I would like to have  screen‑recording and video‑editing capabilities, for creating tutorials, demos, training videos, and presentations.  combining easy screen capture with a full video editor in one tool. I know it will take time but that would be helpful.Thank you

the prompt clearly states: ,totally clean shaven, head and face bald man, razor-smooth skin texture,smooth skin on jawline and chin, bare skin, absolutely no stubble, no shadow. then adding at thr end :Negative prompt: beard, mustache, stubble, facial hair, shadow, 5 o'clock shadow, goatee, scruff, hairy, And yet every picture adds some form of hair, a beard, stubble 5 0'clocl shadow. This is a major issue that will prevent me from paying for another month, not every man has facial hair, it is an unfair bias and a major flaw in your models.  Fix it

How come when it is stated multiple times that the person in the image should not have facial hair you still add it. This is a bias and a bug and very annoying. it will cost you this customer once the free trial ends. AI should not be allowed to edit a prompt and I don't want to hear the usualy excuse about the model is trained and all the images have facial hair. that is a lame excuse, there are many men who shave, who choose not to grow beard, or stubble, or 5 oclock shadow. If AI can restrict certain P and S content then why can't it understand NO FACIAL HAIR means NO FACIAL HAIR.  Funny how in trying to submit this post it flagged a word, but it cant help itself with Facial hair

Am 04.12.2025 habe ich diesen Newsletter erhalten: Beliebig viele Bilder und Videos generieren – Adobe Firefly-Aktion läuft noch. Unter "Bild zu Video" habe ich heute mit Modell "Firefly Video" Videos generiert. Dafür wurden mir heute mehrfach Credits abgezogen (ursprünglich hatte ich heute 4000 Credits, jetzt sind es nur noch 2400 Credits). Warum funktioniert die Firefly-Aktion bei mir nicht? Werden mir die Credits wieder gutgeschrieben?Danke für Feedback!

Trying to use firefly to transform one frame to another. The one frame is a skeleton and the others is the woman she is supposed to transform into ( there is no nudity or anything, designed that way so no issues. However it is getting flagged as an issue for the user guidelines. What do I need to do to fix that? Thanks!  ( I work in the haunted attractions industry and am working on some art for a client) 

I am trying to use the edit feature in Fi but i cant upload a photo, draging it or looking it for he device. 

No funciona cargar fotogramas o imágenes en la generación de videos. Agregas el fotograma o la imagen en cualquier opción: Sora, VEO 3.1, VEO 3.1 fast, Runway, o cualquier otro y no anda. No aparece lo que subí, y cuando le doy crear, hace lo que se le canta y me gasta los créditos. UN HORROR FIREFLY

Todo o site está em português, mas na ferramenta "gerar fala" não aparece a opção de gerar em Português-BR. 

When I drag images into the Reference images window I sometimes get the image cropped and stretched as shown in the attached screen grab. The image is preserved but it sometimes makes it difficult to recognise what the reference image being used is.This is within Firefox on a Mac.

Adobe Firefly Freeze can be used to create image videos. Does it offer a commercial license?

Hello Adobe Support Team, I recently paid for the Adobe Firefly flyer service, and I received successful payment confirmation both on the payment portal and via email. However, despite this confirmation, I am still unable to access the service. The system continues to prompt me to make another payment before I can use it. This issue is currently delaying my work, as I rely on this service for active projects. None of the video generation tools are working, I tried using the Firefly video-generation features in every browser, and I also tried in Incognito mode. Nothing works, and every attempt fails. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Do you have a solution? Everything worked perfectly for me two months ago, but now nothing works at all

I have created some videos using text-to-video on the Firefly free plan. Please confirm:1. Can these videos be used for commercial purposes (marketing, stock photos)? Is there a watermark or attribution required?2. Are the videos created private by default (accessible only to my account)? Does Adobe use them for training or other purposes?Another problem: I don't see any private or public/publish/share options. I attached a screenshot – there is no button or setting where I can make the videos private or publish. Are they automatically private, or do they become public somehow? Please help me. Thanks

 Hi, I've noticed a few other posts that queried the extension to the Unlimited Generations promotion into January. I had assumed this was done to compensate for the period where many users (including myself) had been unable to upload reference images to the platform.I've only just been prompted in Firefly that I have almost used my current allocation of credits while I had been oblivious to the fact that the promotion had concluded.I now see that this extension to the promotion is only eligible for certain users and that those on Creative Cloud Pro are ineligible. Had this information been conveyed to users? I don't recall this being mentioned.As a result I've been blissfully generating without realising I was burning through my credits.: (As an Adobe user of nearly 40 years I'm disappointed especially when I though I was being compensated for when the platform was not working for all users.Thank you for any assistance you may be able to provide.

I'm new to Adobe Firefly. I generated these videos/images with a free account (which are in the Generation history) and used all the models (like Veo 3.1, Firefly Video, Runway, etc.).Are these videos and images private—meaning only I can view/download them, no one else can—or are they public and others can view/access them? What is the default status of the content in the Generation history (private or public)? I don't see any private/public options in my account. How do I make them completely private or make sure no one can see them?I'm planning on getting a subscription soon. Can I use these commercially, both free and paid? I love Adobe and I'm a huge fan of all the programs. Earlier this month it seemed the iPhone app was so much better than it is now, it's more buggy now. The bigger issue for me is that the video generation has gotten way worse and fro some reason I can no longer generate videos with the firefly model for free like we were able to before. I know that the promotion ended for cc pro users but I thought we still got firefly video generations for free. Although I am a huge giant adobe fan and love all the programs I can't help but feel a little forgotten or left behind as an extremely loyal cc pro subscriber. It's starting to feel like a money grab again for me and that they aren't catering to their loyal subscribers and just trying to cater to new audiences. I feel like we should be treated with more appreciation than we currently are and I think the credit system is unfair for those that have been subscribed for a long time and stuck by adobe.
