Hello all, just started to learn this program and encountered a problem, I can not move the object by millimeter, and it moves about a square, and I can not put the object exactly between the two objects. I would be very grateful for feedback on how to do it.

Currently if the artboard is larger than the screen being viewed on and it is set to something like 100% rather than fit-to-screen, the artboard is anchored to the left rather than centered. Is there anyway to change that?

After Adobe massively soiled the bed (forgive my language but that's the only objective sentiment) with the 2022 AE/ME update I had to roll back to a previous stable version of AE/ME. Now when I try to export multiple artboards from the Adobe XD version 45.06.62.17, After Effects 2021 freezes on import and doesn't import comps from XD.Unfortunately I cannot roll back XD to a previous version because all XD files were created in the latest version and do not open in a previous one. My only work around at the moment is to export PNGs and import that into AE but that's an extra step, if anyone has a better workaround/suggestion please let me know. MacOS v11.6iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017)CPU: 4.2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7GPU:  Radeon Pro 580 8 GBRAM: 32 GB 2400 MHz DDR4 thank you.

I´m workin on MacOS Big Sur with German language settings. Somehowe this leads to unexpected results in the prototype interaction window in Adobe XD.  For instance: If I want to change the animation or transition duration time within the input fields and want to use fractions of seconds, I always have to use the english (.) instead of the correct (,) which one would expect in german.To make the things worse the numbers you entered with (.) are displayed  properly with the (,) afterwards. For that reason you can´t just copy values from one input field to another and if you do there no notifaction, that you did something which was not expected from the XD language settings. The values just remain as they were before in the regarding input field.So you always have to check several times if your intended values were taken by the the program, which makes building prototypes sometimes quite awqward.(BTW: Changing just the XD language settings to english doesn´t solve the problem)

I'm having three problems with the scrollable groups preview. Because of these flaws, the prototype output looks terrible. Make a scrollable group twice the size of the artboard. Preview is operational, and once published, it reveals three problems.1. A vertical scroll bar appears on the published preview. It's quite vexing.2. The website display is coming down (vertically)when scrolling.3. The highlighted region of all buttons on the page flashes when scrolling in the published preview.Enhancement. Given an option as the objects in scrollable groups Please resolve these problems as soon as feasible. Because of these difficulties, the design is useless. Window's core intel i5 dell latitude.

Hello! I can't use my libraries, see the layers I got or open the plug in seccion on xd, I tried on different xd files and with short cuts but nothing has worked. I clicked them and they look like It but i cant see the options or anything. I really need to use them to keep on working.  I'm using the last  Xd version aviable 

A few minutes ago, all the shared links stopped working.I've gotten many reports from my clients. I think this is the second time this year it happened during working hours. Adobe  XD could you please stop surprising me?   my clients thought were my problem 😞

It's been 6 months now since I switched from my 5k imac screen to a 4k pc screen and I have a problem with XD render. My lines & stroke are not pixel perfect and it's really annoying in daily use.Is there any way to make it work?I'm attaching an example of the same stroke duplicated.If I move it with the keyboard arrow sometimes it becomes sharp sometimes blurred.

In XD, when zooming with my external mouse on my macbook pro, normally I hold Command+Scroll Up to zoom in. This works fine in photoshop. However, in XD, it zooms out instead of zooming in. Scrolling the page goes in the correct direction, it's only reversed while zooming. I understand macs in general have scrolling issues. OSX has been stupid for a long time about external mice scroll direction. As such, I use the Scroll Reverser app to reverse the scroll of my mouse, while preserving natural scrolling for the track pad. This works fine in every other application I've used, including Photoshop, but it looks like XD has a bug with this.  On a related note, XD should really support scroll zooming without holding Command. Hi all, I try to google all about this question, but I can't find any soultion.  Do you know how to do a carousel, but it come with different size and with animation when we swipe on screen.  Here is the image:This is just a example. As you can see the left and right pictures are smaller than the middle one. Therefore, how do we moothly display when we swipe to the left? (BTW, I'm doing prototype) Thank you  

Hai team, Why when I am make component, all the 3D transformation become flat? currently it was tilted accordingly to my project, but when I am applied make component, it become flat...by means zero degree of tilting etc..

