I have just installed the Adobe Connect - Outlook Add-in and I have been testing out creating meetings. By default the meeting will then be placed into my default calendar. Is there a way to change this? I have another shared calendar under my account that we use to track out Adobe Connect meetings and wish to have the meetings created with the add-in to be placed in that calendar and not my default personal one. I am using office 365 as it is what we use at work. I have already looked at the following blog: Outlook Add-in for Adobe Connect « and it does not give me any information. I have also tried using the chat support feature and they did not know the answer either (and ended my chat just after before I could respond ).Any help would be greatly appreciated

Using the above specs with a Magewell USB3/HDMI adaptor, I'm getting about 1-FPS when the addin is used. Otherwise if I add ?launcher=false to the end of the url, and ignore the addin prompt, everything works fine[15-20 fps]. I also tested with the built-in webcam - same results[1 fps]. This wasn't happening on 10.11.4 and the previous plugin 11.9.976.281. Anyone else seeing this? Anyone know how to re-install plugin 11.9.976.281 so I can test it? Unfortunately I'm unable to go back to OS 10.11.4 for other reasons. Thanks,-dave

We are hoping to have a way to capture who has accessed a recording. Is there is a way to have guests access a recording but not need to use a password or have permission specifically assigned on a private meeting, just add their name like they do for a live event?Thanks for any tips or suggestions.
I was recently running a webinar with my company when Adobe Connect froze and a message box appeared, stating, “Network connectivity was lost. Please wait while the meeting tries to reconnect.” I know that the problem was not our network because myself and other people in my office were able to continue using the Internet. I tried to re-enter the webinar room again from two different computers, but I could not get back into the webinar. So I clicked Help > Troubleshooting and took the Adobe Connect Diagnostic Test. I passed. Every criteria was checked off successfully. Now I can reconnect with Adobe Connect, but I hope the same situation does not happen again. Has anyone else experienced this? Any thoughts? Thanks. P.S. I have attached a screen shot of the Adobe Webinar screen when it froze and another screen shot of the Adobe Connect Diagnostic Test results.

I Installed the latest adobe connect addin version 11.9.976.291: but when i start my webcam it doesn't work properly, because i can view just 1 frame every 2 seconds... if i uninstall the addin it works ok... Is it a bug of the addin? is there a way to have the previous version of the addin?Anyone has exprerinced the same issues?I use Safari and a MacI have everything updated
Is there a way when you create a room within the Outlook add-in to choose which template it will be based on? If not, is there a way to update the room to use a different template after the room is created in Outlook?Thanks.
I am having problems getting started with setting up an adobe connect meeting. Is there something else that i need to do besides downloading the Add-in? The screen is just a blank grey page. There is not host showing for the meeting, my understanding is that I am the host. It will not let me drag my name to the host section.
Please can you check if adobe connection is correct. as we checked with our network team we have real good signal strength via LAN. still when we upload in adobe the viedos do not play smoothly.
Hi, I am having issues with the accepting guests functionality in seminar rooms. To keep track of who has accessed and so registered participants don't have to deal with passwords, we use the guest functionality for people joining. When the first external user joins the room and has to be approved, we select the option "Approve all guests" however, this doesn't seem to work properly - all other guests then have to be approved anyway. Does anyone know a solution to this?Thanks
In case I purchase Adobe Connect and want to set a meeting with my students... Do they need to purchase Adobe Connect to attend virtual classes?
I'm trying to share a SWF file I've created using Adobe Captivate. I want to be able to control (i.e., start & stop) the video so that everyone is viewing the same portion of the video at the same time. The sync button does not seem to work and everyone is viewing their own instance of the video. If I publish the file as an MP4 and share that I am able to control everyone's view of the video like I want to, but I would prefer to use the SWF since the quality seems to be a little clearer. Thanks.
I have a problem with w10 and the Connect ad in.At the beginning when I share the screen it works properly but if I stop sharing and do it again the Participants cannot be anything.

As the title suggests - I am sharing (both with document sharing and desktop sharing from within Connect) a PowerPoint presentation, and my participants cannot hear the audio from an embedded video (mp4) in the Powerpoint. Is there any way to get around this? Am I doing something wrong? Other mp3s and even the audio from other mp4 videos play just fine, but not if it is embedded in my PowerPoint presentation. Any help would be appreciated!
Can anyone help me how to terminat my membership?
A while back I recorded a training video to share with other offices. Originally the full recording of about an hour played for several people. It downloads quickly, so no issues there. Then it only played the first 10 seconds. You can move to any section of the recording and the slides/audio will play - for 10 seconds. For a while I was able to adjust the Flash playback setting to "allow" and got the whole recording to play. Then this too stopped working for me and others. Everyone I sent the recording to is very frustrated. Their IT staff can't figure it out either. This seems to be some sort of Adobe Connect bug. We want to record more training webinars in the future but this is a real obstacle. Solutions?
Are there filters to prevent us request a download adobe connect to each connection?

Hy,i have some problems with the iPad and iPhone app.Every time when i want to open the url in the app, safari comes up and tells me that i have to install the connect - add-in to start.Adobe connect mobile is installed so i don't know what i have to do now to see a presentation.is there anything to make on the settings in my iPad or something else
