I have been having this same issue with adobe creative cloud since I first installed it months ago, and have tried literally everything i've found to try and fix it, including:- uninstalling and installing creative cloud - using the cleanup tool - looking through forums - updated and restarted my laptop-  tried to wait it out, (for a few months) and nothing happened I am not sure what is causing this issue, but I need access to adobe services asap!! I cannot download anything, as it is stuck on 'waiting' every time i try to download something.  I think that it's probably waiting on the first two issues, which appear as soon as I download adobe creative cloud. In terms of the storage information problem, I have nothing blocking adobe's ability to get storage information, and in terms of creative cloud updating, it wants to update as soon as i download it, but is consistently stuck on 0% and never progresses. Does anyone else hate Adobe? I find their constant big brother spying very intrusive! I detest their constant sign on policy that NEVER EVER SEEMS TO WORK CORRECTLY! I absolutely hate that they constantly take away that which we love and which works well for us! Would I recommend them? NO NO & NO! I'd be gone if I could find a replacement! 

I was told by a "Community Expert" to start a new thread for this:Recently the CC main app "upgraded" itself to a beta version with a "social" home tab bloat I can't remember asking for. And I cannot remember being asked to participate as an unpaid tester of Adobe's beta software. Being forced to install the CC desktop to use the software I've paid for the license of is bad enough. This bloat in itself only worsens the annoyance of being forced to have the CC cloud installed (along with the genuine disadvantage spyware/rootkit security violation).But being forced to run beta quality bloatware without even getting notified that Adobe are ONCE AGAIN abusing their customers, is one annoyance too many:Where's the option to opt out of the beta versions of the bloatware? Or is Adobe going to compensate every user they have violated with this by not charging their software rent price for the period they are beta testers?

New version of the Creative Cloud desktop app, version 5.10 is now available!so frustrating, adobe virtual assistants and agents are trying to resolve this whole day and still no results, it's really a shame

I need help with CC notification language.  Adobe Photography Plan (20GB)All apps installed with English as language preference.All apps in English.All Adobe settings (web) English.All email, web and programs display in English.In the Creative Cloud desktop app notifications are in French. The one and only place that is not English. I cannot understand the notifications. I need them in English. There is no setting I can find to change Creative Cloud notifications language. Please see attached image. Thanks!

Hi all. I can't seem to open my Creative Cloud app on my iPad Pro. When I try to open, the app Home Screen appears for a split second, then a window pops up with a spinning blue circle, and a message that says "one moment please." That's all it will do. I have quit and restarted the app multiple times, and restarted my iPad multiple times, but nothing changes. Should I delete and reinstall the app? Thanks in advance for any help! 

Dear Adobe,Something has to be done about this forced sign-out nightmare. As you know, most of us have more than two devices we use our Adobe products on, due to the nature of telecommuting and such. On Work Computer, Home Computer, and Laptop. This is painful, because this experience always forces me sign out of one of the devices. And no you can't just sign out leaving your adobe applications running, adobe forces you into complete shutdown. The applications start jumping on my mac dock like its Armageddon, like I've committed a crime. Can you imagine shutting down all your Adobe apps when you have five Adobe applications running and have 50 files open? And doing this every single time?  This is a UX nightmare.  Not only is it a big UX flop, it is an unnecessary constraint that has zero benefit for the user. 

I recently had to get a new hard drive on my Mac when I got it back the apps were installed from my set up with the cloud and having cc on my laptop. But, the apps would not open so I unintalled all creative cloud apps and have tried reinstalling creative cloud desktop severals times now. It will download and then it wills say "opening" but then everything disappears and the app never opens or shows up on my computer. I've tried running the cleaning and restarting my computer but I'm not sure what to do to get the creative cloud & other apps back to my iMac. 

Hi, I am constantly getting the message "CCXProcess.app is damaged and can’t be opened" on my Intel iMac 2019 since I installed Ventura 13.0.1 on it. Is there any way to solve this? Thanks. Martin

Hello, I am on MAC OS, but I would like an answer for all platforms that Adobe runs on.Is there a button for Creative Cloud to just turn off all Adobe software and processes when I am done using it for the day?I can close all of the programs, such as Photoshop and Illustrator, etc., but there are many processes like Core Sync and Desktop Services that continue to run.Is there a button to just turn it all off when I'm not using Adobe software?Thank you,

File syncing is disabled, I am unable to resolve it.

