Hi all, I understand that removing files from your Creative Cloud storage is a two-step process. I have already archived everything I want gone. When I go to the "Deleted" tab to permanently delete all the files there, some files have an error message and will not go away no matter what I do. One message says, "Cannot delete asset permanently", while another says, "Cannot delete asset because someone has restored the file". I haven't restored anything that is in the archive and cannot find a way around these errors. Not to mention that I don't have the option to check all the files at once, so it has been taking me way too long to check every single one by hand. I haven't even made a dent in it so it would take hours to manually delete everything. If an Adobe employee could permanently delete the files in my archive or explain to me how to do it so that it works, I would be very grateful. I cannot unistall my Adobe products.  I used to have a corporate account and used it on my personal computer. Now I have resigned and my whole Adobe package is frozen. I would like to unistall Lightroom and Photoshop but to do so, I need to use the Creative cloud. To access the cloud, i need an account or at least the possibility to sign in. When i click on the app I get the message " You've been signed out" and when I click Sign In - the same shows up. It's insane. How can I delete this without damaging my computer??

My Mobile Creative cloud storage and Acrobat storage are different on the iPad even though I have signed in with the same account. The CC is associated with my company (has a blue storage symbol) and the Acrobat is associated with me personally (has a yellow storage symbol). How do I get they to be the same business storage so I can see the same files across all iPads and computers?

Why does page description text in my page covers not show on mobile?

I would like to identify fonts that folks are using on their Adobe Portfolio sites. However, when I use WhatFont or inspect the source on these sites the fonts look like they are abbreviated (?), e.g. cdnl, fxnc, tscy. How can I see what fonts they're really using?

Hello, Since 3 months i can't ad new video on behance or adobe portfolio. When i charge it its bug and the internet's page say "there is a bug" whis a sad smiley. I tried to do with an other connexion but it was the same. Did you have de solution or having the same problem ? Thank you ! 

I've created a site in Portfolio to act as my blog. I need to plug it in to my main website, built by a web developer. The simple way would be to have all the links on my main site that go to my blog set to go to the Portfolio website but that means the blog will be <company name>.myportfolio.com Is there a different way to connect it so the blog still appears as <my domain name>.com/Journal? 

I have linked my portfolio page to my website lekkerkort.com using the Manually-configuring-a-custom-domain page. Everything seems to work, and the page is properly propagated  trough the DNS system.If you visit the URL  you even get the lock  so the page is verified trough let's encrypt. The problem is you only see a blank page. If I view source i see the following:This is not right as it creates a loop, because if you visit lekkerkort.myportfolio.com you get redirected to lekkerkort.com creating a loop. I have tried removing and re-adding the domain as suggested by the help page. Please help me fix this

Hi to everyone.I'm having issues updating my apps with Creative Cloud.The App sees all my apps updated, but I'm stuck (for example) to Illustrator 27.0 and Photoshop 24.0.0.Is there a solution different from uninstalling all the apps to install the newest versions? ThanksAlessio

Hi all, I have had this problem ever since I started using CC, which has been for about 8 years now since I have been with my current company. I have a fully loaded and upgraded 2017 imac that has been updated and upgraded all the way, so it has some serious speed. I also have a fully maxed out Macbook Pro Mid 2012 (I know, it's older, but it still functions and I use it sparringly when on the go). The Pro is also lightning fast because it has been fully upgraded and updated, even past what Apple recommends (I know how to do this myself and have had zero issues with any other functions). Let me get to the meat of why I am posting here. Anytime I switch between the two devices, there is some SERIOUS lag that happens to both of these computers. I have to wait about 15-20 minutes after I sign into one and sign out of the other before I can actually use either device. I've been trying to subscribe for a while and it really bothers me that there is no subscription option for my country (we are in Europe) except the third-party license providers.. Is this ever going to change?

Hi.I have an external 1 TB SSD that I sync my Creative Cloud files to but I also use several different computers depending on what my work day looks like - working from home=desktop, office=big, heavy and powerful laptop, traveling=samller and not so very powerful laptop. Yeah, you get the picture 😉I almost always end up with two different directories - Creative Cloud Files and Creative Cloud Filer (archived) - when I move the SSD from one computer to another. Not optimal and quite frustrating. Is there any way to avoid this? Peace,Richard

I noticed I can't enter the website when I'm using wifi from school, but it works perfectly fine with my home internet.I'm worried that if I sent it to studios it won't load, and I want to know how can I solve this problem.Thank you!

Well I have a question are the creative files supposed to use my computer storage or are they on the cloud? I have a "creative cloud files" folder in my side bar but it seems to be using up my hardware storage making it imposible for me to work because it says I dont have space on my laptop. is this right or is there a way to make them completly online so they dont use my space? its really taking up 100gb of my storage

This started today (October 3, 2022). When I try to perform a search in the Libraries Panel (no matter which app - PS, AI, INDD) I can perform just one search (in All Libraries) and then it freezes. Sometimes it doesn't even allow me to write the whole search term( see the video). I did a reinstall of Adobe CC Libs by downloading the DMG, and reinstalled - no change. Used the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool to clean up CC Libs - no change. I also did several restarts - no luck. I'm updated to the last version: (see screenshot)   Not very optimistic I will get any help on this - but worth asking.   Thanks!!!

Atualizei o Mac OS Ventura para a versão 13.1 e o sistema passou a mostrar mensagens de erro como:“CCLibrary.app” está danificado e não pode ser aberto.“CCXProcess.app” está danificado e não pode ser aberto.  Quando clico em "ok" a mensagem volta a aparecer. Se clico em "Mostrar no Finder", sou direcionada à pasta ondeo app está salvo, mas nada acontece quando clico nele. Se clico em "?", abre uma mensagem que diz "O app foi modificado ou danificado":  O que devo fazer?Obrigada!

I'm trying to download some adobe apps, but I "don't have access to manage apps" because it thinks I need permissions from an IT administrator, even though I'm using a personal account. I am also having the same problem with my school account, but I don't see why I would have the same exact problem with both accounts. I don't know if the problem is my MacBook, my accounts, or something else. Please help. Using a 2019 MacBook pro.

Car n'étant plus en alternance, cet organisme m'a bloqué mon compte et je n'ai plus accès à Adobe alors que mes prélèvements sont toujours débités de mon compte bancaire... Puis-je récupérer mon compte ou dois-je l'annuler ? Merci 

Often when I wake my Mac, the blue syncing icon persists on the on the CC icon. It won't go away until I open CC and click on the Cloud Activity icon. Any ideas how to get this behavior to stop?

Hello! Since after awhile I always have trouble with my Adobe programs, crashing, not loading... I figured I'd clean it all out and start fresh. I started by deleting some media cache and other things in the cache. I ran the cleaner tool which deleted the applications but all the files till reside in the cache. Can I delete ALL the files in the cache AND the Adobe files in the Application support in the library? I just wanbt to get rid of any issues that seem to crop up over time. Thank you!!! 

Hello everybodyI wonder if any of you experience the same situation (I'm using MacOS by the way).When the compter first run (after shutdown or restart) Photoshop, Illustrator. InDesign, and maybe others I didn't test, all startup without any workspace, no tools or whatever, only the "top menu".To fix that I have to QUIT and RUN the programms agian, and everything will be normal again.I've tried to delete the "preferences", doesn't help.The only way to workaround this (without relaunch the program) is to select a differnt workspace and back to my workspace.Any ideas?
