Hello - I am having issues with people randomly been booted out of breakout rooms. Are the basic network requirements to ensure stability or what could be causing this?

Hello, I teach at a school where we've been using Adobe Connect while we've been teaching virtually during Covid19. We recently had issues with people (presumably other students) attempt to enter meeting rooms they're not part of to post infamatory comments. Is there a way to track the email addresses of users who enter rooms to idenitify who these people may be? Thank you for any help you can provide!
Hi,everytime we (3 Persons with nearly the same computers) try to share a screen with a resolution > 1920x1080 the program crashes.If we set the resolution to 1920x1080 it doesn´t crash.What can we do so we are able to use the whole screen of our Microsoft Surface Pros (v2019)? So Recently had the update to Adobe Connect 11 and now having real difficulty opening recordings of meetings. So I have tried my own account , the admin account and the meeting host Account - and at various times I am able to access them but mostly they dont load just hanging on the preparing room screen or getting the error message - "Could not connect to server - relaucnh room" Most of our Staff use Macs and I know the update is mostly for windows but any ideas whats' going on?
unfortunatly I cant download recorded meetings or pdf or something else the error message is You do not have permission to access this item. But I can easily join meetings. How can I solve this problem? 😞
Neither the new 4.2 closed captioning pod nor the old closed captioning pod is working in 11.0. Both share pods state that they are not compatible within the meeting room. Switching back to classic view does the trick, but it would be great if I could use the features of 11.0 for our future webinars. I'm running the meeting in the app, not the browser.
Hi,As you know, There are 2 ways to enter a meeting in Adobe Connect.: HTML Client, and application.My university is currently using Connect to manage classrooms; But a while ago they disabled the HTML Client for all participants, for (as they say) increasing service capacity.But there's a problem; Connect for Android application is not accessible for the blind, and there are over 100 people with visual impairment in our university.Here's the question; is there any way to enable HTML Client for some of the users while It's disabled for other accounts?In other words, can an admin set some exceptions to override settings that have disabled HTML Client for the rooms?

Since the last update and starting sessions in html without flash my participants are finding that they are loosing their connection and dont have features such as selecting microphone (I have enabled that feature) also they can't select a speaker and have to use phone app and web browser on pc to participate. The wo are probably unconnected problems but it is coinciding with not using flash. Any similar recent issues and solutions? Thanks
Adobe Connect does NOT workThis website does not work either. I have to take a couse using Adobe Connect. It will not install, will not work, and there is NO HELP!!
This issue has been persisting since Monday. I have been running some online seminars since the 14th September and have not had this issue once.Since Monday 28th September I have had presenters, delegates and myself as the host face this issue.Having checked the reports on one of the seminars, I can see that the presenter has a 'Time In' but no time out. Every subsequent attempt to join results in this 'Another connection with this ticket is already in progress' message. They still seem to be hanging in the room taking up an attendee space while not actually being connected. Can anyone advise on whats causing this issue or a fix.Thanks
Our Adobe Connect program consistently sends the following [error] message whenever more than one person/user attempts to logon or join a meeting or session – we need to know how to correct this immediately, please: “user limit for this account has been exceeded” If we have an outdated program(?) or limited account(?), et al, please inform. Thank you.
Using latest Adobe Connect APP on Win 10. 40 people in training room. As one of the hosts, I select one person and take them to breakout room by selecting juts them and myself. Everyone else stays in main classroom with another host teaching. As soon as I turn on breakout room and leave with one person and then unmute my mike, many of the main classroom loose audio and their screens say they are also in breakout room. I close move us back to main classrom and turn off break rooms and all good again. Simply cannot use breakout rooms with this bug.
Has something changed with the logout API? I used http://mycompanyname.adobeconnect.com/api/xml?action=logout to logout users. That worked fine. Today I saw that it stopped working. Has this something to do with the update to v10?

How do you automatically uncheck participants once they are moved to a breakout room? The problem is that if you don't uncheck them, then when you move other people to another breakout room, they go with them.
