I am using Bridge 16.0.0.63 with the latest macOS software. I have a store of 22,000 images. I seem to have lost the function to search and retrieve images. I don’t understand why? Grateful for simple help please? Thank you Mike

Good morning. The Bridge and Photoshop versions have been updated to V2026. I uninstalled Photoshop version 2025. Now, when I double-click to open a photo in the new Photoshop in Bridge, an error message appears saying that it cannot find version 2025 and the file won't open in the new version. It only opens if I right-click and select "open with Photoshop 2026". Can you help me, please? Thank you. Fernando

Since April 2021, have not been able to use Photodownloader in Bridge with my new CFExpress card.  It does not detect it.  It does detect and function with SD card from same camera and card reader.  The CFExpress card is on the desk top.  Adobe has not been able to resolve despite numerous calls and attempts.  Anyone else having this isssue.  Using a work around by directly copying from card to file but it does not convert to DNG as I prefer.

Ever since I began using a CFexpress Type-B card, I've noticed that when I upload new files via Bridge, not all of the files are being read.As an example, I shot 34 images this morning, but when I began uploading via Bridge, it read only 24.I have my Bridge programed to open up the Photo Downloader when I begin the process. But, when I open Photo Downloader first, then Bridge, all of the files I shot are correctly read. Has anyone else have/had this problem? Is there anything that can be done to sort this out?

I just got a new iMac M4, & expected Bridge to look the same as on my MacBook, but the interface is totally different. The main issue (of several) is that I cannot get any of the folders in the Favourites’ pane on the left-hand side to open. Normally I double click or right-click & select ‘open’, but neither of these work; the folders are unresponsive. I thought it may be an issue with the mouse, but the double & right clicks work everywhere else.I’d be grateful for any suggestions!

After processing RAW data with Camera Raw from Bridge and exporting it to JPEG, I cannot restart Bridge after closing it. When I check the Task Manager, I see that it remains as a background task. If I end this task, I can start Bridge again. This issue doesn't always occur, but it seems to happen more often after handling a large amount of data or working for a long time. The versions of Bridge I am using are 2021, 2024, and 2025, and my OS is Windows 11. Does anyone know the cause and solution for this problem?

How do I enable single key labelling in Bridge? I do not see the “Use Ctrl/Cmd for Ratings and Labels" check box at the bottom of the Content panel. I do not have that option.

Hi, I’m trying to change the font size in Adobe Bridge, but I can’t find the option. Is there a way to adjust the UI or text size?

Over the years, my creative group has produced hundreds of custom digital illustrations. We are harvesting those images and trying to create a stock art resource for others in our vast organization to use. We use Adobe products (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) but I’ve never used Bridge. All of these assets have different file names. I’m trying to determine an appropriate file naming structure for a Stock art resource, i.e., create a catalog-style numbering system? descriptive terms in file name? Next, how do I keep track of what I rename each Stock asset file so I can trace it back to the original? So I am also seeking guidance on best practices for re-naming each file.

I know that I have done this in the past but I can’t remember how I did it. The AI answer says to right click the image and select ‘set as folder thumbnail’ but that option does not exist in Bridge 16.0.1.18.

When cropping images in Bridge’s camera raw, is there any option to have a grid overlay? That would be most useful when making a video sequence of shots of s subject that is moving a lot in the frame.

hi bridge has become totally unstable with a whole  series of problems the most common is the screen whiting out and  “adobe bridge not reponding “ warning coming up . This happens often  but other times it doesnt other issues are random slow loading of thumbnails with exactly the same settings/files also  after closing bridge its not actualy closed and still apears in Task Mangager in win 11 and can only be closed manualy that way -also sometimes Brige cant be opened at all and sysem has to be re booted also random  problems  with opening thumbnails into ACR and PS .I ve tried pretty much everything including using the Cleaner twice  no change apart form all that .my PC is working perfectly with out any issues  crashes etc  this is really doing my head in !!!!I have  win11 32 g ram a good gpu(enabled) and  an I 7 CPUalso please advise as to the quickest way to get help with a problem is this it or are there other ways ?thanks Antoni

This process would save me alot of time,  I know I used to use a similar script.  If not, if yall could send me in the direction of how to make my own at this point.

In Bridge, why is the “This PC” hierarchy duplicated?  The same condition appears in Bridge on my laptop as well.  See attachment. Thanks

Hello I'm using version 16.0.1.18I have a really annoying problem, when I open with camera raw a photo, it opens a windows that I can't move. Even if this windows isn't maximized, I can't move it to the second screen. This is really annoying because this second Bridge window blocks everything on the second screen. It prevents me from watching a video or searching help on other web sites because with each mouse click, the bridge window gets back in front.does anyone have the solution to my problem?Thank you for your helpValerie

My other apps are working just fine. I need this functionality back... I use finder to locate my folders then I just drag and drop onto the icon in the dock to open that folder. Don't make me change my ways!

My old laptop has Windows 10 and it can't be updated. Now Bridge won't allow me to edit raw files although it used to. Its error message says "camera raw requires GPU acceleration to edit photos." I suspect that I need to revert to an older version of Bridge. But if that's true, how do I know which version and how do I find it?My current laptop version is: 16.0.1.18 but on my desktop with Win 11 the Bridge version is 15.1.3.5 and that loves its raw file Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hi guys, we are working on a book (using InDesign) with historic images of theatre programmes, old posters and photos that have been provided in a soft copy by the client, and we have scanned, photographed and edited them to be placed in the book. Each chapter contains about 20 to 30 images, approximately and 10 chapters. The client has provided the captions included in a Word file, so I know where the image should be placed and include the caption below the image. Here is kind of the Word file layout I got, i.e.,Paragraph hereImage A (Medium size) _Caption "Description text here", Paragraph hereImage B (Large size)_Caption "Description text here",Paragraph hereImage C_(small size)_Caption "Description text here",Paragraph here So far, I have to copy and paste each caption below each image manually. In some cases, the description is too long to name the file with it. My first thought was to do it throughout data merge, but the placement of images changes over the book, dependi
