Hello! I've encountered the following issue: if I change the position of the main layer, after restarting Animate, the other layers scale out in the same way and at the same time, without me modifying the scale! Has anyone else experienced this issue?I mention that this only happens when I use Motion Tween. I have attached a clip where the issue can be seen.

Hi, I'm currently trying to add a new image to a bar menu that has a transition in between each image. The problem I'm running into is that when I try to copy a new movie clip symbol and add the updated image, it for some reason doesn't play the transition anymore to the newly added frames. (Trying to add a 5th board that transitions from 4th to 5th and then 5th to 1st.) Additional info: Naming system is the same. New images are also added to the timeline. I do not see a tree/node system incorporated into this. Yes, I have tested the movie as well as tested it with an export and it does not show the transition. All the properties look correct. I feel like its a linking problem, but can't find where it would be a linking problem (between the new image and the transition animation.) Not exactly sure what to show for screenshots, let me know what you guys need to see and I can include it.

I want to have many stick figures fighting, with different colors so on. but how can i simply copy one character and then modify it individually? so all the bodyparts and all the laryers? just all the stufff? i know you can duplicate the entire folder, but then you have still the same instances of objects, not duplicates of the object. so that means if you want to modify them you automatically modify the other character. i know i can make a duplicate of each object and then  switch the original ones in the copied layers for the new duplicates and then go into each duplicate and change the color, but that takes way too long when you just want a couple of soliders on the screen and give one a hat or something. thanks for helping:)

I'm posting anew on this same project I'm trying to wrap my head around as I think I'm in need of a fresh approach.Basically wondering if I can get some guidance on the best way to create this interactive infographic (see attached) . I need to make the four top buttons (STABLE, RELUCTANT, ...) clickable, which will change the button color and present different information in the center circle (right now, all three are set on STABLE). Then I need to be able to circulate through the three different stages—THRIVING, BUOYANT, TRANSFORMATIVE—by clicking the right-left arrows and/or the stages text to the right and left.I had set this up as buttons just triggering a jump to a frame with the appropriate correspinding view, but it resulted in too much code with each frame and kind of code loop that cummuatively bogged down the brower to the point of not working at all.Any ideas on a simpler approach to this that won't require custom code and can be done via Code Wizard? A few days ago, after perfect normal performance, Adobe Animate decided that new tweens in my short (~500 frame) animation would no longer ease using anything but classic. Everything (usually) looks normal in the viewport, but when published, the new frames don't have any tweens, or any of the deformations in their keyframes of movieclips, graphics, or most annoyingly: warped assets.It's very strange behavior because it only affects new frames, and only after a certain point in the animation. I've rebuilt that section of the animation from scratch several times trying to fix this, including rebuilding the entireties of all warp assets, all the way from redrawing the bitmaps, and the behavior is the same-- it functions to a point, then new frames are glitchy.I updated java, clean re-installed CC and animate...I've tested completely blank new files: if I make a square shape, and classic tween it moving around, fine. but if i make it a warp asset, it usually has the glitchy movement or el

Hi,     I have a Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga Ultrabook that has tablet functionality via Wacom. I have had no issue drawing within the Photoshop that I have had for months now, but when I just installed Flash CC, the tablet will not let me use the tablet pen to draw a line correctly. What it does is makes a long straight diagonal line every time I try to touch it to the screen, and then at the end of said line, it then will draw what I gesture with my hand. The problem is, its offset now to the end of the line, so it is completely unusable. It has no problem working if I were to use my finger on the touch screen instead of the pen, which is very strange.Some things to note:-Again, it works fine with the pen in other drawing apps like photoshop-The issue persists with the default pen and a different brand pen that I frequently use.-I have all my graphics drives updated-I have the latest Wacom Feel it drivers-I turned off all tablet settings that might interfere. Ok, i'm at Adobe Animate, suddendly all the audios i try to play at the timeline aren't playing! It sounds only if i play the animation since the first frame, if i try in mid the anim it doesn't play neither, if i try scrubbing through the timeline, still not playing. I tried whit a file from before it happens, it works perfectly, but if i import any other audio into the old project, or if i grab the audio from the old project to a new one stills not playing, like if anything i move ruins it, bringing it to the actual chaos, anyone else whit this issue?

Whenever I want to hear the audio of the animation I am working on, I have to either rewind to frame 1 before playing the entire animation, or I have to click the test movie option. Here's a video of the problem:

Hi, i created an illustration in Illustrator CC 2018 and tried to copy it to Animate CC 2018 and i got the message: "Could not import the file because the file type is unrecognized." So i tried saving it as .ai and. svg and importing it but got the message: "One or more files were not imported because there were problems reading them." Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

When i use to publish my html banner, it would auto open in safari so i can preview it.  I got a new laptop and this doesn't happen any more, i have to manually open the html.And i can't find any options to tick  I'm on mac sonoma 14.1.2, Animate 24.0  

Hi, I am very new to Animator. When I create a classic tween, it shows in the timeline but when I go to play it, it is not there and the animation simply jumps from point a to point b. I have already tried converting everything to graphic and I have looked into many step by step tutorials and other forum posts but none of them seem to answer my question. Is there anything I could be missing? Thanks.

Hello, I'm not able to import Illustrator file in Animate they are just giving me a blank layer. can yu please help me.   

I have been trying to import a song into my library on adobe animate. Every time I try it, I get the below message and it doesn't work.I have tried every single file format, wav, aiff, MP3..None of them work. Other forums have suggested changing the sample rate to 41000hz, the bitrate to 16...I've tried this too and it doesn't work.I have edited this audio file in every way possible that I can think of and it still won't let me import it. I can't make the animation without this music, can anybody help?

aniamte cc is not working well....... it hangs again and again......... when i import file from illustrator it take 20 to 25 mins for importing........ at the time of working on animate cc run intermittently........ and camera of cc needs lots of improvements....... please rectify my issues.

I noticed this while developing an application. animate makes an error while encoding multiple dynamic text. The error needs to be on different layers to be corrected. Otherwise, it can only code one dynamic text box. It is necessary to open a separate layer for each. 

This issue is NOT solved Animate CC has a serious bug pertaining to all Tablet PC devices using Windows 10, whenever you start to draw you will receive a lag that draws a straight line from where you started to put your pen down to wherever your stylus is at the time the lag is complete.I would like to start by showing how real and sever this bug has been to the Animate CC community by referring to past forums I have found regarding this very same issue that goes back as far as 2013. All these posts are by the various professional users who are not able to use Animate CC properly on their tablet PC device. I want to make an animating youtube video. what would be the exact process here? should i make the entire video in animate and just cut a bit and fix in premiere or should i make little clips(for each clip a new project), and import all clips into premiere? doesent convince me. should i in animate just instead of cuts just start the new clip with a keyframe? any thoughts on the whole process? thanks for helping out;)

When I change the Alpha value of a symbol on the timeline, transparency is getting applied to each of the symbol's components: That's not what I want. … I want the symbol to blend as a monolithic, single object – as a whole.How can I do that?Currently, the only way I would know of is to cover the symbol with a solid filled square object that's having Alpha applied. But that doesn't work if the background isn't a solid color.

Recently, Animate was automatically updated. As a result I've lost my Flash player. With earlier versions you automatically got the player when you installed Animate. I'm not sure if that's still the case with this most recent version of Animate, but if it is I don't know where I can find it. If it isn't the case how can I download the player?  My efforts to do so have not been successful. If anyone can point me in the correct direction I would really appreciate it.

Did anyone had the same problem? When I export anything (by that, I mean anything.) it previews the project.Image below should make it more clear what I am talking about.
