Hi, I tried to open a trial account but when I submit the form the next page return a 404 or 403 error. how can I solve this? by the way I from Colombia.
I will require to use the APIs list-generated-recordings and get-recording-job but these are showing blank result and showing on API description page "The service and hence the API is no longer available."But In my project, I will require to incorporate these features to provide recording URL and list of recordings.Please suggest the alternative way or APIs for the same.Thanks!
What is the difference between events and meetings in Adobe Connect?
Is Adobe Connect "Add-In" free? I want to attend a webinar for which the host is using the software and requires that I download the Add-In. I don't have enough business need to pay for the software. I don't have admin rights for downloads, so I'd like to know if it's free or not before I bother with my IT department.Thanks
Hi,I have a template set up for use in my virtual classrooms.I now am looking to set up and schedule two separate virtual classrooms for two clients within a few days of one another.Can I use the same virtual classroom template for these two events? Or will this create problems - as registration etc will be open for both events at the same time?Thanks,Dave
Hello, I've been trying for nearly 2 hours to figure but how to send links to a recording. This shouldn't be hard and should certainly be easy to figure out how to do... But I've clicked on just about every option and sequence of clicks I can and have gotten absolutely nowhere. My assistant that normally handles this quit without notice and I have people waiting to watch meetings & recordings. I was informed that every person needs to be assigned individual log ins and passwords to view the links but see nothing about this anywhere. UGHHHH If anyone can help me with a step by step or a link to an actual page that shows how I would be grateful.
I am using Adobe Connect to access an online class.We have a student portal which we log into which takes us straight to Adobe Connect app pageoptions areOpen in app (already have app)or download appfor the the last few days I have not been able to login directly from my student portal using my mobile phone.However I have used my iPad and it logs me in fine.I had been using my phone for 2 weeks prior to this with no issues.Has this happened to anyone else before i.e. They can access from one device but not another?Any idea how to rectify.Your advise would be greatly appreciated as I have tried everything I could think of!!!
We switched to doing all of our conferences through Adobe Connect's audio/voice with the microphones. Some speakers sound incredibly quiet playing on the participant computers, even when the speaker has the volume all the way up on their microphone (through the "Adjust microphone volume". Are there any other audio tools we can use to boost the volume of the speaker for the participants benefit?
Our meeting sessions crash and we are having a hard time figuring out a solution.We thought at first it was associated with the facilitator uploading new content, instead of using 'shared' content. Has anyone else experienced this? Suggestions?Thank you
Hi all,We are developing and testing a classroom. This morning we noticed the work we had done yesterday was not "saved". The content we loaded to the shared screen pods is no longer there, mp4 and PowerPoint files, the pods are blank.Changes made to layouts were not "saved".Is there a way to roll back to a previous state?What could cause this?Thanks so much in advance,Brandon
Product is AdobeConnectI have a license for seminars which I have created and recorded.I am logged into my "seminar". I see the recording under the Recording tab. Actions for recording are Edit Recording or Make Offline. There is also a Move To Folder button. I tried the button but I'm not sure where the folder is located. Is there no way to select a local folder?

We are trying to integrate our LMS with Connect meetings so we can automate the completion status of a Connect meeting and permit access to the post-training reflection/evaluation.The problem is that the meeting report (Meetings>My Meetings>Meeting>Report), which is normally available almost straight afterwards, cannot be accessed via the API (we need the scheduled start time, duration, time the user joined and left). This means we have to use the Report module (Reports>Meetings>My Meeting...), but for some inexplicable reason this takes up to 24 hours. For the refection to be valuable it should be completed straight after the meeting.So could someone please explain why this takes so long, or why we can't get the meeting report from the API.

I am supposed to participate in a college class with Adobe Connect. I regularly use a headphone/mic for other programs/apps, but when I try to use my microphone in Adobe Connect (when the class is in session), the dropdown menu to select the mic is blank. Can someone tell me what the problem is?Thanks!
I am new to Adobe Connect and love so much about it! However, I am an online English teacher with no brick-and-mortar classroom. In my previous webinar platform, several students could edit a student's paper in real time, all working on it at once and talking about it. Is there any way this is possible with Adobe Connect through breakout rooms, so students don't have to leave the Adobe webinar to do this? I want to be able to drop in on them while they work and give them feedback.
I am trying to automate the Adobe Connect patches for the 9.5.1 - 9.7a in multiple environments and I understand that there is no cumulative update. So I am trying to script the patches using PowerShell. I have already started but I am unable to figure out the switch arguments (e.i. install path) for the executable. Has anyone done this before or does anyone know the switch argsfor the executables?Or is this even possible?
