 I've been having this issue with my Windows Pc when it comes to displaying the gradient of colours in the picker. I use XD on my mac for work and have not come across this issue but on my PC at home I am having this issue. I have already uninstalled XD and reinstalled but the problem has not gone away. How can I fix this? When I choose a Fill colour I see the image above. When choosing a border colours thepicker is completely white.   

xD, and I have been doing every tutorial to learn the software. I'm doing a project for my school to create a wireframe for a mobile app. I used the vertical scroll option, not sure what I am doing wrong, but the scroll doesn't work when I share my prototype or review the artwork in the preview. I have a mouse, I'm not doing it with my touchpad, I'm following every single step of the tutorial of how scroll works, and it seems very straight forward. If anyone can help me, I will appreciate it. Jackie Lackenbacher

I have a very important XD document I have been working on. I always save to cloud but after the last time I tried to update my link, I have been unable to access this document. There is an orange icon that is is tagged "conflict sync" attached to it and when I try to load it, it tells me "you cannot access this document" after which it loads an entirely new blank document. Weirdly enough, I can view the updated said document  under published but I can't convert it to an XD file to continue working on. The only version available on cloud for download is quite old. Is there anything that could be done to get my document back please. I have a deadline approaching    {Renamed By MOD}  

Hi, Each time I open Adobe XD, Crash Report for "Adobe XD" appears. Previously I didn't experience a crash though! Seems like that popup pops all the time I open XD (and it's very annoying) Thanks!

So I'm trying to export this long page image with mobile screens. It shows ok in the XD file but when I export this page, the image of one of the screens at the very end is clipped for no reason. Maybe it's because it is a long page to export. Seems like a bug. The content is no way out of bounds, the source image is perfectly fine. (I even tried it with the original screen placed in the mockup and it is still clipping).

Hi, I have sync problem. We have cloud XD document. Coediting enabled. All of us have macOS. But one colegue opened document on windows XD. Since then we are not able opened this file on any mac with last version of XD. I tried unshare this file from anyone. Now no one has acces to this file. I followed this post https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd/other-syncing-problem-opening-cloud-document-in-xd/m-p/10997451?page=1#M25666but without help. I tried AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool and clean cache core. Reinstaled XD ... but without success. Can somebody help me?thanksLubos   

Auto-animate on my prototype works perfectly fine on the desktop preview on my laptop but when I publish a link to share it with others (no matter what view setting I use to publish the link), it doesn't work the same in the link and glitches. Everything is aligned perfectly in the artboard. Is this just a bug?

The missing fonts include SF UI Display, SF UI Text, SF Pro Text and other design fonts. Could you please tell me how to operate?   <The title was edited by moderator>

When I try to position an overlay I'm not able to dial in a spesific X/Y coordinate or nudge the overlay 1px at the time like I would with any other object. The position tools are all gone when I select the overlay element. This makes it very hard to position the overlay with the accuracy needed in cases where I need to be pixel perfect, and that's most of the times. For instance when the overlay is supposed to be exact on top of another, straight under a line etc etc. I'm constantly missing 1px when I'm forced to use the move tool and position the overlay manually. Have I missed something here? Any hidden secrets to this?

I always believe fake it til you make it. It has served me well over the years and I find that it pushes me to learn. I am tasked with revamping an existing "checklist and short answer assessment" that exists published in an established WordPress website. What they don't know is that I haven't done this before. What issues will I run into if I were to create a desktop prototype in XD? The prior designer did not work in XD but submitted photoshop docs to the developers, and/or used existing functionality within WordPress to design. I would like to offer a new way to view and test the prototype model I'm tasked with building, but not look like an idiot if I don't know what to do with it once it's created. Do i export it to HTML? Will that seamlessly work within Wordpress? Will I have to pass it on to the developers? Not sure the avenue to pursue. What questions do I need to ask?

I was working naturally, without problems and the file was saving to cloud normally. After some hours of work, i return to my computer from a short break, and discover that XD crashed. "No problem, my work is in the cloud", i thought. I clicked to send the crash report, to help the developing team. And then i cliked to re-open my working file... Part of the work was gone! I checked the XD file history and discover there is a saving hiatus from 10:56 and 15:11. There are no records there. I know for sure that i've been saving. Ever since Photoshop 5 that i have this habit of hitting CTRL+S. CONSTANTLY! It's like built-in in my keypress mantra when i work. I don't even think about it.I searched online for help, browsing the LocalState folder on Windows, return the same file, without my work...It's saved, ok? Where can i find all the records from 10:56 and 15:11? I also updated the prototype link between this time period, and the work is in the prototype too (another proof that it sh

Hello,  I'm trying to open an XD document I created a year ago. However, when I'm trying to access it, XD sends me Error code: 86. Now I've tried uninstalling creative cloud and uninstalling XD, and I continue to receive these messages. Is there anything I could do to remedy this problem? 

I have embedded a few XD prototypes on my adobe portfolio website. They open in Safari but they are not opening in google chrome (It shows blank white space). I have attached the screenshots for safari and google chrome with this post. I have tried all the usual troubleshooting steps including opening it in an incognito window. I have to start applying for a job soon and this is extremely time-sensitive and critical for me. Hi guys!Is there away to change/customize the cursor in prototype screen with your own png/cur.?

Updated this morning and lost all my cloud documents.  Have tried ending processes, restarting, reinstalling, installing previous versions, signing out and back in, and the cloud documents do not show on the web or on any other devices such as my iPhone app.  Its like they never existed.  Nothing shows in the deleted section either.

XD was working fine for me before the most recent updates for 2021 ( after the Adobe MAX conference). I'm experiencing an issue where I go to work on XD files created in an older version. Components which used to be the master, have now randomly changed into a child component. When I click on the small pencil icon inside the component states menu, it duplicates this child component and makes a new duplicate as the master off the canvas.  It is costing me time because I have to redo edits into the duplicate master component and is very troublesome. Not only this bug but on top of other issues I am experiencing since the update ( Freezing on zoom, text input and file loads ). Wondering if I should revert back to a version that was working correctly...

Hi - I do not see CC library listed in the Xd file dropdown. Where is this feature located in Xd please or how do I activate/sync the CC library please? I have tried to browse shared libraries and add a library, but the CC library isn't listed.Thanks,N

 How you can change the line-height for a single line of text ( Header ), and not for the entire text block  ? Is there a way of setting the default Line-Height and vertical align in the bounding box ?
