I have developed many Presemter modules over the years and I am now having issues with accessing the HTML5 version of published Adobe Presenter files?
I closed the microphone when meeting host allowed us to use our microphones.And in 2nd hour of my class when the host decide the open our microphones again, my closed microphone started without my permission.And I didn't know that and I was speaking.So I have problems with my teacher(meeting host) and my friends now.That's a bug and I want to report it.
Hi all,Since Jan 12th we are unable to enter any of our meeting rooms using the link and Internet Explorer - this includes any rooms that do not currently have any content. Access using Chrome and App ok.Image attached of Icon displayed - looks like Flash content is blocking, but there is no content in some cases. Does this mean that IE cannot be used anymore to access any meeting rooms?Thanks in anticipation
On classic view, I have a PPT on loop that I use in the lobby. I want to move to standard view, as it has a much more modern look 🙂As I was trying the same PPT, now it does not loop, even if I press play. This PPT was uploaded to content, downloaded as zip and changed in the file to have it looping (previous workaround for looping on adobe with flash player). Is it a limitation of the HTML/standard view?
I'm wondering if anybody has a solution to when the meeting title obscures the tool bar for participants. It's an issue when participants join in Standard/Web. Thank you.
Since last week (I suppose since the last small update) I cannot login to Connect rooms anymore. The desktop app tries to login (as a guest) then the window closes and opens infinitely. It seems it tries to enter the room but then immediately goes back to the login window. Rebooting and reinstalling several times changed nothing. Before that I never had any issues. Any ideas?
Does anyone know if there is a way to make the adobe connect meeting room blink or fllash when sopmeone types a message in a chat room. We utilize the connect room as a communication tool more than a meeting room. When the room is minimized in the system tray, I am wondering if there is a way to make it flas/blink, the 3 or 5 second pop up is easily missed.
I'm trying to use "Screen Sharing" in Adobe Connect (instead of sharing a document) in order to share PPT's ability to use automatic captioning. (it works). However, when I come to a video, which is embedded in PowerPoint, the sound isn't shared. Is this a bug... should I be able to share my computer audio? Or is this a limitation, where audio files can't be shared using "screen share". it's not a huge deal, but I would like to be able to share my screen to show YouTube videos as well.
How can I change the input device when I'm using adobe connect android?my cellphone's mic is very bad and adobe connect switches to It's original mic when I'm using my microphone, even though I'm using the headphone
I was having the same problem as discussed here https://community.adobe.com/t5/connect/presenter-11-1-imported-video-plays-in-preview-but-not-in-publishing/m-p/11713076?page=1I can no longer publish my presenations which contain videos that I inserted using Presenter. I also found the 'work around' after hours and hours of troubleshooting on my own and with Adobe support- BUT there's one problem I've found. When created this way the vidoes don't start automatically as the user clicks through the presenation. There's no clear signal that there is a video on the slide and they need to hit play. My concern is people are in a hurry, they'll just click past it without realizing there was a video. This will make my presenations pretty useless for training as the meat of the content is contained in video. Short of having to put a slide before each video that says 'the next slide contains video, please hit play to watch it" I'm looking for any way to autoplay
I have a client who has several accounts in Adobe Connect but one account in particular has had multiple issues with the Adobe Connect VoiP line randonly disconncting and trying to reconnect itself. It has impacted multiple meeting at various times and it seems localized to Cluster NA13. No other User has had this issues except the one on NA13. Is there something that can be done or something that could be causing this issue.
The reseller doesn't think this is possible. As the license holder, I can run two virtual classrooms simultaneously but I have to be in the rooms at all times in order for my hosts to not be demoted to participants. This is true no matter how I have set up the room and how I have designated the meeting hosts. I don't see how it is not possible to correct the license--we are willing to pay. We just need hosts to be able to view and rehearse our trainings before the actual events take place.
Hi.I hope somebody can help me. Adobe Connect is installed on my Windows 10 Home pc. I had a virtual class on the 13th of January. I could connect to the virtual class but the problem is that the teacher could see me but in the window where you see all the participnats, I could see all of them but on the frame where my name is displyaed I could my name but not my image. I tested my equipment and everything was fine. Can you please help. Do I have to change some settings. I have a Logitech C920 webcam. Please help. Thanks
Hello, I am trying to udpate my AdobeConnet from https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/connect-downloads-updates.html but i keep getting the same error. I attached the error message. "no mountable file systems" in English. Do you have suggestions?
Adobe Presenter 11.1.5 Build 68 not working after Jan 12, 2021. After Adobe blocked all Flash contents on Jan 12, 2021, many functions in Adobe Presenter failed to load. For some reason, Presenter treats imported videos as Flash and blocked them with a flash icon display and link to the end of life page. The Themes are also inaccessible. I contacted support at Adobe on Jan 12. The tech could not figure it out and wanted to email me back. I am still waiting for a response.
Hello,I work with professional training and sometimes I need to share audio that is in a specific platform that does not allow download of any sort, which means I cannot transform it to mp3 for upload. It is not Youtube or any other online platform of the sort. It's specific software that for security reasons does not allow downloads.All other tools available, teams, zoom, googlemeet, etc have the option of sharing computer audio.To when can we expect to have this possibility in Adobe Connect?
In the same URL on the Breakout Layout. When I make two Breakout rooms or fifteen Breakout rooms - two to five people can hear people from other rooms Breakout rooms that they are not in. No one is on flash player. Everyone in room is on the newest app of Adobe Connect. We do not include any audio conference. Everyone is wearing a headset.
Hello, I’m a student who uses this platform for his/her lectures regularly. Being able to watch recorded lectures is great, however in most cases they’re too long which makes watching them dreadful. Would you please add the option to speed up videos at least up to x1.5? Thank you!
Hi all, my polls pod is currently stuck at the top of the presenter area; I cannot see the title bar for the polls pod as it is stuck behind the "Host & Presenter Area" text bar. I can resize the pod but it's not allowing me to move the pod back to the middle/bottom of the screen. I've also tried closing and reopening the pod, but it reopens at the same spot. How can I move it away from the top? Thank you!
Standard view no longer allows slides imported as power point or as adobe presenter files to be advanced with either the left right arrow keys or with a slide remote. The issue can be resolved by switching back to classic view, however, that option will no longer be available once the mandated transition to standard view is complete in the summer of 2021. Please restore this basic function to the share pod.
Uploading the files I need in my meeting one by one is so time-consuming. Is there a way to upload multiple files or a whole folder at a time?

I can join a class but there is only sound but no video. Only white screen appears. Any suggestion to fix it?
Hello, We have a Adobe Connect 9.6 installation on our firm's servers . Adobe, as you know, will no longer support the flash player. Now we can not connect to adobe connet admin panel via browsers . Are there any desktop application to connect admin panel , to create meetings, create attendees and get the reports etc.thanks