Hi there. Just this week I migrated from my mid-2014 Macbook Pro to a shiny new 2021 Macbook Pro. I migrated all my settings from my old laptop to this new one, but since doing that, I don't seem to be able to sync to my cloud documents in XD, or more annoyingly, create a new document that I can work on locally. I've followed all this steps on the page suggested (https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/fix-issues-with-xd-cloud-documents.html) and none of the suggestions worked. I can open local documents without any problem, just can't open cloud documents or create a new document without the attached error popping up.Would be grateful for any thoughts or ideas to get this working again as XD is my main work tool at the moment.

Halp! I'm trying to learn XD by designing a UI synthesizer (no sound, just the design). Im stuck when it comes to the dials aka rotary knobs. So if I set the trigger to drag, I only can rotate the knob by moving the mouse along the horizontal axis. But software-synthesizer use the vertical axis. Coulnd't find any option to change the axis or something. I also searched the web and couldn't find at least one tutorial for that kind of knobs. Afraid that it isn't even possible in XD. Or is it?   Thats what I am talking about. Start and stop position:

I'm working for a large organisation who are using XD across design teams to centrally manage templates and libraries.We seem to have a a couple of problems which randomly effect team members.Major issues are1) Can accept a invite to a library and see that library on the Web version of CC. However that library or file will not show in the CC Desktop App or within the libraries panel in XD.2) Someone who has access to edit the XD file that controls a Library cannot publish changes to that library. They try to update the library and get an update error. There does seem to be an active connection as the document is still auto saving.Sometimes it seems to make the change but its not visible to other library users. Sometimes the update/publish button just doesnt show.I'm guessing it may be a Synching or connection issue but it doesnt effect all team members who are using the same interent connections and systems.Any ideas? 

Whenever I have multiple programs open and I move from XD to another one and back to XD, XD takes a while to respond again. I can still move around the screen using the scroll on my mouse but can't zoom or use the program for several seconds until it responds again. Just wondering if this is a global bug or something to do with my computer/settings.

Hi, I have this problem: I have the main file as a library, there are components, colors and text you know. Second file connected to this library. The third file is also attached to this library. Now how to do to replace only the colors in this third file and so that it still has components attached to the library?

Hi all, I've been having issue creating the simples tab interactivity in XD. If all the elemts in the tab table are just plain graphics (boxes and text), it all works fine. The moment one of the tabs is a component (hover and active state), I can't select any of the states while in prototyping. What am I doing wrong? I;ve attached my file (ignore the colours). As you can see the first set of tabs works fine bu the second one doesn't. Anyone can help?  Thanks!

Is there a way to set the default view of shared prototype and/or design spec XD links to 100%? Currently if the artboard is larger than the persons screen the default is always to fit, so scales down. Often people don't realise there is the zoom functionality to change. It's also pretty annoying to have to always be changing it to actual size.

After the latest uppdate i get an "error 52" when trying to uppdate links. I can still create new link with new name, and after creating a new link, the new link kan be uppdated.  But the old existing link, cant be uppdated. This means that all links that i have created and shared with the client has to be uppdated, and all the clients comments are "in the old link".

Hey guys, I'm just experimenting in XD with a phone app that allows users to secure a booking appointment whilst using personal information stored on their device instead of a server and I was wondering if someone a bit more experienced with plugins may be able to help with a problem that I've run into. Basically what I'm trying to achieve is to put a button on the screen that will access their device's camera and photos so as to take a photo of themselves, another of their ID and match the photos to each other and some basic information ID to what they entered into a form stored on their device when they first registered through a different screen and if it matches up, they get logged in. I realise that it could be a bit ambitious but basically what I need right now is a plugin that will access their device's camera and photos even if it is seperate plugins but currently cannot find a plugin for XD that does that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there, when I share my Xd project with a client, the link provided by you are too slow, At first, I thought it could be the resolution of my images, so I did resize all of them to a very basic resolution, however, the slow loading is still persists. this is very annoying for clients and also for the designer.
