firefly–generated videos require color grading before upload, or can they be submitted as-is according to official guidelines?

I noticed the gallery now contains images of babies and children, but I continue to get the "prompt declined" error when trying to generate image of a baby in a vehicle safety seat.  Should I be using a specific model to generate images containing children?We have a commercial account with 4000 premium feature credits.

I literally uploaded a cover and the AI can't get the title correct from the cover to the spine. It put a bad title on the spine and some jibberish that made no sense. I asked it several times to fix and it just spit out the same incorrect stuff. This is costing me credits and it's not working!

I had Adobe Firefly Pro and didn't even know about this promotion and thought I needed Pro to at least have unlimited generations with Adobe's AI model.  It is extremely disappointing that it ended, and in such stark contrast to what they actually offer, and I will probably leave Adobe because Firefly Pro and Premium really aren't worth the cost, considering what you get in return is actually very little.  For someone who makes AI content, just to be able to generate a 5-sec video clip, costs 500 credits with Adobe's AI model, and you only get 8000 credits with Pro. In a month, you can only generate 16 video clips then. If you want to generate images, or turn those images into video, then it's significantly less.  My biggest problem with this, is that these models, some more than others, generate images and videos that are not usable. So why do we still have to pay for generations we can't even use? That makes it substantially worse in terms of what you ge

Hi, I'm an editor at a TV station trying to generate some VOs on the Firefly generate speech but it seems to be down as all the voices from the select menu are gone and the generate button is grayed out. Please advise. Thanks.

Hi,I’m running into a recurring issue and would really appreciate your help.Whenever I try to generate an video, I get an error message — and no videois produced — yet credits are still being deducted from my account.This means I’m being charged for failed attempts that never generate any output, which obviously shouldn’t happen.Could you please look into this, restore the credits that were wrongly deducted, and fix the bug so the system stops charging for failed generations?Thank you in advance. 🙏

Hi there, I wnated to use firefly, but when I want to generate a image or a video I get the next message;  please contact your administrator for help, I have a SURFspot Operational Console account. Anyone know how to solve this problem. I have ai-credits. So why don't the work..?
