I know I have to install add-in to share my screen. Will all the participants have to install it to VIEW my screen being shared? Thanks.
Hi there,My boss ask me to learn how to use adobe connect, so that we can present some training for all of our clients, however, we do not use that frequently.I met some problem, could you please give me some help.1. Where I can download adobe connect, i have to install it on my computer and then start to learn it how to use. I searched a lot, but i only can find the "add in".2. Usually, we will have more than 50 clients to join into our training, does the adobe connect can cover it?3. This is not for free, could you please let me know the price?4. I found some instructions mentions "URL", when we set up a meeting, could could we get the URL. Could you please give me some advice?Thanks & regardsAngela
We log in to out APAN accounts and go to our group room. https://community.apan.org/wg/cmd/ From here we click on an icon the leads us to our APAN common operating room... it goes to Adobe Connect hhtps://connect.apan.org/r3hhd38kx/?launcher=false and times out. We have re-launched and refreshed our browsers many times. How do we fix this?
Is there a Connect 9.6 Migration Installation and Configuration guide?I feel like I am going in circles around the Adobe site for the 9.6 help there, but nothing goes in to if I can update directly from 9.5.3 or if I need to do all the patches and then do 9.6.Thanks!Nancy
I try login to adobe connect with aws.amazon.com and I cant say username invalid I have reset password but I don't remember username.On adobe website adobe connect I have login I have add username any suggestion pleaseThanks
Hi,The Adobe Connect Add-in was installed but when going back to the page/video to watch it asks either to download again or it shows Launch Application. If another application needs to be picked do you pick the default web browser here?The full message says:The recording must be open in the Adobe Connect Add-inIf you already have the Add-in and are still having problems, Try AgainIt also had the pop up for Launch Application

Choronology of eventsI copied the url https://vup.adobeconnect.com/hrm724group2/ and pasted it in my Firefox browser 52.0 (32-bit).The login window opened. I put in the login credentials, clicked enter. A window appeared with message Loading Adobe connect.The window kept on like this for 15 minutes with no further result.I ran the trouble shooting diagnostics of Adobe connect which told me that all was ok i.e.My version of flash player is supportedAdobe connect connection test shows connected.Connection speed is DSL/Cable speed.Adobe connect Add-in installed.7. I restarted my computer and tried the whole process again with the same result.What may be the problem?
After 10 weeks of having 20 students successfully view offline FLV recordings within their browsers. Several students (and myself), are finding that files are no longer playing in chrome, firefox or explorer. We have updated the flash player, found "fixes" by managing add-ons, but nothing has worked. The only thing that works is downloading an adobe media player, but this is an extra step that we do not wish to promote moving forward.Was there a problem with the most recent update to windows that has caused a problem for "players"? Is there anything else that can be done to fix this problem so that offline flv content from adobe connect will go back to easily playing within a browser?

Hello, I am trying to create a course that includes no questions but I want to confirm that participants viewed all slides. I cannot simply check slide views because there are hidden slides. I will be creating different courses with different amount of slides and hidden slides. I would like to have final slide possibly where users can click a button just to confirm that they have viewed course. This needs to be reported to LMS as completed. I read somewhere that a quiz can be created with no questions. This would allow user to complete or attempt quiz without answering any questions?
HiDuring an Adobe Connect with Event Manager event today I received 5 emails of individuals unable to join the event.The were replying to the event reminder message, they appeared to be registered for the event as they received the appropriate event reminder messages.As they attempted to join the event, they receive an error stating they are not registered for the event (this from clicking on the join the event link from the reminder message)One mentioned this has occurred to him previously and it's frustrating.What can I do to prevent or eliminate this problem of registered users unable to join an event?thanks,Fred
Hello All,I am having an issue where we install adobe connect 9 on a users laptop so they can watch presentations/training vids and it works for one use and then when they go to use it the next week or month it doesn't work and doesn't appear in the program files list and when i go to reinstall it doesn't work again.Kind RegardsWSH IT
Hello everyone,I would like to enable Connect learning to branch from one of my courses to three other courses at random. Is that possible? So, I have one course, and once the learner finishes it, I want to connect to another one of the three courses at random.Does that make sense?
I'm new to Connect and a client of ours has tasked me with editing one of their Connect sessions (removing some content, replacing others) - the MP4 file that I got from the production company runs at about 20.3fps, and ultimately I'd like to have the original at 25fps - does Connect record a local version that you can take off disk or do you only get what was output on the webcast ?
Hi,I am due to attend a web interview at 12 noon (GMT) and need urgent help in ensuring that my camera is working. At previous attempts to conduct this interview I was able to connect with the host via adobe connect ok however camera icon did not appear. The host reassured me that all access was granted at his end however something was preventing my app from accessing the camera. I am using an iPhone 6 and the camera is fully functioning. Please can somone help and advise how I go about changing the settings on my phone to allow connect to access my camera.
