In any of the Connect products, can participants share video with presenter only i.e. presenter can see video from others, if they turn video on - but so that others in the meeting/webinar/classroom can't see this shared video - their screen shows the presenter camera only?
hi, i am having trouble with the SVG viewer, i have some software that only runs on internet explorer, when i try to open it i get asked to download the viewer, which i do, after install the same question comes up, so i uninstall & then reinstall, same message, can anyone help? i am hoping someone can shed some light , all answers greatly appreciated. regards hotcod
Can I check my existing recorded video in Adobe Connect without a license?Or is it only possible to check if you buy a license?
hello everyone i am a beginner who created this account a few minitues ago i want to start a meeting but i do not know how to create a url link to connect with participants.
I run live events and we record them using an iPad. The quality on the iPad screen is good, but as soon as we connect this to Adobe Connect it looked pixelated and fuzzy. Is there any way to improve the quality?
We are an online school and a teacher (meeting host) is taking a long holiday so I wanted to replace him with another host. When I removed him from the meeting hosts list I was given the choice "delete" or "delete and de-identify" (Delete being to permanently remove him it stated). So I chose the second option. Since when I can no longer see any trace of him or his lesson materials or lesson recordings.Can he be reinstated as a user and recover all his materials, recordings etc for when he returns? Terence
Hi, everyone.I have some questions about Adobe Connect. When it comes to purchasing Adobe Connect,When hosting a meeting from Adobe Connect does all the participants of the meeting require to purchase the license of their own or will the license for the host cover for them all? Also, when playing back the recorded meeting do I still need to license the software or will it be fine with the trial version as long as it is used for playing back the old recordings? I look forward to your prompt reply.
I'm using Connect to view video lectures. Does anyone know if it is possible to rewind a recorded lecture using the keyboard (maybe by 5 seconds or so)? Its a real nuisance to have to use the video slider as this is very inaccurate and usuallly results in me rewinding 30 seconds or so and then having to wait until it plays on to the part I need.
I set up a trial account for Adobe Connect, created a meeting and wanted to invite colleagues to the meeting to test the software. But if I send them the link and they try to login to the meeting room, it says "user limit exceeded". The same goes for when I try to add them in the "users and groups" interface. I get an error saying the same. Can anyone help please?
"Audio recording on provider bridge failed"Has anyone encountered this error message before? I've recorded meetings before without issue on the same audio profile. I don't know what is different with these new meetings

yesterday record one seminar in my adobe server. but i don't show slides (white all slides) in recorded meeting. how can we fixed?i was try another record after seminar for testing. recorded show all slides without any problem. this issues from pause/run recording with same time scene change (starting adobe presenter) in room. scene changed and recorded starting, all Participants showing slides but not recorded slides on backround 😞 200 slides no show. not fixed this methods:offline flv or mp4 exportlittle edit offine record,Jaydeep record fixer
New to AC, so forgive me if this is simple. I'd like to enable private chat so that my participants can chat directly with me. I don't mind if they can chat with each other, so long as I'd be able to view that log somewhere or export those chats. I know I can email my chat history, but that just seems to email the public chat. Are the private chats between participants logged and accessible anywhere during or after the session?
Hi allI've been communicating with adobe support for a bit, but would love other suggestions. I am using adobe connect to record audio only of in-person therapy sessions for an internship (school and site supervisors need to be able to hear playback). I did this last semester with no problem, but suddenly the audio is horrible quality - breaking in and out, and 99% inaudible. I don't think it's a microphone issue because I have tried with 2 different laptops and an ipad & have also tested the audio on each. Support is trying to recover the lastest recording and asked me to try to url adding /?proto=true but that made no difference. He also said there were some bugs that would be fixed on the next release. My question is what can I try on future recordings before bug fixes happen? I'll be attempting to record a few more times this week - any suggestions helpful. (external mic not a great option because I'm not set up in an office & I don't think is a mic problem) Thanks!
Hi,i am the attendee of a service that offers a few rooms via Adobe-Connect.In all AC-rooms, except one, the audio-quality of my few co-attendees and myself is normal.However, in that specific one room, the quality of a few attendees drops pretty much rock-bottom. For example: The audio of one participant has constant packet-loss (so her voice-activation constantly switches to on->off->on->off), and three other ppl have massive background-noises. My first thought was that the host of the room has some connection issues.But s/he claims to have no connection-issues whatsoever. So might this be a coincidence, or how can it be, that 4x ppl have no vc-problems in the other rooms of the server, and specifically this one room sends the vc-audio of some ppl to the abyss? Could you offer me solutions to fix the problem on my side? Thanks a bunchcheers(´・w・`)

When our users connect to the Adobe Connect room via the link, we ask that they have the meeting dial out to them so we can use the breakout rooms. The company has recently started using Microsoft Teams for our phone. When having the meeting dial out, the users are getting more than one call back, echoing and not being able to connect. We cannot use VoIP since we use breakout rooms. Anyone else have this issue? thanksDonna
Is it me or Chrome or I.E? But I am unable to view my edited recording in Adobe Connect. Each time I've tried I get "Preparing to load" message on Adobe's page and nothing comes up. Any help is appreciated!

If we cancel the account, what happens to the recordings of the classes stored on their servers? I have the same problem every year. I get auto payment of my connect account but after the renewal I can not log into the account as it says my account has expired. I have to then go and use the help desk and get it activated. Well again this year it has happened and 3 times I have been on the online chat help and no one can fix it. They all tell me that it has be esculated and will get a responce in 24 hours. Well guess what been a week now and still can't log in. They are more then happy to take my money but not give me the service I have paid for. Maybe someone here can get this fixed
I have installed the Adobe Connect client onto my Windows 10 Dell Inspiron 7773 laptop 10 minutes ago. It opens and appears to connect to the room, but as soon as I click screen sharing or attempt to activate my webcam, the application disappears off of the screen without any messages or indication as to why. What could be the cause of this? I'm trying to give a presentation which is now not going to happen. Kind regardsMike Howell
Good Morning,Since 11/15/2019 we have problems with the recordings of the classes in HTML since many of them do not load correctly. It doesn’t show the Power Points or the are slow and cut.We were advised from Adobe to disable HTML in meetings but it is a technology that has to be implemented sooner rather than later and above all we have students with mobile devices (iOS) that require the recordings to be in HTML to be able to see the recorded meetings.Do we have any kind of solution? From Adobe Support they have only indicated us that they have passed it to Engineering without giving us more data about a possible solution. Thanks.
