I was part of the beta, so I was generating videos before it went live yesterday, but now that it is live I am being told i need to pay at $10 a month for 20 (5) second videos? Thats steep , but at least let me use the credits I can see that I already have first.

I received an email that people on the waitlist were being given access over the next couple of weeks. THat was almost 3 weeks ago. Any news on when I can expect to get access?

"A woman with mouths where her eyes should be". Nope. Becuase it's not a scantily clad elf woman or a cute cartoon kitten, it doesn't meet the stringent "community guidelines". I read them all. I don't see how a classic punk-style image like this doesn't meet the guidelines. Given the content AI is currently spewing onto the internet, why can't firely handle such a simple prompt?

Just like generative AI in Photoshop, Adobe continually flags me for silly things saying I'm violating community guidelines. For example, I upload a photo of a father and his children and use the prompt "Father hugging his children" and I get flagged. I uploaded a photo of my partner on a horse and used the prompt "Horse and rider trot out of frame" and I get flagged. Anything I tried with people in it, I get flagged. I'm tired of being flagged when using generative AI when all I am doing to trying to replace a hand or half a foot.

Hello I have no editing options in Adobe Firefly Video on my screen. I can only generate the Video from Start Page. Than I only can generate the Video without editing. Can anyone help me? Sorry my English is not the Best

The interface for the service is really good - being able to set shot sizes and camera angles looks like it would be a really powerful addition - especially coming off the back of midjourney who tends to just create midshots. It's hard to test with only two spins of the service though! First result for a prompt was pretty well done. I then tried to shift it to a low angle and it all fell apart -- so not enough compelling results to warrant getting my wallet out.  I would need to do a lot more tests before I even considered it a viable purchase.    How about you roll the service into Creative Suite like Mixamo instead?  I am already paying A$1703 annually.

Firefly has changed, but where are my old creations? Can anyone help me? Thanks!

I'll start by saying that the Inpaint feature in Firefly handles pretty well compared to other similar gen AI tools; particularly the 'Expand' one.However, there's a downside to this and that comes to colour management... and I'm not talking about the generated area, I'm talking about the entire processed image.The output will alter the colours on the entire object, regardless of its file format or any assigned colour space.This becomes extremely visible in cases where these outputs need to print! Attached are a few examples showing an original image and its output from Firefly after using the 'Expand' feature, a merged composite where the original is overlayed on top of the expanded one and some snippets that showcase the colour difference closer.Is there a way to get around this or at least minimise it?

I am currently subsribed to Creative Cloud Photography plan with 1TB. I want to increase or purchase more credits outside my currently available 500 per month. I don't see a straightforward way to do this, nor does the button called buy credits in the Creattive Cloud app work.

Hi, wanted to show off Firefly to friend so took his photo and uploaded it to Firefly. Wanted to make a cartoon effect that worked great. Only problem was that it wasn't him. Every time it was a different person. How do I get Firefly to generate from the photo and not make up someone else?  Thanks

There are far too many frustrating things in Firefly. Why does Firefly not comprehend prompts. No matter what is requested! Or it adds things that nobody wanted, that don't even suit the theme of the current output. Here is a topical example that beats me completely. I am requesting two WHITE males standing next to each other. There is no racism of any kind involved. How does one know what one can prompt and what not??? I get all sorts of ethnic groups! Any combination. I did not ask for any of them. My story REQUIRES WHITE MALES. If I wanted any particular combination I would request that particular combination and I expect to get what I asked for. Nothing else. It is not a difficult request, is it now?! I could write a book about all my frustrations. And I do read updated information. Do I need ChatGPT-4 sitting on my lap so that it can compose my prompts and I then get what is needed. Siiiiiiiigh Please don't give me too many excuses

I don't know if simple prompts like this cant be processed by Firefly to generate still images. I wonder how the video generation ( in Beta mode ) will work.

Can I find an image using the code that was generated in Firefly and I didn't favorite it?

All I want is for the camera to push forward very slowly, on a fixed dolly path. I've tried every prompt I can think of.  No matter what I prompt, the camera always flies rapidly through the scene, either flying forward into to a tight close up or shooting completely past characters I want to remain in the frame. The  video generator seems to have no undeerstanding of words like "slowly" or "slightly" or "subtley". The camera movement is always frantic and wobbly. I think if they want to be a serious tool for real filmmakers, they need to train the video generator properly to allow for standard cinematic shots. Anyone have any hacks for prompting slow and solid camera movement?

I want to generate multiple monochrome bot logos that match the following sample design exactly:    I tried using the AUTOMATIC1111 AI tool with the following settings:    Checkpoints: revAnimated_v122EOL.safetensors ControlNet Model: diffusion_pytorch_model.fp16  Prompt: one color blue logo of robot on white background, monochrome, flat vector art, white background, circular logo, 2D logo, very simple  Negative prompts: 3D, detailed, black lines, dark colors, dark areas, dark lines, 3D image  The AUTOMATIC1111 tool is good for generating images, but I have some problems with it. I don't have a powerful GPU to install AUTOMATIC1111 on my PC, and I can't afford to buy one. So, I have to use online services, which limit my options. If you know a better online service for generating logos, please suggest it to me here. Another problem I face with AI image generation is that it adds extra colors and l

Same account, logged in. But Firefly is saying I don't have any credits. Are firefly credits different than the rest of adobe products?

Hello, I'm trying to follow this YouTube tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rkq_eDeGIMw), but I don't seem to see the "Structure" tab anywhere in the most current Firefly. Is this a bug?
