Hi,I have recently installed Adobe Connect on to one of our staff laptops. I work for a school and we have very strict permissions in effect to prevent staff installing unautorised software, so C drive is restricted. Running the application as an administrator is fine and a local (non-admin) account also works fine. When I try to run the application through a staff network account, I receive an error that says "File not found" (see attached screenshot). I believe this is down to the application trying to access a location that the account doesn't have permissions to.Other than the installation directory within AppData, which the account has full access to, does anyone know if there is another location that the application read/writes to.Thanks in advance.

I have random emails not converting using the Adobe plugin - Convert to Adobe PDF.  Save to PDF and Print to PDF works fine.  The format of the PDF created by the Convert to Adobe PDF from the plugin is the preferred look for what we do.  Has anyone experienced this problem and is there a fix? Thank you.  

I really need to allow participants to see the "Individual Engagement" red/yellow/green dots. NOT just the hosts. Please tell me there is a way I can make it so participants can see this. Just seeing it will boost their engagement.

Recently my Adobe Connect subscription auto renewal stopped working. I have connected Adobe who says that there is no account linked to my Adobe Connect Meeting room subscription. I have been sucessfully billed, and automatically paid the subscription fee, for the past 3 years. Why has this auto renewal stopped working?

We use Adobe Connect for market research interviews. The interview subject logs in as a guest participant. Also, we have always asked the staff of our clients who want to view the interview to log in as a guest participant and then our host promotes them to "presenter" so they can see the Host & Presenter area. It seems that after the most recent update when the host promotes someone from participant to presenter, the Host & Presenter area no longer appears automatically. The presenter must change to full screen or click on Force Presenter View in order to see it. This is an extra step we do not want to coach our mostly one-time client viewers, especially as this was never a problem before.

Hi, How can an application with such a large audience not have a simple speed-up while watching videos? I am working on a project trying to understand the behavior of Software Session timeout. Does a session (when a user is logged in) get cleared for being inactive/deactivated for a user?

Hi, during a session I hosted the attendee's audio and video weren't automatically set up. I had to manually enable one at a time for each attendee - which was a pain. Any way I can avoid this?

I am the administrator of our Adobe Connect account. I am trying to 'upload content' to an existing file and have done this successfully many times before. Now when I click on 'Upload Content' I get the error message, "You do not have permission to access this item." I am the  only administrator for our account and I know I did not change my permissions. I hace checked the permissions on the parent folder and the administrator account has 'manage' permissions. How can I fix this?  Many thanks for any assistance! 

Since we are having to many sync problems with the recordings, we are thinking we can make podcasts from the recordings and post them on our website. Has anyone had any experience with this?

I've been using Connect as a Virtual Trainer for the federal government for several years. This problem has been persistant. When using Apple QuickTime Player to edit multiple MP4 videos into one, multi-segment video, the uploaded video will always "freeze and lockup" at the first edit point during replay. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks-

Greetings stalwarts. Like with Captivate, it seems like they stuck the Connect community in the back of the store, where the light is broken or buzzes and flashes intermittently. I can't find a course on Adobe Connect on LinkedInLearning.com. When I log into the new backend I am unable to see any of the NOAA rooms. I can see 1 room that I created over a year ago to run tests but none of the rooms that we actually use for production.  I am unable to see a list of all the events past and future.It took me some time but I was able to finally access  a recording that I needed. I recently installed an on premise instance of Adobe Connect Server on my Server 2019 stacks. After deployment I found that clients are unable to access meetings via the APP or URL. The partial solution i have at the moment is inputting the IP address and domain name associated with the connect server within individual client devices host files. I am wondering is there is something that I can do to enable clients to reach meetings without having to touch their host files? Troubleshooting measures I've done:•Ping test: clients on network able to ping Adobe Server•NSLOOKUP: Adobe Server Name resolved •Verified Domain Controller has DNS A record for Adobe Connect Server 

I've been having a lot of issues with Zoom's audio/visual sharing feature, it is too laggy and choppy for what I am trying to do at work. Because of this I am looking for other virtual meeting options and was wondering what the stats are for sharing audio and video.

For several years, I have received periodic e-mails announcing upcoming Adobe Connect Scheduled Maintenance, although, to my knowledge, I have never been nor am I now an Adobe Connect user.  There doesn't seem to be any way to have my e-mail address removed from Adobe's list, since doing so requires logging in, at which time I'm told, "Sorry, you're not an Adobe Connect user!" Any ideas about how to reach a living being who can just get me out of Adobe's mailing list? Thanks.
