Bom dia, preciso de ajuda! (estou desesperado)Tenho uma Canon T6 e os requisitos para o Lr "visualizar" o raw é Plug-in Camera Raw 9.5.Já atualizei com o 10.4 até! Mas, mesmo atualizando no Lr quando abro as informações dele informa ACR 8.7.1.Lr não está visualizando as imagens da minha câmera, preciso disso pra trabalho.Ao importar aparece isso, e depois que consegui importar pelo próprio sistema da câmera, o Lr não visualiza a imagem.O que eu faço?O que pode estar acontecendo? 

hello y'allI converted RAF-files from my fuji x t20 camera to dngs with adobe dog converter. They look fine at a first glance but when I zoom into them they show an ugly moiree. Using 1920x1080 screen on Windows 10x64 and ACR 10.3.I  don't have any font/UI scaling issues except the one illustrated below.The Lens names are long and don't fit in the narrow dropdown.I cannot tell which lens profile is being selected.Would be great to either allow  widening the entire UI panel or find some other solution so the full lens name can be visible.E.g. New Tamron lenses have a model number at the end of the lens (G2 A025N), also if LCP is for lens with teleconverter the x2.0 is at the end of the lens name.Therefore the entire lens text string name must be visible in the UI.

I discovered today when I used DNG converter to ingest some recent images from my X-T2 that the converter was applying the Acros simulation to the raw files. Until a few days ago it was processing them normally. I happened to still have some old images on the card that I had already converted successfully (i.e. in color with no simulation) and sure enough, when I ran them through DNG again, the converter applied the simulation to them, too. I solved the problem by updating to 9.12, but I feel this is a very serious bug that Adobe should be made aware of - if I was in the habit of deleting my images off the cards immediately following conversion, I would have been screwed. Anyone know what might have happened?

Qualquer ferramenta selecionada no câmera raw, funciona como uma espécia de zoom, e não cumpre sua real função. Não consigo usar o pincel de ajuste, pois sempre aparece a mão dando zoom na imagem:

I have a Pentax KP camera & I have taken images in HDR. This camera takes 3 images & blends them in the camera to 1 image  but still produces a RAW file. I can see the image has HDR in the camera play back and if the image is viewed in Internet explorer. I export from Lightroom frequently and have never had this issue, but today I exported a bunch of files and then went to open them in PS. I only saw the XMP files, but not the CR2 files. I can't just open the XMP file. Anyone had this happen and know how to fix?I tried overwriting again in Lightroom but it didn't help.

Hi there!I currently have 7.0 and I tried to download 10.4 and it says it installed but when I open ACR from bridge it still says 7.0 so I tried to download the previous update before 10.4 but it still won't work.Any suggestions?

When will the Nikon Raw software recognize or list the lens profile for a Nikon D850 with a PC Nikkor 19mm f4 ED lens?

I just recently purchased a Canon 5d Mark iv and wanted to edit some pictures but Lightroom 4 (what i've been using)  will not allow me to preview the pictures to know which to try to import and edit. Is there a fix to this?

Adobe 2018CC Photoshop locks up and will not reopen after opening up a (regardless of file format) in Bridge/RAW converter.  Open a file in RAW converter, make adjustments, crop and click DONE.  The adjustments are not saved in their XMP file and now Photoshop is locked, non-responsive.I did find That I can open one or more in RAW converter, make adjustments and before opening or clicking DONE I SAVE AS (lower left corner od RAW converter screen) to a designated folder and to a specified file format It will save to those specs.  But not save to XMP and when complete Photoshop is frozen.  Must Ctrl/Alt/Delete and close photoshop.I uninstalled Creative Cloud completely, even going through folders deleting any Adobe files. In both Program folders and Common Files.  There were some folders in the  PROGRAM Files/COMMON FILES/ADOBE/ which would not delete (will nor delete due to open in an application) not applications were open at the time.  There were no

Level 10-4 of the Camera Raw plug-in installed on my Bridge/Photoshop CC 2018 programs.  When I load the RAW images from the Powershot G1X into my system, I have them converted to DNG files.  When I open the DNG file in Camera Raw, the image is extremely dark and has  deep green hue.  There is no problem with the DNG files from my Canon 5D.  I reinstalled Camera Raw level 9-12-1 and there is no problem.  Something changed in the profile for the G1X.  I have tried all the various options in Camera Raw 10-4 but no change. Out of curiosity, I opened a G1X image in 104, did the auto options and closed it to see what it looked like in Bridge.  The image back in Bridge looked "normal" - i.e. not dark and no green hue.  It appears that the problem is in the image display in Camera Raw. 

