I would like to cancel my Adobe subscription, but since my plan has been suspended, I am unable to do so through my account dashboard.Could you please let me know if there’s any action I need to take, or if I should simply leave it as is? I would prefer not to have an inactive plan suspended for an extended period.
I canceled my plan and right now, my account says "Service will expire on Dec 10, 2024 Annual plan, paid monthly" but my credit card is still showing. I don't see an option to edit or remove credit card anywhere. Don't they have live chat or email support where I can ask for help? I can't find the right place on the page to reach customer service directly. Thanks in advance!
Hello Community, We have an important update regarding the sign-in process for Adobe apps. As part of Adobe's ongoing efforts to enhance security and following Microsoft's deprecation of Internet Explorer 11, Adobe is phasing out support for IE 11 in all its applications. What does this mean for you? If you're using an outdated version of Windows or an older version of Adobe desktop apps, you might notice a QR code on the sign-in screen instead of the usual Adobe sign-in interface. This change is designed to ensure a smooth transition away from Internet Explorer 11 with minimal disruption to your workflow. Although QR code authentication is a temporary fix, we highly recommend updating your operating system and Adobe apps to the latest versions to ensure you receive the latest security patches and enhancements. To find out which Adobe applications display the QR code during authentication and how you can sign in, click below. Adobe apps request f

I got this email this morning, but my CC expires in June 2025. What does this mean or is this a scam? It comes from message@adobe.com so I assume it legitimate.
I have made the subscription payment and my money has already been deducted. However, I cannot access Adobe Illustrator; it prompts me to subscribe again and shows a 'Billing Issue' message. Please assist me as soon as possible. I have also tried retrying the payment, but it still fails.

I created an Adobe account with my university email assuming that in order to get the student discount, I needed to use my university email. Unfortunately for me, my school does have Adobe Enterprise, but it is not available for students, just faculty members. I have been trying to cancel my subscription, as I was charged and cannot access any of the Adobe Apps, but do not have the ability to even view my plan as my account was created as an Enterprise Account.I reached out the the IT at my university as I read online that some students had to go directly through their university's Adobe Representative, but was met with no help as they told me it was out of their hands.I cannot even use the Virtual Assistant to cancel my plan and I am now just stuck, worried I won't be able to get a refund for a subscription I cannot even use.
I have been paying for a monthly subscription for Acrobat PRO for years but this subscription is not appearing in my User account. I now have a new laptop and am trying to download my Acrobat PRO subscription but it is not under my account. I can't find the answer to this anywhere and cannot even find an Adobe billing contact to speak with directly. My Acrobat PRO account number does not appear in my monthly payment details, just a "transaction ID" and "invoice ID". Anyone have any ideas?
Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, I haven't used the community forums before. I recently received a bank statement saying that i was charged for an adobe subscription, however i have no active subscriptions on either of my accounts (I have two with different emails). The statement didn't specify the email or account, and I've tried using the chat function but to no avail. I also can't find any customer support email or phone number. Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone have a potential soultion? Thanks
How do I make an official complaint to Adobe by email? I've been paying for an app after I cancelled the trial.

I just recently signed up for the 7 day free trial but then a few hours in it literally broke adobe animate... I cant open up the app at all without it freezing up and staying on a blank screen FOREVER. I can't open up any of my files I was working on today. I just recently activated it today, but I cant for the life of me figure out how to cancel it. I don't want to be charged for an app that DOESN'T EVEN work after my trial ends. HELP LOL
Hello! I have an issue with a newly created account.I just bought a monthly subscription, received a confirmation email, and clicked the "Verify account" button. However, when I enter the password, it says it's wrong. So the problem is: I can't change my password (because my account is not verified), nor can I verify my account because it says my initial password is wrong. I'm posting here from another account because I cannot log in to my unverified original account, and I can't get agent support for the same reason. What shall I do? Can Adobe help reset the password of a non-verified account (I do have access to my email), or will they cancel the account?
I've been paying for my Adobe Student plan monthly since September 2019 and my Adobe plan automatically changed from student to business when I haven't graduated yet. Since this October, I've paid the price that doubles what I usually paid until this September and I can't either cancel or change my plan because I don't see the "Manage Plan" button on my account like this picture below. After seeing this, I tried to contact Adobe Customer Support through the chat icon but it showed this.So I asked my school's Tech Support team and they said I need to contact Adobe Help Center. In this case, how do I cancel and change my plan? I want to change this Business Plan back to my Student Plan.
Hi!I've given a SEPA collection for my monthly payement.Adobe espects the payement the 16th of the month but the collection takes place at the 21st of each month, a date I didn't choose but Adobe did! Eu quero saber porque a assinatura do Adobe não está aparecendo com a função Premium, se eu paguei a assinatura anual?
Hi everyone. I got an email notification that my payment failed for the $9.99/mo Photography Plan. It says that it's an annual plan, paid monthly. I want to cancel this plan - I don't use it and don't remember why I have it. I used to have a Cloud subscription, which I must have downgraded at some point and forgotten about it. I have been charged the past couple months and didn't realize until I received an email - silly of me. However, when I go to Manage Account as directed, it says I have no active plans, nor do I have any invoices or billing history. I am certain that I am logged in to the right email. Since it says I have no active plans, I cannot cancel my plan or edit my card information. I also can't talk to an agent, because when I message the virtual assistant, it tells me that I need to have an active plan to do so. But clearly Adobe thinks I have an active plan. Even if I had cancelled the plan at some point (I don't remember), and it's just charging me for the remaini
Hi everyone, I recently purchased Premiere Pro 2023 from [removed by moderator]. I downloaded and activated the app just fine, using it for a couple of days.I have now attempted to log in and it is not recognising that I have a licence. I cant for the life of me work out what to do/not to do to rectify this issue.I have tried to log in using the 24 digit code I got from Wocher but it is saying invalid, despite it working fine a few days prior.I am at a loss...
Just canceled my Adobe XD subscription and want to subscribe to the Creative Cloud All Apps subscription and this popover won't let me do it. Either I'm asked to get a teams plan or see other plans but I want this plan itself and I don't even see the point of this blocker if I've already unsubscribed Adobe XD plan. While canceling the plan of Adobe XD I also had clearly picked the option for reason that red something like, 'getting another plan'.
