How to cancel 7 day trial adobe photoshop

My wife want to gift me a 1 year subscription to Creative Cloud but my current subscription doesn't run out for 10 months. Will it just add to my current subscription or can I wait to activate it? It would be purchase via Amazon and doesn't seem to be restricted to new users nor does it explicitly state that it cannot be used to extend current subscriptions?

I've deleted an adobe free account in order to free up its associated email to use in my other paid adobe account. However, I still can't free up this associated email after half a month. Pls advise.

I am so annoyed with this company. I signed up for the free trial and then tried to cancel several times, each time I received an error message during the process and was not able to cancel. Admittedly, I meant to go back and try more but Christmas happened and I forgot until I saw the charge. Went to try to cancel again and now there is an $80 early cancel fee (funny, now the error I received before seems to be resolved, hmmm). I was avoiding contacting customer service because I did not want to spend an hour plus trying to get an issue resolved that they probably couldn't help with anyway, joke's on me cause here I am spending well over an hour chatting, getting kicked off, waiting to chat and just wasting my time in general.  This seems to me to be a total scam to avoid people canceling prior to the end of the free trial so they can collect that fee

Is there any way to get my money back? I installed a free trial of illustrator and cancelled it after 6 days, but then I was charged 100 euros for Adobe creative cloud and Adobe stock, although I did not subscribe to them myself, if I knew that I had to cancel the subscription for them too and that they even exist, I would have cancelled them.   

has anyone had their cancellation fee removed and who did they complain to. Just found out today I have committed to annual commitment (no idea) and charging me £45 for cancellation of plan. Who did you complain to? Thank you

Dobrý deň. Dňa 15.9.2024 som si nainstaloval Adobe Lightroom. Mám problém že banka mi dvojnásobne sťahuje platbu. Podľa histórie faktúr bez stránku Adobe vyzerá že všetko funguje ako má. Platba je sťahovaná mesačne, podla plánu. Banka ale sťahuje zhruba po týždni platbu znova. Vďaka za odpoved.

Ve ödediğim miktarınce uygulamaları  kullanabilecekmiyim.  Eğer yoksa, paramın tarafıma gönderilmesini istiyorum. Ödediğim faturalar ise ekte mevcuttur. Eğer yardımcı olursanız sevinirim.      

Hello I was being charged 21.98 and for some reason it says annual, paid monthly but i don't remember choosing that option. I chose monthly only not annual. So why does it say that because when i tried to cancel my subscription it said it will charge me 98 pounds deduction fee. But I never signed up for annual.  How do I change this because when i went to change payment it had an option for 19.97 but i wasnt sure if that's to monthly or just annual?  I have to pay for next month by 1st of january so if I can get a response as soon as possible please because I'm not currently using photoshop.  Thanks

I joined in the UK, now I need to  update my Debit card details but it wont let me change from the UK to the USA, the country block is greyed out.  So I cant enter a Zip code.

I'm signed in into my old adobe account and I need to change the password but the email associated no longer exist. They keep sending codes to this old email that I cannot access. How do I contact the support?

I paid for an annual account paid monthly for Adobe Pro and just under £20 pm.  My needs changed so I wanted to cancel the plan about 8 months ago.  The I found I had an exorbitantly expensive cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining contract and use would end at the end of the month I cancelled in.  I put an entry in my diary today (Christmas Day), as the date I thought I could cancel without a fee as the contract ends on January 24th.  I will still be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of this month, even though I have paid the last of the 12 annual payments.  It is only AFTER you've signed up, the small print becomes available to read, but who would when you entered a contract where it says initially you can cancel at any time? To hell with it, I'm paying the fee, but the devious way Adobe has done this leaves such a bad taste, I will not use an Adobe product again and the companies and organisations I influence will be taking their business aw

How do i get contact with someone at adobe.    I need to change my membership as I have two nut when io say cancle it saying I need to pay over 200 as an early cancelltion fee.    Why do I need to pay this and how to I avoid this?     

Your company does not provide access to cancel the trial period after its expiration. Support is immediately disconnected after I ask you to unsubscribe me because I don't want to pay for your services. It is also impossible to delete your account! Everything is designed to enrich the company, there is no way to get out of it except to pay for the subscription. Delete my account in your company, I don't want to pay anything!

I'm in the UK.I want to change my Photo Plan subscription from pay monthly to pay annually.  However when I go to my Manage Plan page I only see an option to cancel it.  The Edit Billing and Payment page only offers an option of changing the payment method. How can I make the change that I want?  Any advice please?

Just spent 30 minutes with Adobe Support trying to update payment method for subscription.  I use Apple Pay for security, and it's time to update info.  Adobe's account site just asks for my name address and phone, then shows 'Pay $0.00' I click Accept, and nothing happens.  After contacting support, they kept trying to get me to send them numbers and info from another card, and didn't want to let me update my Apple Pay info.  I use Apple Pay because of security.  I was transfered at least 3 times to other agents, then finally just cut off.  Does Adobe not want my subscription fee anymore? Does Adobe no longer take Apple Pay?  What a hassle.

I purchased 260/month plan For unlimited generative fill of photos...While making a payment ,app says upgrade to premium...then use of unlimited...after that I received only 75 credit...for 1 month  

Hi there    I was charged twice within two days for this subscription I forgot about and of course, there is no email or phone number for me to call. I've tried talking to the AI chatbot that Adobe provides but they don't even understand my question. I need a real person to help me right now to get my money back because at this point it is theft, they have no information to get my money back at all and they know that. I shouldn't have been charged twice no matter the circumstances, I can understand the first charge because I forgot about this subscription but I need my almost 50 dollars back now.