Hi when I drop in a raw file I get this message appearCould not place the document ‘_93A0217.CR2’ because the file appears to be from a camera model which is not supported by the installed version of Camera Raw.Please visit the Camera Raw help documentation for additional information.not sure how to resolve any help would be greatly apreciated

I just bought a new Nikon camera (D850) and the raw files it produces aren't readable on my PC or with Photo Elements 14How can I get PE 14 to read the files?

I just updated Camera RAW and it is killing my machine. I am trying to load multiple CR2 files for editing ( only four this time ) and only the first thumbnail loads in the filmstrip, never loads in the main window, and CPU usage spikes to near full capacity and never completes the task. If I load one CR2 file it works fine. Two kills it. Prior to this update it was not out of the ordinary to load 50 files with zero issues.This needs to be fixed or the previous version made available.

A little whilw ago my Camery opens like the way as it is in the picture below.  Someone has a solution?I have removed Lightroom and Photoshop allready, installed it afgain but it didn't work out.Thanks in Advance!

I downloaded Adobe DNG Converter 10.4. Upon double clicking the app's icon to open it all the open Finder windows disappear and then reappear. The app does not launch. Running 10.13.4

I just bought a Fujifilm X-E3 camera.  I have Photoshop CS5.  I can't import the RAF files.  I read the help forums and have updated my RAW to version 6.7.  I need version 10, but Adobe won't provide that update.  So I downloaded the DNG converted as suggested by Adobe and the help forums.  The application will not recognize the RAF files within the folder (I moved them to their own folder separate from the jpg files that the camera salesman wisely suggested I use in addition to RAW files).  Now what. Adobe, tell me what to do so that my head will not explode.  Thank you.

Hello there,I bought these Camera Raw presets, which came in a .zxp file. To install I need to unpack the file and then copy the xmp-files into the right folder. That will be no problem. But I am having problems unpacking the .zxp file. I tried with the suggested Anastasiy's Extension Manager which gives an error. Then I tried ZXPinstaller, which says it's invalid. Does anyone have an idea what I can do?Thank you.Elizabeth

I have some profiles for my IR converted camera that I made a few years ago and after reinstalling windows I am trying to get them back into camera raw and since the software has been updated I can't seem to find a way to get them back in. They are in DCP format can I still use them or do I have to go through a new process to set up new ones? I really like the ones I have and would like to keep them.

Since I have been using photoshop CC all of my files that I have imported into camera raw have all been at a random order , mixed with no apparent reason ,  not in the order that I took them, no problem with  the same images in light room, and in Explorer there is no issue. any ideas whats going on? never had this problem in CS6

I have VSCO presets already installed in ACR. I accidentally deleted a group of them in ACR and I want to reinstall/reimport them, (I still have the preset files, currently on my desktop). I can't figure out how to install them though. I know this should be simple but I've been trying for a while and can't seem to figure it out. Anybody have a solution?

I would like to uninstall Adobe Camera Raw 10.4 (on Mac OS X El Capitan 10.11.6). How do I proceed ?

Hi all, thank you in advance for giving this a look.I'm currently trying to find out a new RAW workflow through Adobe After Effects. I'm shooting a Sony FS700 with an Odyssey 7q+, and my files are Cinema DNG at 4K DCI.I know how to import a sequence by selecting the first frame from the batch and importing it through After Effects. It brings in the entire sequence as one video after allowing me to edit the first frame in the camera raw dialogue. The edits I apply to the first frame are then copied over to every other frame in the sequence that is brought in.To get around this, I read somewhere that I could reveal the sequence in Adobe Bridge. I did so and I thought it was great, I was able to edit different frames with the camera raw system. This would come in handy in a changing environment. However when I'm done with the edits and hit the boomerang "Return to After Effects," it seemingly does nothing. Unsure that this was the process I was supposed to take, I tried reloading the foot