Is there a central location that I can locate a table with the release year and versions released in that year for all Adobe CC products?I want to be able to cross reference the CC year with the software version number. i.e. Was Lightroom Classic version 10.2.x part of CC 2022?

I was using a ExFat External HD to sync CC with a MacBook Pro Intel. It was working fine. I upgraded to a M1Max Mac Studio and CC is giving me the error Sync Not Supported On Network Locations. Even though I'm using the same exact HD? I've read the forum post about formatting AFPS Vs EXfat and having it the same. It's not that. Also that doens't make much sense. It would mean that whatever format you start CC with you would need to use forever. There has to be a way to sync to an external drive when upgrading and changing projects. 

I want to know if buying a licence for all the programs in an online key store is legal? It is a permanent licence, but don't know if it is legal, the page says it is.

Hello,I use Photoshop Photog plan with 21GB. I have removed as many files as I can that I think would be taking up my storage quota. All I have left are some CSV files and a handful of jpgs. CC says I'm using 21.5GB out of 21. How is that possible? There must be some files hidden that I can't access somewhere. Anyone have any ideas?As I wrote in the subject, I did go to the deleted folder on CC web (trash) and I perm deleted those files. Over the years with this plan I have moved between multiple Windows PC's and Macs. I'm back on Mac. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.Thanks.

Hi,I have a full CC license, but I have to login every single time I use any software, which has been always tedious and annoying. And now, I can't even start Premiere, because it says that it cannot verify the state of my subscription. I've tried to contact support many times for a few weeks, but it's impossible. The only way I found is by Facebook, but they answer once in a while and it's always a new agent, asking the same question again. Any help please?Thanks,Miguel

What's happening? CC app went nuts? it won't stop udating 2 illustrator files.   I get the notification every 23 seconds and the actual files get updated, I mean the date modified gets changed every 23 seconds. The files are not open.   Any ideas how to stop it? or what's the logic here?

So, when Syncing I get this error with a link to a very unelpful file for what to look for. It used to be (Before CC was revamped into its current form) that the link, then highlighted the file(s) in question, so you could systematically fix the usually file name issue. Is there another more useful way of establing which files are causing the file sync issue that I have failed to find? Short of going through about 20,000+ files looking for the needle in the haystack (particularly the space at end of file name)??? I have tried using the finder on Mac OS with limited success for / and <, >....Any advice would be welcome as it's driving me mad and hours of time!

I've never had an issue on OSX, but across many high end machines and laptops, when it comes to Windows, pretty much at least once or a month or two, I can no longer update any Adobe Creative Cloud app. Error 306, Error 306. Go away, Error 306. I've investigated way, way back at the start. Searched around like one does. Made valient efforts to track down where Adobe likes to hide anything useful about the problem. Very Windows of them. Bury anything reasonable and give the user something like, "ObscureAndForbiddenError 3243hjKHLJK###!. What did you do!?." Anyway, I'm sure I found some leads, I'm sure nothing suggested and shared that I found helped, and I'm sure I forgot anything and everything related to that, because it happens on every Windows machine, new or old, and the only thing that is reasonable to do and that works, is to search for the special Creative Cloud uninstaller app - can't just uninstall this thing like it wasn't special - and then uninstall Creative Cloud

Como posso transferir todos os meus arquivos do PC para a Creative Cloud para liberar espaço no PC e trabalhar, sob demanda, apenas com alguns arquivos salvando na nuvem?É só fazer o upload dos arquivos?Gostaria que os arquivos ficassem somente na nuvem e não no PC. Talvez no PC somente os arquivos que estou trabalhando no momento e não todos os arquivos que subi para a nuvem. Agradeço desde já pela atenção e ajuda!

I have spend several days trying to figure out how to migrate my personal Adobe Creative Cloud account over to an Enterprise that has become available from my employer (Educator).   But I haven't been able to find any clear procedure on how to do this safely.  I had a few chats with Adobe help, but they didn't provide me with much detail.  I'm unclear what I'm at risk of losing when I migrate.  And how to protect my existing setup.- will I lose my custom settings & colour libraries (Photoshop & Premiere in particular)?- will I lose filters/luts previously installed?- is it reversible if it doensn't work? Appreciate any suggestions.

It looks like I have to upgrade from Mac OS to run the latest versions of CC...for Mac, that is Ventura. Just checking compatibility issues, if any.  Thanks in advance!
