Hi there,I'm working on a school project which includes three artboards that I'm auto-animating between.The first board has two images hidden under text, the second board has one of the images moving to the top of the text box it was behind, and the third board has the second image moved to the top of the text box it was behind. The naming of all the items and groups is identical and the hierarchy of naming is also identical.I've got them wired using time as the trigger with a delay of 1 second. When I start the preview from the first artboard of the 3, everything is working perfectly.When I preview the whole project (all 18 of the artboards) the animation doesn't work at all and it is only showing the first artboard of these three. Everything else is working fine. I've checked and re-checked everything I can think of and have read through all other suggested fixes I've found online, but nothing seems to be working. I've got the latest version of XD. Any help is apprecia

Hi, Everytime I try to open a file in adobe XD the whole app crashes (however i can open the app itself). I have attached the crash log. Hey there   I just found a strange bug when I was previewing my design.   I placed a text element onto my artboard (red text in the screenshot). So far so good. The text is showing in the preview mode.     But as soon as I rotated the element to -90 degrees and reopened the preview window the text just disappeard in the preview.   I can reproduce the bug with all kinds of elements like images, shapes etc.. There seems to be a tipping point between 35-40 degrees where the element starts to disappear. When I set it to 36 degrees, some parts of the element disappear while the other part is visible (see image below).   Restarting XD didn't help btw..   Can some of you reproduce this bug?   Best regards Martin <Title renamed by moderator>

Library linked image not update.Procedure:1. Paste linked image from library.2. Edit them from library into Photoshop.3. Image not update into Adobe XD.Into Illustrator, everything works fine.Images inserted linked from library, edited into photoshop, are updated fine.

A feaure I commonly use is "mask with shape" to create perfectly sized and positioned media for my designs.However in my most common use case, applying a mask to a photo to place in my design, I no longer have the ability to use a shadow. The actual group "Mask Group" does not even feature the shadow option. The mask shape and photo file within the group do in fact retain the option to add a shadow however they do not do anything once applied. My current work around is creating a basic shape the same dimensions behind it with a shadow, but this is has caused a little confusion on hand off. Could we please add shadow capability to Mask Group? Please and Thank You!

Ive created this app and connected all the wires and it is not functioning. I need urgent help.

Using an Atomic System Mentality. I'm trying to concoct a way to be able to drop in images in one go for Desktop and Mobile. My thought aruond this system right now is to create a Master Component where the image can be dropped in. Take that and build it into both the Desktop and Mobile Artboard Content.... the only issue with this system is how do I apply this to a library based system, I would like for other designers on our team to be able to do this within each of their documents so it doesn't affect everyone elses. Any thoughts? 

I have only been using XD for a short period of time, I can’t seem to turn anything into a hyperlink. The video I watched stated that I should go into prototype mode select hyperlink in interaction. This option is not there. When I go to Design there is also no option in the text box where I could past the URL.  The “hyperlink” or "Insert URL here" option as explained in all tutorials isn’t there.  I have the latest version according to my adobe cloud. I searched in plugins in case there is one for that feature but didnt find anything. It tried a bigger screen thinking it might be hidden or not shown on my laptop screen. It is not there. I dont know what else to do. Any help would be very much appreciated.I added some screenshots to show the missing "Hyperlink". It is in German but "Hyperlink" is the same word. So you ll see it is not there. Any idea? that would be amazing. thank you! 

Dear Adobe We've been using Adobe XD since it was free. It is no longer free and we are more than willing to pay for a product. No one works for free and that is how it should be. However, your pricing structure is criminal and is destroying your business. Don't take it from a commenter like me, I am sure you are able to see it in your amount of subscriptions. Trying to purchase a license for Adobe XD only seems impossible. You made it impossible to buy a single product. Your intentions are clear. Make money at any cost even if the consumer has to pay for overpriced products that they don't need. Good luck with your business going forward. We will be moving to an honest company.

This issue has been posted before. In fact, it has been multiple times. I myself have posted this issue once. I have had contact with support about it, Adobe employees in this community have been in touch with me about this issue. I've sent logs, video captures, system specifications to Adobe employees. This issue has been here for at least two years and has never been resolved. Any attempt to cooperate with Adobe staff resulted in a stub, and then just silence. Reaching out by asking questions about how we can help is not answered. Let me be clear: this is critically blocking. Adobe XD is becoming a pain to use. And if I may believe this community, many are with me. I can only speak for Windows users, as I don't have experience with macOS. I dearly hope that Windows users are in fact equally prioritized as macOS users. This can't be discarded. We need to solve this once and for all. Just to give an indication on how relevant this issue is, just browse through the community.

