I canceled my plan and i want to delete my credit card information from this app and recover my money 

I've been a customer for 4 years. Every year they raise my monthly costs with €20 dollars extra. I go to the chat and explain i want to cancel and they offer me the 'special price' again. Chat helpdesk is unavailable for weeks. So now i have to cancel the subscription. Does anyone know what hours the chat is available? I tried nighttime daytime everything. I need Adobe, but price is getting to high

Hi There!I can't start working with AI in adobe beta, an error pops up - "currently unavailable to users under 18" when i try to choose generic subject.  But I have the correct date of birth in my account, and it is not 18 years old)Halp!

I am a user of modest means. I would like to acquire full use of all features of the Scanner app. But the only manner I see for doing this is to pay for the entire Acrobat bundle. That's rather pricey for me. Is there a less expensive way for me to acquire, simply, full use of the power of the Scanner app? Does Adobe stuff come a la carte?

Hallo! bei meinem Abo wurden fälschlicher Weise die letzten zwei Monate der falsche Betrag verrechnet. Ich habe jetzt meine Studienbescheinigung nachgereicht und eine Email erhalten, die von mir verlangt den Kundenservice darüber zu informieren, falls es falsch abgebucht wurde, damit das korrigiert werden kann. Ich erreiche niemanden in der Hotline und werde hier immer nur auf Fragen und Community verwiesen.... WIE KANN ICH JETZT VORGEHEN ?

I already cancelled my adobe subscription for I think Adobe premiere pro but I've just recently discovered through my bank statement that Adobe still takes my money monthly. And when I go to my accounts on Adobe, it shows that I am not subscribed to anything at all, which makes all this confusing and absolutely terrifying. 

me llego un descuento de casi 300 soles y cuando llame a mi banco me dijeron que era de adobe, revise mi cuenta y al parecer alguien uso mis datos para comprar la suscripcion completta, cabe resaltar que hace un tiempo tuve un virus y restableci mi computtadora pensando que se habia solucioonado pero ahora creo que es esto lo que lo causo ya que revise otras cuentas como netflix, hbo, prime entre otras que intentaron hacerlo pero como este era prueba gratutuia ppprimero solo en adobe pudieron, necesito mi dinero, como puedo solucionar esto, ya reporte la compra a mi banco y estan investigando, el support de  adobe puede ver el ip de donde se usoo mi cuenta?

Hello! I have the following payment problem. On the date of the payment, I did not have available funds on the card I gave to the system. I received notifications to update my payment method. Hi all. I am currently in my adobe illustrator free trial and love it but hate that I have to commit to a year of £19.97 a month or £30 each as I don't know if I can make money from it yet with my business.  I did some searching and found a voucher on wowcher and it's title is this. Adobe Illustrator CC 2023 license from Software Distribution  and it is £59. What is this? Does anyone know? It says it's the software? Does this mean I can install a hard copy on my iPad for life for £59? But obviously don't get the tech support etc.  It's says I save £237. I'm a bit confused as this option to buy the software outright isn't advertised on the adobe site?  any advice would be great thanks. 

Adobe payment was made on April 25th, but when I log in, it says to make a payment. Please confirm.
