I checked the audio wizard, downloaded my Power Point , went through the slides with the recording light on, stopped recording, and after the meeting, only the title shows up with the URL .  Nothing is there.

I work for the technical support team at a university and am having issues getting Adobe Connect to work on roaming profiles. When using a roaming profile, the add-in does not work properly. After attempting to open a Connect session, a "Loading Adobe Connect..." window will pop up, but it never finishes loading and the window stays open until manually closed. The sessions will open on the browser, but if I attempt to share the screen a new "Loading Adobe Connect..." window will pop up in addition to the original one and also never close on its own. The add-in can be found in the appdata folder, but trying to open it through there also just opens up the loading window and keeps it open indefinitely.The only solution I have found so far for this is to temporarily redirect appdata during the user's session, but I am looking for a better solution to this issue.

I want to cancel my subscription later this evening. When I go to admin/service plan all I get is a blank screen - help!

Is there a way to record multiple, simultaneous sessions through one webinar meeting room? I know breakout rooms can't be recorded, but is there another way to have users join a main webinar room, select a sub-room/session they're interested in, and then join that sub-session? We want to have four sessions happening at once and allow users to choose which they want to participate in. We'd also like to record the sessions. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I need to download Adobe Connect to take an online class. However, it doesn't load--I just get a popup that says "Loading Adobe Connect". I have a MacBook Pro, running Maverick (OS X 10.9.2). The browser I was using is Firefox.

How do you email poll results?

on adobe connect, when i close the icon after a call, it doesn;t seem to log me out and people can still hear me and I can hear them yet I have closed the program. any ideas how to fix?Message was edited by: ashish gupta. to add a more meaningful title

how to disable and allow the group to enter without the host granting their entrance?

I have set up a few new events, but when I go to edit  information (to change time, add banners etc) it won't save my updates on SOME of them. Some I can edit without problems, but the remainder will not update after I click 'Save' - the information just reverts to the original.Also, when I attempt to duplicate an event I am taken to a screen after clicking 'Save' that says 'Request not processed, contact Support'. I suspect this is a bug as I have been able to perform these functions in the past without any problems.Any advice greatly appreciated

I have an account set up with PGi. I checked and double checked to make sure I set it up properly, even got a guy on their end to walk me through it just to be completely sure. Yet, I'm unable to get Universal Voice to function properly. Under Audio Conference Settings, I'm not able to select both Phones and Computer for users to call in through. Rather than checkboxes, it gives me a pair of radial buttons - I can only select one or the other.Is there some hidden setting in the back end that I'm supposed to check?

I just upgraded to Mavericks the other day, huge mistake. I opened a Connect session to share my screen with a student. I used Safari and got the security block to which I applied the recommended settings but still no joy. Now I can log into my meetings and do anything accept share my screen. When I attempt to share my screen I get a warning that the Adobe Connect quit unexepectedly. I have tried unistalling and reinstalling the Flash Player and I have looked for the Adobe Connect addin app but I cannot find it to remove or replace it. Our online class/ school for graphic design uses Adobe connect Everything connection wise is green. When showing screen and trying to teach about adobe photoshop or illustrator. everything is lagged or delayed. Don't see what selections are etc.. whats the deal?

As a participant in an Adobe Connect Meeting, I could see the other participants and the originator but they couldn't see me even though I had passed Test Meeting connection page. What is wrong?

I have international participants who sometimes can't hear via computer microphones and need to call in using a telephone line.  Unfortunately, Adobe connect does not provide that service unless it is a toll-free number which is very costly for hours of training.  Has someone used a regular telephone line like freeconference that offers free international access numbers?  How did it work?  My concern is that because it is not integrated with Adobeconnect that those participants will not get to participate in break0ut sessions etc.  I don't understand why Adobe can't make that feature available as almost every other webinar that I have tried and I have tried a lot and use others that do provide this feature.  I believe Adobe just doesn't realize how important this feature is if they are going to compete.  This is a major deal for me. Am I the only one that has this issue?

Do I need to explicitly name the .mp3 file in the URL?In the XML file that comes with the extension the URL contains a direct link to the .mp3 file.<songs>      <song url="http://my.adobe.acrobat.com/gloss/output/gloss.mp3" track="Gloss Finish" artist="" /></songs>In my case, however, I wanted to take advantage of the shared content folder offered by the online adobe backend. The I uploaded my song to the shared content folder, and adobe connect auto-generated a URL for the file that does not contain the file name or the file extension.  I tried it in the MP3 Player XML file and I can see the track title, but the URL is not working. <songs>          <song url="https://changeyourenergy.adobeconnect.com/p5pzke7k091/" track="BackgroundMusic-PastelSmiles" artist="" /></songs>Do I really need to serve this file separately?

I've attempted to share the .swf file in Adobe Connect 9, but I'm having difficulty getting it to play.It maybe that I just do not know how to install the extension. Help is appreciated.

The feature of changing the audio volume as a participant in an Adobe Connect meeting seems to have gone away in version 9.It is missing on both audio and video files, and I am currently losing paying customers because the volume is either too low or too high.How do I give my users audio volume control again?

I can successfully log in, but when I select my classroom as a host the classroom opens but when I try to do anything at all I have a total system lock up/hang up. I then have to manually shut down and start again. This happens all the time in both Chrome and Firefox. I use Flashplayer 12.0.0.77, add-in version 11.9.959.0 and the mostup to date plug in. I deinstalled and reinstalled everthing this morning. Same problem. I tried IE but it wants me to install things that are already installed, but that is another story. I am on Windows 7 and everything is up to date. Did a virus and malware check - nothing popped up.It started a week ago.

Is that even possible on Adobe connect training? If not, is there another way to add administrators to a class otehr than the person whose account is used to design a training program?

Are there user limits to the meetings. I have never seen this message appear but recently when hosting a meeting participants have been blocked from the room and get a message about user limits being reached.
