I do have a problem in using the Adobe XD live preview , I'm an Android user , even when I try to save the file as a cloud document it fails , it keeps showing me on the screen that it's trying to save the file then it ends up failing. I also tried to upload the file to the synced file but still I cannot preview files on my phone.

Adobe XD seems to be freezing whenever I try to update a custom or development link but seems to work just fine when I change to design review, presentation, and user testing links.I have tried restarting the program, tried reinstalling the program, and also redid the entire design project but this doesn't seem to solve the problem. XD Version: 29.1.32Operating System: Windows 10 Build 19041.264

After sharing prototype on cloud, comments from previous iterations made with previous version of XD are now gone. Yikes!

Hello!In Adobe XD, designers can use auto-animation in combination with drag-and-drop gestures to create micro-interactions between artboards to create rich prototype experiences such as drag-and-drop, animations for carousels, cards, and lists or progress indicators. There is a question. Can I create animations within the same artboard? I am making a prototype of the mobile version of the site, one long page. It is problematic to use several artboards. I found lessons only for prototyping mobile applications in Adobe XD, or lessons for creating different pages of a site. But I need to use only one artboard without adding additional artboards. Help me please!

Is it possible to set a scrollable area when overlaying?However, I want to have a black transparent background for the not scroll area. 

What does it mean by organisation's restriction? I am trying to work collaboratively with some people. I signed up on creative cloud using my University email address. Any help as soon as possible will be appreciated because I have to start working on a project. Thanks.

Hi. I'm using the lates Adobe XD on my iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015)If i load file into XD it becomes more brighter than it's appear.I tride the same image in Ai, have no problems.I attached the file, so you can see it.

hello world, I have a problem to have a correct view of my font (imported to the adobe cloud) in the xd app preview.The height of the font and the singular character are perfect but the space between the letters is wrong.In italy we call "creanatura" in English I think is "kerning".In the attachment you can see the difference.  Any solution? is a big problem for me.

I am starting to make a new portfolio website in XD, and so far I really like the software! However im a bit hesitant, to continue and finish it now. Adding everything I did the last 10 years is a lot of work and maintaining it the next years as well. Having a great site would be worth it of cours.HOWEVER.... if XD would stop being supported in 5 years because Adobe doesn't find it profitable (or whatever reasons they would have)... would I then have to go and build an entire new website? Cos if that is the case, im definitely going to re asses my strategy.Does anyone have an insight on this or have also thought about this issue and has a plan?I'd love to hear others POV on this!

 Hello together, I turned responsive resize off, but I can not resize my images properly. When downscaling them, the thickness of the plus icon strokes remains and destroys the icon. (See the attached screenshot, the left one was the original). Shadows seem to make the same problem. Thanks a lot for every help! EDIT: When I create a component the effect gets even weirder. 

Is there a way to create a clicked state animation and change artboard when you press on the state? I'm trying to make a calculator but want to show a cliked state before quickly changing the artboard to the next one after the button has been clicked.

Hello. I am unable to save changes to my work I am creating in Adobe XD. I have tried various file names however I repeatedly get this error message when I try to save. I am running the latest version of Adobe XD on the latest version of OS X.Please see attached screenshot.Any help or solutions on this would be much appreciated.Kind Regards Matt

Starting for some day ago XD is not loading my Adobe font fonts. They are loaded in Indesign and Photoshop, but not in XD. What can I do to solve this?

In an effort to reduce our dev time making client demos, I use XD Prototypes to give our clients a feel for what we can build. After the outage today, and a meeting where I was reduced to swiping through images of my artboards, I need a solution that allows me to take everything I've created-- artboard, buttons, tranisitions, etc-- and export it to a local version of the prototype.  I've looked at a few of the plugins for XD, but none of them give me the visual fidelity and features that the standard Adobe prototype does. Anyone know of a plugin that might help? Thanks! PS- Adobe, maybe don't make so much rely on your cloud? I'd love to see the figures of how much money your customers lost as a result of your incompetence today.  

I recently downloaded the lates Version of adobe XD, and my Windows 10 is up to date, was working pretty well for a few days, though I was still getting the crash pop up and automatically closes, was managing like that not until today..it won't open, keeps saying "Crash report for Adobe XD" it wasn't this bad few days ago, at least it allowed me work for some time before closing by itself now it won't open at all please help this is frustrating

Hi, Xd and InDesign seem to be causing trouble. A copied item in XD keeps overriding what I copy in InDesign and pastes that instead. I copied and pasted a button while working in XD, moved over to do another job in InDesign, and cannot copy and paste. If I copy an element in InDesign after working in XD, it just pastes the XD element. A restart seems to fix, until I open XD, and then only what I had copied there, even before the restart, will be pasted in ID. Hope that makes sense? I'm trying to copy an artboard from one file to another - both have the same components. When I paste it to the target file, the components appears in the default state (i.e. the width, text and inner elements as on the initial master component).Is there something I am doing wrong or is there a specific way to do such thing?

I am co-editing Windows 10 and MAC with the designer.As you can see in the picture, the gap between the text displayed in Windows 10 and MAC is displayed differently.These problems are difficult to satisfy the uniformity of designers and UI.Please help me quickly.     Windows 10     MAC   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Hi, I was working on a file for couple of weeks. Then it and it's two copies started to give an error. It says There was an error opening the file .....  (Error code: 86). I change it's name for a shorter one. Tried other copies, but no luck. There's no problem with my other xd documents. I think this is a corrupted file error. There's a prototype of it in cloud but as i read in the forum it is not downloadable. Is there any way to save it? I'm using MacOS Mojave 10.14.5. And XD version 21.0.12.11.Thank you.The title was edited by Moderator.