I am experiencing trouble in publishing link. I tried all the steps in the workflow but unfortunately nothing worked. I even created new file. XD is updated, using it the last 2 years everyday and never had this issue. 

As mentioned hundred times before, I have to alt-tab on Win10 hundred times a day to keep text tool working... EXTREMELY annoying and agonizing proces. Text tool is working in Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge etc... 

When copying an object from Illustrator that contains a gradient into XD the gradient is not setup correctly. When looking into the issue I came across this article https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/xd/help/gradients.html and saw that an SVG is needed. So I saved my icons as SVGs and imported those but the same problem persists.You can see in the attched screenshot of how far off the gradient is from the shape, plus each stop point is right on top of each other. This is annoyingly time consuming to have to fix them.

The scroll direction when using the scroll wheel of a mouse for Adobe XD on MacOS is inverted when using modifier keys and scrolling to zoom. Please fix this feature regression. For whoever cares:No, I have no third party software to modify keys. I am using apple silicone, using the built in keyboard of the laptop. M1 Chip. I'm using an external mouse with the laptop. I have used mulitple mouse brands to test, all reproduce the same result.

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help? I've created several  image carousels in XD and embedded them into my Adobe Portfolio website. They work perfectly apart from when viewed on mobile a big blue cookies message obscures the entire carousel until you click Accept (please see image below). This only happens on mobile, on desktop this doesn't appear at all. Does anyone know how to avoid this from happening? Many thanks in advance.   

adobe xd sharing link stuck at 50%, and throws check your internet connection and please try again error

I have tried reducing pages, files sizes signing out signing in and updating xd but still get error 4.4 when sharing. How can I fix. thanks

Good evening, I need help to recover my xd cloud documents. I just updated the xd and when I log in and want to edit my cloud file that shown in my recent it said I didn't have the access to edit the file (which I am the person who create the file in the first place) then when I click the X button, recent files - that saved in cloud - disappeared. I still have the access to the file using the share link. But, I didn't have the files in my cloud.As I checked my cloud document in Adobe Cloud Website, all my files are gone.I have checked all the links that has been said in the community forum but none of them work. Please I really need your help to get my files back.  Best regards,Chi

I try to show an xd file inside an iframe in my website, The iframe a little bit small like below, But as you see this cookie consent cover whole the screen and it's really confusing for someone face this screen at the first time. Is there any way accept all cookies by default and bypass this popup or in other case send this cookie to the main site to handle it?     {Renamed By MOD}

I have been working on creating my portfolio using adobe portfolio, and I am trying to showcase some work I did in Adobe XD. There are cookie banners on each item I have embedded on the portfolio and every time the page reloads those banners reappear. I have some embedded files using figma and google slides and they don't have the same issue. I was wondering if anyone has found a workaround for this. I have talked to support for both XD and Portfolio and unfortunately they have no answers for me.

Does anyone have a problem with embedding an XD flow (directly from XD share) into an iframe in a website and a cookie banner appearing?Is there any way to disable this? My site already has a cookie banner and to have a component within it also having one is a bit ridiculous. I've contacted Adobe about it but didn't get anywhere. If you know of a way to disable this or any other way to embed an animation into an iframe, please let me know. Thanks.

Hi, I came across an unusual bug: I have two small boxes that will have a little black dot appear in them when a person clicks on them. I added the black dots through the use of an overlay (as seen in the XD screen screenshot.) When I preview in XD, everything works as intended...but when I share the file and have it open full-screen, the dots move and appear below everything when clicking on the boxes (Opened-Full-screen.jpg screenshot.)It only happens in Full Screen - if I customize my settings and uncheck "open in full screen" then it works as intended.I am unsure if this is a browser thing (I tested it in firefox and Edge, and the same happens in both).https://xd.adobe.com/view/4be91ca6-fb94-4eae-aa69-a6f1e7905c0f-1eba/?fullscreen

When I press SHIFT + left/right arrow key, the element is moved correctly by a big step. But the small step (without SHIFT key) movement somehow does not work anymore... same for the left. Up and down arrows on the other hand move the element also correctly.

Hi, I am trying urgently to send a share link to a client but I keep getting an error message when I try to create a link that says "You're disconnected. check your internet connection and try again". There is nothing wrong with my internet connection as everything is working fine online in browsers and the rest of the creative suite. The wheel gets to around 50% each time then times out and I get the above error message. Please could someone help? I've tried restarting, upgrading my version of XD and copying stuff into a new file but none of these have made a difference. I am on a Mac running 10.15.7 and am on the most up-to-date version of Adobe XD.
